08/04/2026: Both the Neapolitan-style pizza and the fried food are excellent. The atmosphere is quiet and the owners are friendly. There's parking across the street.

08/11/2025: The place is aesthetically pleasing, but it lacks a bit of substance. It tries to resemble a typical Milanese trendy venue, but it focuses more on volume than on the essence of the place. The music is very loud, preventing conversation, which makes the evening chaotic. In fact, the service was also a consequence! The set menu option probably wasn't the right choice! We paid €35 ​​(in advance, excluding wine) for an appetizer and a first course that were almost tasting-sized. It seems excessive to me. Oh, and there was also dessert, but it was literally a spoonful! We all left hungry, at a table of 15 people...

22/05/2026: Terrible service. Had to wait 30mins for one of our diners meals to arrive. This arrived when everyone else was finished and they had removed the plates. We requested this was removed from the bill but they refused and became aggressive

30/08/2025: Pizzas ordered for delivery at 7:45/8:30 PM but arrived at 9:15 PM. When we first called, at 8:40 PM, the answer was "they're coming out of the oven right now." Two minutes later, they called back and said, "They'll be out of the oven in 20 minutes and we'll bring them to you." It might be a bit confusing, but this is already the second time we've ordered and they've arrived more than half an hour late. What bothered me most was the hasty response to our first call; it almost seemed like a joke. The pizza with the stuffed crust had all the contents spilled out and dripped onto the cardboard, another pizza was completely cold, and the others were decent except for the decidedly undercooked and acidic tomato. I'm sorry, but I can't recommend this pizzeria enough.

30/08/2025: Ordered for 9:00 PM. At 9:58 PM, 10:00 PM, 13:13 PM, and 10:30 PM, we were told they had "just left"... REALLY TERRIBLE!

21/09/2025: I strongly advise against stopping at this restaurant, if we can call it that. I don't think there's a chef. The food was terrible and we spent a fortune on the crap they served us. Never again!

21/09/2025: We stopped today, ate some simple first courses, which were disgusting and worth spending a fortune for nothing. I strongly advise against it!!! As far as I'm concerned, you can close!!!!!

16/03/2026: We've relied on Lumiere several times for our school parties at the Scuola Normale and have always been extremely satisfied. The staff guarantees availability and organization down to the last detail: room management, music, security, bar service, and cloakroom. Highly recommended for organizing private parties here in Pisa.

13/03/2026: Yin Yin Concert. It was supposed to start at 10 PM. Tickets were bought on Dice. 23 euros. At 9:10 PM, an email arrived from Dice announcing the concert's early start at 9:15 PM. The band played for 1.5 hours. All this to do two nights in one. The venue crisis is fine. But this is just ripping people off.

09/04/2026: The bar is decent with reasonable prices but the adjacent toilet is a sore point, which is dilapidated and smelly.

04/04/2026: I often stop here for a quick lunch. They offer a variety of options, including a choice of first course, second course with a side dish, or a "single dish," which is a two-person meal where you can choose a first course, a second course with a side dish of your choice. This option costs €10.40, including bread and 500ml of water. Otherwise, they offer various pizzas and chickpea farinata, desserts, and more. To top it all off, there's also a bar serving delicious coffee and pastries. All this is complemented by the magnificent service; the girls at the counter are always very kind and cheerful. It's a regular spot for me.

07/07/2025: 24.05.30 They made such a pizza and carbonara that our ears were ringing! I think it's a family business. A nice cold Peroni beer went with everything. We arrived early, nothing was open yet, around 5 o'clock in the afternoon, but they politely offered us a seat. Other diners were even spreading the tablecloth and looking at us like a pyromaniac at a wet straw. We sat down and could order, and we got it 10 minutes later, since it was just us. The pizza was heavenly, my son licked my carbonara and ate it up. Good place!!!***** And the point: we paid under 50 erika with more drinks for the 3 of us!

16/04/2025: I celebrated my graduation on Monday the 14th and everything went smoothly. Everything we agreed upon arrived, the staff was helpful, and the evening was enjoyable: nothing to complain about. 🫶🏼 Highly recommended for celebrating your graduation.

12/05/2026: I'm perfectly aware that if I sit outside there's a service charge, but the real question is... what service? Tables piled up and ours dirty, with an ashtray full of previous customers' cigarette butts on the table, a girl comes to bring us our order: a coffee and a glass of juice. Zero service, placed like that on a dirty table. At least she could have brought a glass of water, which is usually brought with the coffee, or at least cleaned the table, which was soggy with old cigarette butts.

28/04/2026: Perfect! We came here with two dogs, and they were very well received with a bowl of water and treats. The food was excellent, and the servers were friendly. I highly recommend it!

09/05/2025: We had dinner here last night. We were greeted very warmly and the staff was helpful. Good value for money. It's not the place to eat if you're looking for a typical Pisan dish or delicate flavors, but the food is still good, and the pinsa is also good.

05/04/2026: The restaurant is located in a beautiful alleyway, overlooking the Leaning Tower. The pizza is delicious, truly Italian, so there's a nice atmosphere, but... the service is completely incompetent. They should mark the tables somehow; they forget which dishes are for whom, which drinks. Total chaos. An additional 5 euros added to the receipt for service? Well, I wouldn't tip that much, because the service, unfortunately, is incompetent.

12/05/2026: It's a trap. Friendly girls lure you into the restaurant right by the exit (or entrance, depending on which way you're coming) of the Leaning Tower of Pisa. ​Make sure to double-check your bill; they intentionally add items you didn't order and swap cheaper dishes for more expensive ones. Honestly, just stay far away from this place.

06/05/2026: Staff were very attentitive, as soon as the rain started they ran out to put umbrellas up so no one got wet. Food was great, tables maybe a bit close to each other but other wise perfect.
