07/10/2025: A superb experience! The view is impressive, and it feels like you're on the other side of the world. It's magical. The meal is equally delicious, with fresh, daily specials. The waitress was also very kind.

14/09/2025: We met Alessandro on our way back from a hike up Monte Grosso. We entered his restaurant and he welcomed us with a glass of wine. We immediately connected with a French couple and another gentleman whose name I don't remember. He shared anecdotes with us as a native Elban, with a profound knowledge of the area, resulting in an unforgettable snack. We immediately booked dinner that evening. We had a delicious meal, excellent service, and a wonderful view. Thanks to Alessandro and all his staff.

28/09/2025: Excellent fish, fresh and perfectly seasoned, beautiful sea views, and cheap parking 400 meters from the beach. Another plus is that you can eat here almost all day long, which is not very common in Italy.

21/09/2025: We had lunch at this wonderful place on Sunday, September 21st. The spaghetti with lupini beans and fried fish with vegetables and fries were divine, along with two delicious desserts and generous portions. The price was very reasonable considering the location, right in the sand. We'll definitely be back.

06/11/2025: The food, unfortunately, lacked flavor overall. The carbonara was quite watery and resembled scrambled eggs more than a proper sauce. The ravioli was edible but undercooked—closer to raw than al dente—and the ragù sauce was also watery and bland. We also ordered the controfiletto with truffle sauce; while the sauce was fine, the meat wasn’t cooked as requested (we asked for rare). The only dish we truly enjoyed was the pizza—it was good and well-prepared. That said, the place itself is beautiful: quiet, comfortable, and full of potential. With a bit more attention to flavor and preparation, it could easily become one of the best spots to eat in town.

13/10/2025: We were passing through Cecina and looking for a place to stop for lunch. We stumbled upon this place by chance and were very pleased, from the friendly and helpful staff to the delicious food and well-maintained restaurant. We had the ribs, which I highly recommend.

02/10/2025: We were here in August! Everything is just perfect here. The food and service are very, very good. Everyone is extremely child-friendly. You can get drinks and ice cream at the small pool bar. We highly recommend this hotel. We'll be back!

26/09/2025: We stayed at this hotel in Cavoli Bay, right on the seafront, for 4 nights. The rooms were spotless and the breakfast was superb, with sweet and savory items prepared that morning. The owner, Manuela, along with her staff, Cinzia and Fabio, made us feel at home. Highly recommended, and we'll definitely be back!

05/09/2025: Hotel La Conchiglia is a wonderful, welcoming place right on the seafront. Manuela is a special person: friendly, thoughtful, and always attentive, with that naturalness that makes you feel instantly at ease. Cinzia, with her sweetness and constant smile, adds warmth and makes every moment even more enjoyable. Together with the entire staff, always kind and friendly, they truly touch the hearts of their guests and make them feel at home. The best part is breakfast, simply wonderful: homemade cakes, pizzas, focaccias, and brioches so delicious you'll want to try them all, accompanied by coffee, cappuccino, or hot milk served at your table. The tables overlook the beach, and there's also a seafront terrace, perfect for reading a good book or relaxing. Our dog was also welcomed with affection, and we spent a truly relaxing week.

21/10/2025: On the advice of friends, we set off from Cavo for Porto Azzurro. Parking was difficult to find, but the food was delicious. We were treated very well, and the place was very welcoming. Perhaps a little pricey ;-)

20/10/2025: An unforgettable evening with the owners, Stefano and Angela, exceptional and very welcoming! Not to mention Floriano's wonderful tagliolini with flaked bottarga and clams. The dishes were generous and beautifully presented. The appetizer was sea bass flan on a bed of shellfish cream and eggplant parmigiana...what can I say?

14/10/2025: One of the must-visit restaurants on Elba, the pasta is excellent, as is the homemade fried calamari. The view is magnificent and the waiters are attentive! Go there if you are staying on the island!

14/10/2025: This excellent fish restaurant is tucked away on the campsite grounds. You can enjoy a wonderful seaside setting with a view of the water. The menu leaves nothing to be desired. The highlight, however, is the freshly presented fish, expertly prepared.

30/09/2025: Great restaurant in a great location. Prices are a bit higher, but reasonable. Service is friendly and professional. The chef helps out everywhere – in the service, in the kitchen, and even at the pizza oven – friendly 👍🏼 Very good swordfish!

15/10/2025: Savory with a reasonably well-stocked bakery, good pastries and desserts. The staff wasn't very attentive. I asked for a glass of water, but it never arrived.

30/09/2025: My boyfriend and I stopped in for a quick lunch and were extremely satisfied. We ordered two stuffed focaccias, one with salami and pecorino cheese and one with cooked ham, and both cheeses and cured meats sliced ​​on the spot. We also ordered a slice of pizza rossa, two still waters, and two coffees. We spent less than €8 each for excellent quality, fresh food, and extremely friendly and approachable staff. We'll definitely be back.

06/09/2025: Everything was top notch. We've been here 5 times this summer and it's always been perfect. Last night, the pumpkin tortelli were extraordinary. The wait staff was professional and friendly. Well done Beatrice... it's hard to improve when you're already at such a high level and you're doing it every time!!! Well done, well done, well done. 21/08/2025: The best Tuscan vegetarian cuisine. After being so impressed last year, I booked right away. There are always new herbs and variations that are surprising and delicious.

18/10/2025: A refined atmosphere, a lovely location, excellent food, and excellent service. The waitress was very kind, explaining all the dishes to us and recommending the wine (she even lent me her glasses to read the menu; I'd forgotten mine). There were two of us (a welcome drink) and we opted for the all-you-can-eat option, which included two appetizers, two mixed grills of beef and pork slices, baked potatoes, a bottle of house wine (sweet and very good), a dessert, a coffee, a corretto (a type of red wine), and an amaro (a bitter liqueur). The total cost was €97, a very fair price for what we ate and the service we received. Parking was a bit difficult (we're in the Venezia neighborhood), but it was easy to find. Overall, a very positive experience.

20/08/2025: I'm giving it 5 stars because I can't give more. The focaccia and pizza are delicious, with a variety of ingredients to please everyone. The Straccia is incredibly good. The desserts and biscuits are equally good. The staff are incredibly kind, helpful, and friendly. Highly recommended.
