02/06/2025: Ho prenotato perché me l’hanno consigliato e ho chiesto via mail se potevo avere un tavolo con vista sulle colline e quando sono arrivata sono rimasta senza parole dalla vista meravigliosa e dal posto incantevole in mezzo alla natura. 28/05/2025: We went here two nights in a row, because it was so great. Valerio is the best waitor, superfriendly and really a great guy! The T-Bone steak is served rare, which is amazingly juicy and flavorful. The quality of the meat is fantastic. Thank you very much for everything! Grazie mille!

15/05/2025: Very good panini, the best we ate in Tuscany. It is worth choosing focaccia instead of bread, it is delicious. We ate with porchetta and with truffles, both very tasty. You can choose additions to each sandwich such as mushrooms, dried tomatoes, caramelized onion or other vegetables. Helpful service

13/05/2025: Hemos estado en Volterra un par de veces. Vi este lugar antes, pero siempre había una cola enorme. Una buena señal, pero nunca tuvimos tiempo. Hasta este año. Sigue siendo una línea, pero no está tan mal... así que lo intentamos. Y los Panini - recién hechos - son algunos de los mejores que he probado. Pan fresco de alta calidad. Con coberturas generosas de su elección. Teníamos uno con un poco de cebolla y una buena carga de Porchetta. Muy bien cocinado, bien condimentado. La otra la cubrimos con una gran cantidad de Prosciutto crudo, champiñones y una crema de peperoni. Una fantástica combinación y explosión de sabores. Es realmente un lugar fantástico para comer algo. Gran relación calidad-precio, lo mejor para disfrutar en el mirador de la Piazza Martiri Liberta - con vistas a la Toscana. No hay nada mejor que eso.

05/05/2025: I have lived in Pisa for 15 years and I discovered this place (or rather managed to go there) only this year. I'm ashamed because they told me it was an institution and I can't believe I missed this pearl for so long. The focaccias at this place are crazy from every point of view. From the crunchiness of the focaccia to its flavour, from the quality of the ingredients to the combination of flavours, everything makes this place a "gourmet focaccia". If we add to this the fact that the drinks are also a lot, you will understand why I am already planning to go there again in the short term. They have many varieties of focaccia, you can compose your own if you don't find one to your taste and they possibly provide 3 solutions for an aperitif of increasing cost. All very honest and in line with the prices of Pisa, in fact I would say that it is even low for the quality we are talking about. The view, then, is directly on the Arno. Need I say anything else? A must-see.

03/05/2025: Pequeño lugar encantador en el río perfecto para un aperitivo en la tarde. Volvimos dos veces por esta razón, precio súper razonable y personal muy amable. No probé nada de comida en este viaje pero ahora mirando fotos de los bocadillos, ¡ojalá lo hubiera hecho! Sin duda volveré si estoy de vuelta en Pisa.

01/05/2025: A very nice place run by an Italian couple. Delicious food, great atmosphere. Very good wines. If you have trouble choosing the right wine for a dish, the owners will be happy to help. All those who would like to eat in this great place must try to reserve a place, because it is crowded and it is difficult to enter from the street.

26/04/2025: Family dinner; the owner and the staff treated us very well and met all our requests (we had 2 vegetarians at the table). The quality is really high, both for the wines and the meat but also for the rest of the menu Absolutely recommended and we will more than willingly return

16/03/2025: Truly exceptional meat. Wide assortment of loins. It can range from the most marbled to the thinnest. From the strongest to the most delicate in flavour. In short, there is something for all tastes. Welcoming and friendly staff. The owner is always ready to listen to the needs of his guests. Personally, Tuscany is one of the best places to eat meat.

08/05/2025: Found by chance, a nice culinary surprise! Dishes that blend South American and Tuscan cuisine perfectly with flavors that satisfy the palate. Must try the lomo and the tapas starter!

07/05/2025: We stumbled across Tumi and were able to get the last available table. The ladies running the show ran a 'tight ship' as I told them. They were professional, funny and helpful - a great team. Having just been on a walking (drinking and eating) tour around Tuscany we had no great expectations, but the food was absolutely delicious: the best we'd had in Tuscany. Wonderful Sushi amuse-bouche to kick things off. My Paella was unusual and better than any I'd had in Spain. My wife's steak cooked to perfection. We were too full for pudding - but not for their version of Grappa! A delight to find this enterprising place and joyful people. Thank you!

14/05/2025: A restaurant that introduced us to some wonderful local specialties: we thoroughly enjoyed our meal as a family. What's more, the server spoke a little French and translated the entire menu for us. A wonderful memory, and an excellent address in Pisa.
