The cellar is well-stocked with both local and international wines. The staff are friendly and provide efficient and fast service despite the unusual preparation of the dishes.

16/08/2025: Papaveri e Papere is a guarantee. The atmosphere is relaxing and elegant, and the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable, even when it comes to wine selection. We had the seafood tasting, and every course was a harmony of flavors, everything was delicious; we were completely satisfied. I recommend reserving a table; it's very easy, even online.

I'll return again and again. The only thing is, the fried food was overcooked in batter, but that's nothing compared to all the good things!

24/08/2025: A typical Tuscan restaurant. The service was friendly, quick, and uncomplicated. The view of the valley in front of Casale Maritimo was stunning. We had pasta dishes that really impressed us. The tagliata was also perfect. Reservations are recommended (by email or phone).

08/08/2025: Pisa = Tipì, for us this is now a surefire equation that yields this result: excellent food, excellent wine, great hospitality and courtesy. We discuss dishes, suppliers (since theirs are truly excellent and I believe you're basically dining at a Michelin-starred restaurant without the star) and wines. This time Tipì directed me to an excellent pure San Giovese from Valdonica, although we then discussed various Italian wines. Unlike other restaurants that have consistently raised prices since the post-Covid era, it seemed to me that they've actually lowered them.

08/07/2025: Nice place to eat well! Various types of sandwiches and cheap prices. The ingredients are excellent! Everyone finds something for themselves! I recommend!

08/07/2025: We ate a platter of charcuterie and bruschetta here. Super tasty! The staff was also very friendly. Good portions for reasonable prices.

19/08/2025: Very authentic. Best Tiramisu I have ever had. The owner who founded the place years ago comes and greets you once. The pasta is delicious. Make sure to ask for peperincino if you like spicy. House wine is pretty decent too. Very homely environment. All the staff are super nice. Make sure you be there at 11.50 am as the place opens at 12 and may ger crowded pretty soon, especially if you go during peak tourist season.

21/08/2025: A cute little ice cream parlor with delicious ice cream. There's a wide selection and the prices are reasonable. We tried four different flavors, and they were all delicious. 😋

22/08/2025: The atmosphere is incredible, with Latin music and even Latin American dishes. The service provided by the waitresses is impressive; they are very kind and respectful. Highly recommended, everything is 10/10.

20/08/2025: We had dinner there a few nights ago and it was a pleasant surprise! We ordered the tagliatelle with wild boar and parmesan mousse (really delicious) and the picanha steak with baked potatoes. Excellent quality, on another level! The dining room and service were very pleasant. Highly recommended.

25/07/2025: A casual restaurant offering quality dishes, specializing in wood-fired, free-range, antibiotic-free chicken, served in generous, tasty portions. The rotisserie offers a wide range of options: not only whole or portioned chicken, but also pasta dishes like lasagna, gnocchi, chicken parcels, finger foods, and side dishes like roast potatoes, caponata, or grilled vegetables. Friendly staff and efficient service. Excellent value.
