26/03/2025: We stopped by the place on via martedì to try the ice cream and I have to say that the lactose-free chocolate and the hazelnut were truly excellent. Very nice and well-kept place, excellent service. Price a little above average but for the quality produced it is absolutely worth trying.

01/02/2025: ho visitato la cioccolateria di Via Marradi a Livorno, quindi non so come siano i punti vendita alla baracchina bianca e quello della "sede" in via Mondolfi all'Ardenza sempre a Livorno. La qualità dei prodotti è impressionante e io un po' di cioccolato me ne intendo avendo anche gestito un negozio di vini e cioccolato a Livorno . sono stato servito direttamente dal proprietario e cioccolatiere molto gentile, nulla di negativo da segnalare solo che la qualità si paga da Giovannini forse un po' troppo confrontandola con quella di altri artigiani o con quella "confezionata" di Slitti o Amedei Abbassate un po' i prezzi perchè non siamo al Forte XD

02/04/2025: Restaurant easily reachable by car and with parking. We took the tasting of appetizers with 10 dishes 5 hot and 5 cold, highly recommended and then continued with a seafood carbonara (very good) a spaghetti with chopped shellfish, a stuffed squid and one alla diavola. The dishes are abundant and the prices a little high but fair for the quality of the dishes. Beautiful location. The service is fast but for the quantity of covers they would need 1/2 more waiters, the tables are many so you are a bit crowded and for this reason if someone smokes at their table if nearby you risk smelling the stench. Possibility of eating meat and reservation recommended 2 days before the scheduled day.

Friendly and helpful staff. Wide choice of menu. The idea of ​​the pizza divided in half with the possibility of choosing two distinct toppings is excellent. Well seasoned pizzas. Excellent price/quality/quantity ratio. We will definitely be back. To be recommended.👍👍👍

30/11/2024: Ristorante a bordo spiaggia con vista mare. Cena di pesce davvero super e buona scelta vini elbani. Personale estremamente cortese. Avevamo un cane che è stato accolto senza problemi (avvertiamo sempre in fase di prenotazione che siamo in compagnia di un Flat Coated Retriver). Vista stupenda sul tramonto in mare. Un mese dopo ci sono stati alcuni nostri amici e hanno riportato lo stesso giudizio. Ci torneremo sicuramente

30/10/2024: Nice place by the sea, we chose to have dinner here on the evening of August 2024. The dishes were quite good, small portions (apart from the fried fish) and nothing special taking into account the price of the dishes. We had booked in advance by reading the menu looking at the prices of the dishes, on the day of August at the table while browsing the menu we noticed that the prices of the dishes were higher than those we had seen in advance... it was not a nice surprise. There was saffron on my plate (very good to my taste) but it wasn't listed on the menu and it dominated everything else a bit. One thing in particular that I appreciated was the kindness of the waitress with short hair, super dynamic and easygoing... otherwise I wouldn't go back.

05/04/2025: Locale vecchio stile, con foto di personaggi famosi per lo più anni 70. Siamo andati per il cacciucco in quanto si autodefiscono il tempio del cacciucco e per le discrete recensioni Il cacciucco si presenta bene ed è abbondante, ma se vai ad approfondire trovi una manciata di cozze per lo più disabitate o abitate da molluschi iper cotti e rattrappiti, uno dei quali puzzava di carburante, una bella gallinella di cui mi incuriosiva la data del decesso, e fette di pane parzialmente carbonizzate. Per carità la serata no può capitare…a noi è successo

30/03/2025: Locale pieno di foto ricordo di personaggi famosi che hanno visitato il ristorante. Purtroppo una esperienza non positiva in quanto hanno servito tre primi con la pasta tendenzialmente cruda. Un cameriere giovane scioccamente presuntuoso. La nota positiva è che il cameriere anziano non ha messo in conto i piatti non mangiati.

22/03/2025: Pizzeria recommended by friends... well, for the pizza, nothing special, not bad but nothing special... note of merit for the cake. It literally melts in your mouth. Really really good! Congratulations. Fast and friendly service. Small but clean place. I'll try home delivery. I'll return and recommend it.

24/03/2025: Ci si trova lì è il nostro posto preferito per la pizza. Il n più ci piace tantissimo la gentilezza dei proprietari e anche di tigli camerieri. Il locale e molto carino, i parcheggi quasi sempre sufficienti e d'estate si può stare fuori. Grazie mille

22/11/2024: Cena rimasta nel cuore, ambiente piccolo e curato, siamo capitati un periodo un pò morto ma siamo stati benissimo, il ragazzo in sala ci ha fatto sentire a nostro agio e ci ha dato ottimi consigli. Tutto bello

22/11/2024: Sono stata col mio ragazzo ad inizio settembre ed è stata veramente una bella esperienza a partire dall'accoglienza, passando dalle semplici cose come l'olio presentato sul tavolo, i secondi di pesce fuori menù non nè parliamo e i dolci poi sono stati la vera e propria ciliegina.

23/03/2025: Gluten-free seafood carbonara, discreet. The problem is two euros of purified water (very bad taste by the way) and two euros of cover charge which also consists of bread with gluten, therefore not even touched. Too many.

16/01/2025: Siamo stati a pranzo in questo ristorante, in cui abbiamo mangiato benissimo, seguiti con grande cortesia e simpatia dal proprietario. Abbiamo preso tagliatelle al colombaccio, una Fiorentina fa 1,5 Kg ed un ottimo minestrone. Un ristorante tipico "toscano" con una vista mare meravigliosa. Ottima esperienza.

31/12/2024: Da Ugo è un ristorante perfetto per chi cerca cibo locale maremmano genuino senza fronzoli e non incline alle pose di moda. Abbiamo cenato con ottimi crostini misti toscani, eccellenti pappardelle al cinghiaie e tagliatelle al colombaccio. Abbiamo chiuso con una torta casalinga strepitosa. Da provare.
