17/06/2025: I had the worst experience with the workers here, they stalked me down the street proclaiming I had to eat at their restaurant, then when I chose not to because they were really rude they continued to shout rude remarks at me while I was eating. I would NOT recommend at all!

17/06/2025: DONT EAT HERE ! the staff were rude, had a very unpleasant dinner. Don’t reccomend, don’t waste your money on this place.

03/06/2025: Not just a shop.. In the back they have a little room with seats.. That's where the magic happens, sandwiches of unique goodness with high quality local products, friendly and fast staff! Recommended!!

11/05/2025: Revisado en 2025: Esta vez vinimos a comprar un poco de Pecorino. Nos encanta Pecorino. Va bien con cualquier pasta o simplemente para disfrutar como está. Y de todo el queso Pecorino que conocemos, ¡este de aquí es el mejor! Gran selección con todo tipo de sabores. Compramos dos con vino tinto, dos con trufas y dos con pera. Algunos sabores pueden sonar improbables... pero son geniales. Especialmente el de pera nos ganó el corazón. Va sorprendentemente bien con un plato de pasta ligera - le da un toque agradable y fresco. Los precios son realmente justos - se obtiene un montón de queso por el dinero. Y es un lugar ocupado. Espera una línea que vaya hasta afuera. Pero se mueve rápido. Y vale la pena esperar. Productos fantásticos. También tienen una gran selección de todo tipo de salami y otros productos locales.

23/07/2025: Avoid... odious waitress and aggressive towards children... disgusting frozen pizza with canned mushrooms! Carbonated pasta filled with pepper to cover up the horrible taste. Plus, paid service of 1.50 euros per person. 1 star is already too many.

15/07/2025: Bizarre: frozen pizza, pasta with tomato puree instead of sauce, salad with individually wrapped mini portions of oil/vinegar. Even the dog wasn't feeling well afterward—though that wasn't the fault of the food, but rather the heat. The alleged owner kindly brought Köti water without being asked and gave the children candy—for that, the second star.

07/06/2025: Verhuurder had ons geadviseerd hier te gaan lunchen. Beslist geen spijt van gehad. Wat een heerlijk uitzicht op te toren. Personeel was behulpzaam en vriendelijk. We genoten van een zalmsalade en een pizza. Niets op aan te merken. Erg lekker. Prijzen ook normaal. Mooie foto’s kunnen maken.

28/05/2025: Was für eine Wahnsinnslage!!! Direkt neben dem schiefen Turm mit freiem Blick. Apple crumble und Eiskaffee waren super und auch das Kaffee selber ist sehr schön dekoriert bzw. im Stilecht gehalten. Man muss ins Gebäude des Opernmuseum hinein gehen, hat aber vorher den Abzweig zur Cafeteria und zum Restaurant. Preise sind schon etwas teurer aber meiner Meinung nach dich irgendwie in Ordnung. Latte 6 Euro, Dessert 8 Euro ... Ist's aber wirklich der Lage wegen wert.

11/04/2025: The restaurant is located in front of the hospital, the furniture is a little dated, the environment is clean and tidy. The breakfast but especially the sandwiches are exceptional, it's worth stopping by. Fast, friendly staff.

03/06/2025: The drinks and service were okay, but we were not satisfied with the food. The lasagna was really like what you get in the store and the Bolognese ragu had barely any meat or vegetables.

17/07/2025: Low-quality food and overpriced. Not for me!

12/07/2025: Poor food and overpriced: the two pizzas lacked toppings (ref. buffalo mozzarella takeout €12 each), were dry, and tasteless. The takeout portion of fries was incredibly expensive (€8!!) and paltry! The fries were "mushy" (it was obvious they had left the kitchen long before the pizzas and, by putting them in a container with a lid, had lost their crispiness). We had to ask for sauces, and they didn't give us more than two mini ones. The service was chaotic and rushed (undersized for the needs of the large clientele). Unnerved and disappointed by this takeout, which was supposed to be a "tasty" way to enjoy the sunset on the beach, we decided we'll NEVER return!! A word of advice: check the prices before ordering...

28/05/2025: All in all good. A bit inexperienced in the service of the girls I think new and some flaws in the competence of the staff (we were asked to get up to get tea independently from the mini bar) but the girl in charge very accommodating and kind. Average price correct for what we ate, nothing special but normal

27/07/2025: First place after 4 days in Italy that all the dishes were good. Maybe getting smarter on what to order but all of it was great. Service good and really quaint. About a half block from the leaning tower. Very reasonable prices too.

19/07/2025: we paid 14€ for only one slice of watermelon, which wasnt,the even 100 grams of weight, and also four little slices of melon, the price ratio is not worth, don' go

21/04/2025: Passo spesso da queste parti in viaggio per lavoro, ho scoperto questo ristorante grazie a una persona del luogo, e da allora cerco sempre di fermarmi per la cena in questo ristorante quando passo in zona. Ho assaggiato un po’ tutti i piatti del menu dalla carne ai primi passando per i salumi e per i dolci. Direi che il mio piatto preferito restano i ravioli di “mucco pisano” (prezzo 12€) è un bel piatto di ravioli ripieni di carne locale conditi con un abbondante ragù sempre fatto con carne locale. Molto buoni sono anche le carni e i salumi. Per un antipasto carne dolce a cena, sei intorno ai 50 €. Però ci sono altri piatti, come ad esempio i primi, che sono più economici. Questo locale fa anche la pizzeria, anche quella è molto buona. Ogni volta che sono passato in questo locale in qualunque giorno della settimana, l’ho sempre trovato strapieno sia in estate che in inverno, sinonimo del fatto che la qualità della loro cucina è apprezzata anche da gente del posto. I dolci, prezzo medio 6€, sono un po’ piccini, per rispetto allo standard. Se si cerca un ristorante con carni di qualità, questo è il posto giusto.

21/02/2025: Cambio la precedente recensione per sottolineare quanto una gestione oculata faccia la fortuna di certe attività (insieme alla qualità del cibo e del bere). In una precedente occasione c'era stata un'incomprensione - causata anche da mia inesperienza - che aveva portato ad una brutta esperienza, ma il titolare e il direttore hanno fatto sì che l'impressione tornasse quella di prima, ovvero di un luogo di eccellenza.

25/05/2025: Old school local Italian place. Very welcoming, easy going and affordable. Food is good and definitely plenty full. The sparkling wine from draft (white) was delicious. Really good place to visit!

16/03/2025: An extremely welcoming and well-kept place that instills tranquility and a desire for old traditions beyond the splendid pizzas cooked on the brick, the cuisine lacks nothing. Enjoyed a tender steak with lard which I will certainly also propose at home as soon as there is an opportunity!

12/07/2025: We stopped for lunch in the middle of the afternoon. The manager happily invited us to sit down and we realized that the restaurant was actually going to close, the restaurateur didn't tell us and happily took our order anyway. The buffalo pizza was very very good, and the carbonara pasta too! We ate very well, the manager still took the time to make us a coffee at the end. The place is very clean, and no flies. We really appreciated that they welcomed us like this even though it was supposed to close, in the end it had to close 1 hour later. A big thank you for this good time we had. :-)
