02/11/2025: Exceptional, lovely place, friendly and very helpful staff. We ate: a truly generous appetizer, chicken tagliata, beef tagata with gorgonzola and walnuts, mixed grill... everything was plentiful. The legendary GIGI's care and passion was evident in every dish. Excellent food quality, we'll definitely be back for the pizza too. To finish, the punch... expertly made.

19/03/2026: It's been a while since I've been there, but I have wonderful memories. It was a difficult time for me, with my father's health problems, so I stayed there alone for a long time. The room was cozy, with a double bed and a single bed, and a bathroom. Besides being a B&B, there's both a bar and a restaurant. The food is excellent and there's a great variety. There's a large green space outside. What can I say about the owners? They're adorable. They welcomed me and treated me like one of the family. During that time, I never felt alone, but rather part of them. Even today, after all this time, we still keep in touch with each other. I recommend it if you're visiting Pisa or if you need to accompany someone to Cisanello Hospital (it's within walking distance from the B&B). So, a super positive review ❤️

17/12/2025: The windows in the room are closed, and you're still disturbed by cars on the street. Bathroom: at least clean the toilets, I think that's the minimum... Eating is fine 👍

25/02/2026: Pastry shop with convenient parking, but the coffee isn't exceptional.

07/02/2026: A pastry shop that, however, has more of a tobacconist's feel. The food is average, and if the staff were friendlier, I'd probably go back at least once a decade. Specifically, the guy has a particularly rude attitude. Oh well. No big deal. Three kilometers further on, you're spoiled for choice.

30/08/2025: Pizzas ordered for delivery at 7:45/8:30 PM but arrived at 9:15 PM. When we first called, at 8:40 PM, the answer was "they're coming out of the oven right now." Two minutes later, they called back and said, "They'll be out of the oven in 20 minutes and we'll bring them to you." It might be a bit confusing, but this is already the second time we've ordered and they've arrived more than half an hour late. What bothered me most was the hasty response to our first call; it almost seemed like a joke. The pizza with the stuffed crust had all the contents spilled out and dripped onto the cardboard, another pizza was completely cold, and the others were decent except for the decidedly undercooked and acidic tomato. I'm sorry, but I can't recommend this pizzeria enough.

30/08/2025: Ordered for 9:00 PM. At 9:58 PM, 10:00 PM, 13:13 PM, and 10:30 PM, we were told they had "just left"... REALLY TERRIBLE!

21/09/2025: I strongly advise against stopping at this restaurant, if we can call it that. I don't think there's a chef. The food was terrible and we spent a fortune on the crap they served us. Never again!

21/09/2025: We stopped today, ate some simple first courses, which were disgusting and worth spending a fortune for nothing. I strongly advise against it!!! As far as I'm concerned, you can close!!!!!

20/09/2025: We stopped by for a coffee; the staff were very friendly and helpful. I recommend stopping here and even staying overnight.

07/07/2025: 24.05.30 They made such a pizza and carbonara that our ears were ringing! I think it's a family business. A nice cold Peroni beer went with everything. We arrived early, nothing was open yet, around 5 o'clock in the afternoon, but they politely offered us a seat. Other diners were even spreading the tablecloth and looking at us like a pyromaniac at a wet straw. We sat down and could order, and we got it 10 minutes later, since it was just us. The pizza was heavenly, my son licked my carbonara and ate it up. Good place!!!***** And the point: we paid under 50 erika with more drinks for the 3 of us!

03/01/2026: Definitely a nice place. But always a different waiter/bartender, prices never the same. I recommend a larger plate for an aperitif, as the leftovers will be thrown away. It's better to finish everything.

12/01/2026: I visited this restaurant and was impressed by the quality of the food and the impeccable service. The menu is excellent and offers a wide range of dishes to suit all tastes. The value for money is simply incredible; you can't find a better place in the area. The staff is friendly and professional, always ready to offer advice and customize your meal to your needs. The cuisine is fresh and creative, with dishes that showcase local flavors and high-quality ingredients. I especially recommend trying the daily menu, which is always a surprise and a delight: generous for €18. The service is also very fast and efficient, despite the large number of customers. In short, if you're looking for a restaurant that offers a high-quality dining experience near the Leaning Tower of Pisa at a reasonable price, this is the place. Don't hesitate to book a table and enjoy a fantastic meal! 5/5 stars

13/01/2026: Delicious speck and walnut gnocchi, really excellent, even the resealable box was very cute and functional.

02/09/2025: Arrived late at a nearby hotel and Googled this restaurant that is closest and reviewed to serve good food with reasonable price. The seats outside were reserved so we had to sit inside. The waiter doesn't understand English but when I asked about WiFi he gave me their password which I used for translating the menu so we could order. Busy as he was by himself the young waiter was able to graciously serve the sudden crowd from the hotel. The food was the best I had so far halfway this tour from France, Spain and Italy going forward.

31/07/2025: So... When we arrived, the waiter asked if we had a reservation... The restaurant was empty, though... He agreed to set a table for us... We left, and it was still empty... No drinks or wine menu... The waiter didn't know what to serve or the prices... He was barely pleasant... In fact, he was unpleasant... The pasta wasn't great and was too salty... Absolutely no interest.

16/03/2026: We've relied on Lumiere several times for our school parties at the Scuola Normale and have always been extremely satisfied. The staff guarantees availability and organization down to the last detail: room management, music, security, bar service, and cloakroom. Highly recommended for organizing private parties here in Pisa.

13/03/2026: Yin Yin Concert. It was supposed to start at 10 PM. Tickets were bought on Dice. 23 euros. At 9:10 PM, an email arrived from Dice announcing the concert's early start at 9:15 PM. The band played for 1.5 hours. All this to do two nights in one. The venue crisis is fine. But this is just ripping people off.

24/12/2025: Very friendly staff. Good selection of alcoholic beverages and desserts.
