18/08/2024: Located in the central Piazza Giacomini of Foligno, it is a typical Sicilian pastry shop. The business has only outdoor tables and offers a wide choice of pastry, ice cream and rotisserie products. Particularly recommended are the Sicilian mulberry, almond and pistachio granitas, as well as the classic "brioches with tuppo". For anyone who finds themselves in the area, it is, without a doubt, an obligatory stop: 5 stars!

21/04/2024: Highly recommended for school groups, they offer a complete service with two football fields, one for volleyball and one for basketball. The structure includes numerous rooms for 3 to 6 people, with private bathroom, well maintained and clean. The owners offer numerous daily and/or evening activities, from driving to Gubbio and Assisi, to the evening under the stars, karaoke, the team cooking challenge, the visit to the farm etc etc. Kindness and friendliness come first, the owners know how to convey great passion to the children, love for nature and respect for animals. The lunches and dinners turned out to be tasty and varied, not banal. The facility can also be reached by bus. Prices more than fair. We will be back, see you very soon.

24/08/2024: Nel bellissimo tour turistico e gastronomico tra Umbria e Toscana il primo premio sicuramente al Perugino! L’unico locale dove siamo tornati con piacere… Proprietario e personale cordiali e gentili . Cibo squisito e porzioni abbondanti. Ci torneremo sicuramente. Consiglio!

20/08/2024: “Tourists are not welcome” Upon arrival the waiter took our order and our starters arrived quite quickly. The starters were very pleasant and all was well. Maybe 5 minutes after our starters arrived our pizzas arrived as-well. We were taken aback as most of us weren’t finished with our starters and we found this choice quite odd. During the whole of our stay the entire staff kept glancing at our table and made soft remarks while passing by. We were missing a pizza and when asked the waiters multiple times they had to check every single time. When the pizza did arrive most of us were finished with our foods. Not wanting to let the rudeness of the staff impact our dining experience I was optimistic about the food since our starters were great and the overall reviews of the restaurant were nothing but amazing. Our food came and I found it to be beyond tragic. I ordered the mortadella pizza and I was severely disappointed. My dough was overflowing with flour and so consuming every bite with it. The mortadella was bland and the pistachio taste was nowhere to be found. During our stay, we couldn’t help but notice a quite particular foul smell that would greatly strengthen when the wind blew upon it. When we finished eating we wanted to take our leftovers home and asked our waiter. In return we were handed a piece of aluminium foil and a plastic bag. This whole experience was truly a shame. I find it a personal tragedy that food was handled this way. Edit: Comments from the restaurant owner should state the more than obvious state of the restaurant. Pathetic

06/07/2024: Personal service in an all too touristy place So yeah, città delle Pieve is, well, touristy. But then, so is most of Italy - but that’s ok, it’s a great place to be a tourist. Then again, sometimes things can get a bit … transactional. And that’s where places like this come in - where the staff remembers you if you show up more than once, the prices are reasonable, and the food is …amazeballs. It’s small, and that helps too, and the menu is pretty tiny too - just a handful of things in each category, but they’re all awesome. And, btw, the Umbricelli all’aglione is …amazeballs

06/08/2024: Perhaps unfairly considered plan B compared to the nearby similar venue, it instead deserves the utmost consideration for a stopover. Tasty food and timely service. Of course, the view and the general context are not extremely picturesque, but if you want to eat in company, with satisfaction and tranquility, well you shouldn't neglect it at all. Advised

04/08/2024: You pay directly at the cashier then the staff serves the tables with excessive speed, considering that the second courses arrive when you are halfway through the first course. Quality of good food considering the prices. If you're passing through, hungry and want to spend little, you're in the right place. The lighting above the tables should be cleaned, it is dirty and full of cobwebs.

30/07/2024: It's a shame because you can see it wasn't the right evening, pici cacio e pepe with truffle, they were pici in white with grated cheese on top, the pici were well made anyway, the other diners liked the pizza

07/07/2024: When you go to Spoleto, stop for dinner at Luca's, at the Tabla Bistrot, in La Bruna. Enjoy the aubergines parmigiana, the stuffed fried flowers, the light, crunchy and tasty tongs, the taleggio and orange gnocchi and the superlative strangozzi with anchovies. The desserts are also excellent, the house wine and coffee are good, and a wide choice of beers. And when you ask for the bill at the checkout, you will come back, one or more times, just like we did.

27/08/2024: If you are in the center of Castiglione della Pescaia and you want a super burger you absolutely must try the ones at Casina Kitch. We tried one with chicken and one with meat, both excellent. Super crispy chicken like the bacon inside the sandwich; while for meat ones there is a wider choice, all super tasty and inviting. You certainly won't wake up hungry, but if the sandwiches aren't enough for you, there are also delicious appetizers on the menu. The place is small but welcoming and the service is the real gem of the place, friendly and approachable, excellent company for the evening

07/08/2024: The place is cute and has potential. The cocktails are very good. The problem is the service which is slow and not very attentive. We ordered four drinks and the waitress brought three. I requested mine and was told "ok perfect" but it still hadn't arrived, I requested it and another waitress said "no but we can't do this today" so I got another one instead of my original … It's a slightly expensive place and for an aperitif you have to ask for the chips yourself. I think it's a shop policy but you have to pay the bill immediately even though there were few people and we were sitting there at the table, I could understand during events but on a Tuesday evening a little exaggerated. Furthermore there is nothing for vegans and vegetarians a bit the same...

01/08/2024: If I return to Todi, I will definitely stay in this hotel again! Located about 1 km from Porta Romana, one of the four gates which give access to the first city walls, equipped with ample parking and wifi. We stayed for two nights, 2 adults and 2 children, and had a great time. Clean, air-conditioned, quiet and spacious rooms. We also spent a few hours in the pool and it was a pleasant moment of relaxation. But the strong points of the structure are: the wonderful panoramic terrace overlooking the surrounding valleys, where we enjoyed abundant breakfasts and delicious dinners; the staff is attentive to the customer, empathetic and always available to fulfill any request. A special thanks to Fabio and Paolo, who paid so much attention to both us and our little boy and our older girl. We didn't try the spa, which is another reason to go back!

27/07/2024: We stayed with our daughters in a quadruple room... spacious, clean and comfortable. Excellent staff, in particular thanks to the brothers Fabio and Paolo who pampered us throughout our stay...the terrace was fantastic for dinner and also breakfast...excellent tasty varied food and generous portions...convenient location for visiting other places .... we will definitely return... maybe not in the middle of summer.... highly recommended..
