10/04/2025: We spent an excellent skiing week, a really nice and helpful person. Excellent location if you really want to dedicate yourself to skiing full time, the only flaw but it is obvious if you are on the slopes, there is little life in the hotel, but that depends on the people who are there

31/03/2025: Beautiful location, directly on the slopes at the Malghet, very kind and knowledgeable staff, no one takes the customer for granted, as often happens in places very frequented by tourists, excellent products, large and very well looked after rooms, I highly recommend it

29/03/2025: Despite being in the hamlet of Miola, in Baselga di Piné, the “Al Mas” restaurant reminds me of an English cottage. Maybe it's because the place is made of stone and wood and the furnishings don't respect boring standards. Therefore, each color and detail goes well with the other. I strongly recommend the second courses, in particular the "Beef Rib": what can I say, deliciously exquisite! French fries and courgettes au gratin accompany the meal very well. For liqueur lovers I suggest the black cherry one. Excellent value for money, in line with the abundant quantity and a pleasantly welcoming, warm and friendly service. See you soon!

29/03/2025: As a first experience it's not bad. Stunning location the food was good. I ate the grilled meat. It was really good and varied with different types of meat. Very good side dishes and good service. I will happily return. I recommend it

09/03/2025: Place of the heart. Family-run mountain hut, it feels like going to grandma's for lunch ❤️ homemade dumplings, gnocchi and strudel daily. High quality food prepared with love, which is rare these days. Not to mention the absolutely cheap prices for the quality offered. Friendly staff and welcoming place. Highly recommended! We returned several times to try different dishes, each better than the other. Note of merit to the canederli, gnocchi with venison sauce, the shank (by reservation only) and it ends on a sweet note with their still warm freshly baked strudel.

21/03/2025: My boyfriend and I came to Trento from Rome. In 4 days we tried various typical and non-typical restaurants, among those also considered the most popular in the city and this was by far the best, so much so that we went back a second time for our last lunch there. Overall we ate the carbonara (both of us had it the second time), the rabbit ravioli, the veal with tuna sauce, the meatballs from the tavern, the burger place, the tiramisu. The carbonara, as Romans, was one of the best we have eaten (and we have tried many). The burger was perfect, even though the meat was well cooked (and not medium rare as is usually preferred), and we have also tried many burgers, in various cities in Italy and elsewhere, and this one here in an alley in Trento is definitely in the top 3 (considering quality, combination of ingredients, balance between them, which usually exclude each other). The tiramisu was delicious, creamy, light. Every course was a surprise and a new standard reached. Very few restaurants manage to reach this level, without the presumption of branding themselves as a luxury restaurant. Ste doesn't need it. As for the service, we were welcomed both times by a professional, polite, attentive guy, the kind that every restaurant would pay gold to have. His presence alone made the experience unforgettable. The environment is intimate, to some it might seem small and without many pretensions, but just tasting any dish is enough to make the whole context fade into the background. Contrary to other reviews that criticize the prices as high, I think they are absolutely in line with the average prices in Trento, with a quality that is however clearly superior.

16/03/2025: Siamo stati per un pranzo veloce in questo locale tra una visita ad alcuni vignaioli della zona e l altra. Zuppa di cipolle molto buona, ravioli in stile “ plin” anche meglio, chiaramente fatti in casa e come si deve . Selezione di vini intelligente e ricarichi corretti.

29/03/2025: As always, the Novecento restaurant confirms the quality that makes it special. Excellent atmosphere, service and dishes. The baccalà alla roveretana is a specialty that deserves to be tasted. The gourmet pizzas are a confirmation.

08/09/2024: Malga caratteristica con prodotti propri di ottima qualità. I gestori sono simpatici e il servizio veloce. Purtroppo non è per tutti in quanto per raggiungerla bisogna fare un ripido sentiero che sale c.a. 300 metri di dislivello dalla parcheggio situato sotto Malga Prabon. Per chi non ha problemi di cammino in salita, la Malga rappresenta anche il punto di partenza per la bella ma lunga escursione del giro dei laghi che passa per il rifugio Cevedale.

04/09/2024: After an intense activity on the Zuffalspitze we return down in the late afternoon tired and hungry. The kitchen is closed but the guys try as best they can to please us to help us recover our energy and they do it in the best possible way. A special thanks to the owner who took us back to the valley by car after closing...pleasant chat. Come and visit them, special place!

The chicken in the "patapollo" wasn't good and even the speck in the rustic piadina and the boscaiola sauce didn't have a good taste. The last time I was there I had eaten much better, I was a little disappointed, but nothing that can't be improved by working on the products

19/02/2025: Di ritorno da un’escursione verso il rifugio Fuciade, da alcuni camminatori abbiamo avuto buone referenze su questo locale, quindi ci siamo fermati volentieri. L’interno è elegante e intimo, il menu appare ricco di offerte tipiche e appetibili. Tuttavia, volendo tenerci relativamente leggeri, ci siamo limitati a tre primi e tre dessert. Due piatti di canederli in brodo e uno di tortelloni ai funghi e grana trentino. Poi due torte Linz e uno strudel. Tutto gustoso e impeccabile. Un quarto di profumato vino rosso della casa e una birra hanno completato il nostro menu, che è costato il prezzo – normale – di circa 70 euro.

14/02/2025: Capitati per caso dopo una pausa caffè consumato sulla terrazza esterna baciata dal sole di Col Margherita, mi scappa l’occhio sul menù esposto in bacheca e i piatti sono molto invitanti. Decidiamo quindi di fermarci anche per la pausa pranzo visto che all’esterno non vi erano tavoli occupati. Scelta azzeccata: servizio molto cordiale e professionale, ottimi prodotti, la nostra scelta si è indirizzata sul pesce (squisito), solo l’impiattamento faceva venir voglia di assaggiare di “tutto”, ma ci siamo fermati a due antipasti, un primo e secondo e per finire due dessert da favola. Che dire, è stata una piacevole sorpresa; anche questo già messo in nota per l’estate.

06/10/2024: Located directly on the lake, with a beautiful view of the Caldonazzo. Friendly staff, the food was very good, sometimes very well attended, reservations are an advantage, we were able to get a seat spontaneously.

04/04/2025: For a stop in a beautiful place, with a great view. The construction is also worth the trip. During the morning it provides a continuous stream of excellent Krapfen. This does not mean that other things to eat and sweets should be despised. Everything well taken care of.
