Il Nuovo Ciglieri In Livorno

Sono tornato in questo bel ristorante, dopo oltre un anno, quando alcuni amici me lo avevano fatto conoscere. Mi ero favorevolmente meravigliato di come fosse stato ben arredato, dell’ottimo servizio (certo non da Livorno)e del buon cibo. Questa volta sono io che ho portato oltre a mia moglie una amica : antipasti e primi ben presentati ed ottimi, un fritto di gamberi squisiti e per niente unto, con verdura e totani. Servizio attento, ma non oppressivo. Dolci super golosi. Buona scelta dei vini ed un calvados da intenditore. Prezzo giusto. Ci tornerò.

Small restaurant not far from the center of Livorno. The menu is not particularly rich, but all the dishes offered are very good and particularly spectacular. The service is excellent, it starts with a welcome offer of bubbles, and the wait for all the courses was very short. Highly recommended.

Ambiente curato, cameriera gentile e professionale , efficiente Finora per mangiare un ottimo risotto montavo in macchina e mi allontanavo da Livorno dove la maggior parte dei ristoranti/trattorie sono gestiti da “imprenditori improvvisati” e spesso pure presuntuosi — da oggi invece io che adoro il Risotto ho il mio posto dove tornare con piacere Peccato per “ l’incidente “ dei calamari che davvero erano poco gradevoli già prima di metterli in bocca. Dopo averne provati due , li ho tutti lasciato nel piatto. Erano almeno il 70% del piatto ordinato ! Ottimi i quattro diversi tipi di pane Quasi buono il “ cacciucchino “ anche se pesantemente rivisitato rispetto al piatto a cui si ispira Tornerò comunque almeno per il risotto che mi ha conquistato

Una certezza ogni volta! Cibo eccellente, cuoco bravissimo (scuola Marchesi) e servizio impeccabile. Il locale è silenzioso e curato con pochi tavoli, rapporto qualità/prezzo ottimo.
