15/02/2025: Mi sono recato per una cena di coppia, 1 pizza immangiabile prosciutto tagliato a listarelle e pasta immersa in un acquitrinio di fluidi derivanti dai troppi e scadenti formaggi utilizzati. L’altra pizza era mangiabile ma al momento del conto mi sono trovato la bellezza di 6 € per l’aggiunta di una bufala….. a mio avviso non consono. Personale frettoloso e locale cotico…. Sconsigliatissimo.

If you think that the price proposed or the method (fixed price dinner) is inadequate, well, one evening when you are calm, go and try Bacco, you will see that you will not regret it... the food is prepared with passion and represents a truly unique culinary experience. When you reach the end, after having perhaps even enjoyed one of the particular wines from the cellar, you will be struck by the ice cream fridge, full of unobtainable and strictly homemade flavours... a taste that you will remember forever, and then you will come back, believe me.

12/01/2025: We stayed in this property from December 30, 2024 to January 1, 2025 with family and friends. The accommodations and the setting are beautiful, truly top! The food is of the highest quality and everything is truly excellent, as is the very refined wine of our own production. I am not giving 5 stars for 2 reasons: hot water was not immediately available in the houses on the 31st morning and evening. Once reported, the problem was resolved in a short time, however I believe that in such a beautiful and superior quality property, an event like this is penalizing. Another reason is linked to the distance between the apartments and the restaurant, which was not reported to us: having booked a 'New Year's Eve' package and having children in tow, it would have been important to know about this distance to travel by car.

The typical seafood dishes, cooked in a simple way and with excellent raw materials, make this visit tasty and lively with its live music. The seafood menu is perfect, the music excellent.

08/09/2024: We stayed in early September. We chose it because they accepted our 2 Newfoundlands. Clean, tidy, rooms ok. What helped us was the restaurant that did takeaway, which allowed us to have a great dinner with our dogs. There is also a laundry room for emergencies, Very kind and always available staff. I would say highly recommended!!

Careful dishes and intriguing flavors made us enjoy this experience to the fullest, all accompanied by the service of young boys and girls who know what they're doing. Only note: the octopus that arrived was different from the one described on the menu, but still very good

28/09/2024: Location immersa in una vietta del centro storico, cibo ottimo dall'antipasto al dolce, tutto il personale molto disponibile e gentile tanto che abbiamo preso il tortino il cioccolato come dolce e nel dubbio che il cuore non fosse morbido al punto giusto che c'è stato rifatto!! Consigliato!!

23/09/2024: In un tripudio di ristoranti turistici e piatti di pesce questo ristorante vegetariano (e vegano) è un'oasi di bontà. Cavatelli al ragù bianco chianti e tartufo buonissimi. L'antipasto con tutti gli assaggi un'ottima scelta. Dolci buonissimi. Personale gentile. Complimenti all'idea e alla cuoca!

16/09/2024: Che dire….COMPLIMENTONI alla sognatrice che non si è arresa, come recita la frase sopra alla porta della cucina, tutto davvero ottimo. Non i soliti piatti. Antipasto sfiziosissimo.

03/04/2025: We found ourselves in Piombino for a medical visit and then we stopped for a quick lunch and we were pleasantly surprised by this place, really all good and abundant dishes with an exceptional quality/price, we ate inside and even though it was full it was nice but there are also tables outside, really highly recommended. P.S. if I have to make a criticism I advise the chef not to use too much salt and maybe to put a greater choice of desserts
