24/03/2025: Very nice location. Polite and helpful staff. Quality food. Nice wine list. At the end of the dinner the chef showed up to ask if we liked the dinner and especially the dishes.

26/03/2025: Although the place is very famous for its fish products, I can tell you that I ate an EXCEPTIONAL Florentine steak. The service was fantastic, I had fun and had a great evening thanks to Carlo who is the undisputed super nice n 1. If I go back to Pisa I will definitely stop again.

07/11/2024: It is a good place to eat but I give this rating because it is the second time that I arrived an hour before closing and they no longer want to sell us. I would understand arriving 10 minutes before closing but I think an hour is excessive. They should change the schedule.

16/03/2025: Truly exceptional meat. Wide assortment of loins. It can range from the most marbled to the thinnest. From the strongest to the most delicate in flavour. In short, there is something for all tastes. Welcoming and friendly staff. The owner is always ready to listen to the needs of his guests. Personally, Tuscany is one of the best places to eat meat.
11/03/2025: You can go and look in any other butcher's shop, but you will never find sublime meat like Testi's anywhere else.
Massimiliano will help you choose the breed, the maturation and the type of cut; the way he serves customers shows that there is truly passion and love in what he does.
The steaks, both in the rib and in the fillets, are a taste experience at the top of the category.
Once you have tried the unique flavors of these meats you will no longer be able to do without them.

23/03/2025: Top restaurant with delicious pizza. €2.20 per person for two slices of baguette with oil is a bit excessive (you have to pay!), but that's probably how you'll get a tip.
17/03/2025: We didn't take photos, but the pizza was so good, with quality products and a Neapolitan cloud dough, that we returned the following evening too. Vegetarian 2.0 is a little gem. The waiter's discreet kindness and friendliness, the icing on the cake.
Fast and precise in service. P.S. also the pizza with Nutella to finish... light, crunchy... good, good. Well done, encore!

Let me start by saying that we took takeaway but the sandwiches are really good and original and even the starters (meatballs with alioli sauce) I regretted having only taken one type! Ah, special mention for the STRE PI TO SE chips, never eaten so good but what do you put in them????
