23/06/2025: It was my first vacation in Tuscany, and I had been looking for the perfect accommodation for a year, and we found it here. 🥰 Allesio and Ricardo's story touched me, and their concept convinced me. We were able to spend nine nights here. The room, in typical Tuscan style, was quiet and very clean. Our hosts were very welcoming and gave personal tips for excursions when needed. The evening meal at Locanda le Guinche was particularly delicious. A table was reserved for us at any time. A big compliment to the kitchen 👌🏼everything here was absolutely delicious. We were always warmly welcomed at breakfast; breakfast was served to us at the table and was always very fresh. Our only criticism was that we would have liked a bit more variety during the 10 days. Excursion destinations were easily accessible, and after a strenuous day, the refreshing dip in the pool was simply perfect. 08/07/2025: If you want to eat well in Pisa, sitting in a lovely little alleyway rather than in one of the touristy restaurants, this is the place for you. Honest and authentic, just like grandma's home. The owners are super friendly and don't overbook, as they prepare everything fresh in pairs. So, it's best to make a reservation. We were thrilled!

04/07/2025: A lovely hidden gem of a restaurant! My partner and I both had the Testatoli della lunigiana which was delicious. We then shared the chocolate fondant, which was one of the best chocolate fondants that I’ve had! The service was great, the cook chatted to us about the chocolate coming from Peru to give it that perfect flavour. We would absolutely come here again.

27/06/2025: If you're passing through Pisa, head to this trattoria. It's typical, authentic, and incredibly welcoming. Your grandmother cooks right in front of you, your grandfather comes to chat, and everyone is lovely. The dishes are delicious and very affordable: spaghetti Bolognese for €6, a homemade dessert for €3.50. (There are very affordable set menus) A real gem!!🍝🇮🇹

11/05/2025: A real gem, a nice environment with the comforts and quality of a restaurant, with the quantity and prices of a rotisserie. Caponata almost like in Sicily. Juicy and tasty roast chicken, crispy skin. Welcoming service.

18/06/2025: It was amazing, it was something very special. Having lived in Italy for a long time, I thought that I could no longer be surprised by delicacies and service, but this is not the case. A place where everything is appropriate and to the point, starting from the variety of different-tasting dishes and ending with excellent staff who will accurately convey the whole atmosphere of real Made in Italy, which in itself is a guarantee of quality. In addition, the restaurant has an excellent, clear chef. One of the few places where you really want to and enjoy coming back. If you are looking for a small, very cozy restaurant in the center of Pisa where it is Mega DELICIOUS, then this is definitely the place for you.

23/06/2025: Great place to enjoy delicious gelato in Pisa! The flavors are natural, with no overpowering taste of sugar. The mango gelato tastes fresh and authentic, and the ricotta with fig is delightful. Highly recommend!
