25/08/2025: It's rare for me to leave super-positive reviews, but Bettola has a lovely atmosphere, good pizza, and a professional waiter. We'll always be happy to return.
12/07/2025: I didn't really like the pizza, but I did like the rest... the meatballs and frese were delicious! 5 stars to the young waiter who arrived whatever I asked for in a flash! (For example, water for the dog or help warming the bottle!) The terrace was beautiful.

09/09/2025: The food was good and reflected the local tradition. The place was nice and welcoming. We had a pleasant evening, thanks in part to the impeccable service of the lady who served us with professionalism and kindness.
08/09/2025: The pizza was good, but the service was rather unfriendly and unmotivated.
The ambiance wasn't our taste either, and the decor was quite dated.

06/10/2025: Once again, I encountered terrible service. There was a line at the register to pay. The croissant was served cold, like the cappuccino. It's a shame, the location is charming, and the service is unacceptable.

You pay for coffee like gold, and in return, they treat you like an intruder. The waitress kicked us out for no reason. Kudos to you for your hospitality!

05/10/2025: The residence is in a great location! Piazza dei Miracoli is just a few minutes' drive away! Ample parking, a private, quiet area with an outdoor pool! The apartments are well-appointed. I found the reception staff to be friendly and helpful.

Managed by Chinese, a welcoming place with a large parking lot.

16/09/2025: I rarely leave negative reviews, but this time I can't help but do so. Although the quality of the products is sublime, the disorganization and the biblical, unjustified waiting times overshadow everything else... definitely something that can be improved.
14/09/2025: Amazing🥰🥰 Beautiful atmosphere and you feel like you're at home... not to mention the food, all delicious! Excellent service, kind, smiling, and polite waitresses! I really recommend this place to everyone! My favorite restaurant ❤️ The owners are one of a kind!❤️

29/08/2025: Unfortunately, the osteria isn't open 24/7, as Google Maps states. We arrived at 2:20 PM, and the kitchen was already closed until 6:30 PM.

10/10/2025: At first glance, the location was really nice, but it's a shame it all depends on the servers, only one was friendly. The bottles of wine are expensive. I asked to heat up a pizza that arrived cold, but the server took offense and left with the pizza without returning.
I've never seen anything so shameful in terms of customer service.
And yet we go to restaurants every day.
26/09/2025: Very surprised by the average rating of this establishment, we ate really well, the server spoke French and the dishes were very good. A restaurant that I recommend.

the staff were rude, had a very unpleasant dinner.
Don’t reccomend, don’t waste your money on this place.
17/06/2025: I had the worst experience with the workers here, they stalked me down the street proclaiming I had to eat at their restaurant, then when I chose not to because they were really rude they continued to shout rude remarks at me while I was eating. I would NOT recommend at all!
