22/08/2025: A simple croissant and a cappuccino €4.20. The cappuccino was undrinkable, boiling hot, and the coffee was burnt. I think they re-frothed the milk 60 times because it actually made cream on the cup. By the way, the price displayed for the pastries was €1.50, but on the receipt it says €2. My friends had a juice and a sandwich for €7.50. The same goes for the sandwich, the price displayed was €3, but on the receipt it says €4. Bad!

13/07/2025: Ristorante in una bellissima location , ottimamente arredato. Siamo stati accolti con cura da personale e dal proprietario. Pranzo a base di pesce , abbiamo preso una tempura di crostacei , spaghetti mono grano alle vongole ( ottimi) , baccalà e frittura. Tutto ben cucinato e presentato . Merita senz'altro una visita e consigliamo vivamente .

The selection is wide and doesn't follow the beaten path, always offering something new. The ingredients used are of the highest quality, enhancing the overall flavor. 25/09/2025: Recommended: It doesn't open until 7:00 PM You should arrive by 7:00 PM if you want to eat there. It's very popular, especially for takeaway pizzas. A lot of people do that, so it can take a little longer for guests later on.

31/08/2025: A negative experience to say the least. The place was very nice, but it was incredible that, on an already sparse menu, most of the dishes we chose were no longer available. The appetizers were decent, but the entrees were tragic. Pappardelle with wild boar ragù was actually tagliatelle, overcooked, and served with stew rather than ragù; tagliolini with truffle, with the most flavorless truffle I've ever eaten. Slow service, dishes brought in batches; an experience not to be repeated.

30/08/2025: An osteria that aims to combine Maremma cuisine with Argentario seafood. It doesn't succeed in either. The charcuterie board is unremarkable; good but not refined. The sliced ​​steak was tough and flavorless, despite being rare. The grilled calamari...to be forgotten; it's obviously a frozen product served as if it were fresh. A real shame, because the service was good and all the ingredients for a good osteria were there...

21/09/2025: I enjoyed the pizza 🍕. Everything was fresh and delicious, but the dough was too crispy for me. I prefer the Naples style. I had two glasses of red wine with it, which was also okay. The staff was super friendly and attentive 👍😊

The tables and seating aren't luxurious, but they're adequate. After placing your order at the counter, you'll be called as soon as your food is ready—everything has always worked smoothly. Highly recommended!

27/09/2025: The wild boar and suckling pig are superb! I've never tasted so good! And the desserts, I always try them all because it's impossible to choose. In short, Buratta is synonymous with quality and good food; anyone passing through Talamone and the surrounding area simply has to stop by.

08/07/2025: Il locale è delizioso, abbiamo mangiato all'esterno sotto una pergola. Mi è piaciuta molto la mis en place. Il cibo veramente buono, le signore del locale molto accogliente. Dopo aver pagato ci hanno regalato il pane fatto da loro e dei dolcetti vegani. È stato tutto molto bello ci torneremo

18/06/2025: Posto incantevole fuori dalle rotte turistiche. Mi aveva incuriosito passandoci davanti in bici anni fa, ma ripassando ora ho deciso di venirci a mangiare. Si sente che è tutto fatto in casa, con il cuore. Una bellissima esperienza, grazie.

23/05/2025: Posto incantevole e locale molto carino. Abbiamo cenato immersi nella pace del posto. Cucina semplice ma molto buona. Prezzi onesti e super cordialità. Non ho dato 5 stelle perché la tagliata era buona ma servita sul tagliere di legno purtroppo si raffredda velocemente. Ma queste sono piccoli accorgimenti. Lo consiglio per chi cerca un atmosfera tranquilla e pacifica nel verde della Maremma.

15/07/2025: Beautiful restaurant located on the beach of Giglio Porto, not far from the port of Giglio Island. We had a delicious mussels with pepper sauce as an appetizer and paccheri with swordfish and eggplant as a main course, and I must say, everything was truly excellent! The mascarpone with biscotti and macchiato were also delicious! The staff is friendly and professional, perhaps the only slightly negative thing is the enormous number of wasps surrounding you while you're eating. However, a waiter informed us that Giglio Island has been infested with a huge number of wasps this year, and a disinfestation program is underway to address this situation. Kudos to the entire staff!

24/05/2025: È ormai una vita che vengo a mangiare qua, e se lo dice uno del posto ci dovete credere! Non ci sono i sommelier o i calici di cristallo ma vi posso garantire che potete farne a meno. Cucina tradizionale toscana al massimo livello con prodotti locali top, ambiente familiare ed il tutto ad un onestissimo prezzo...cosa volere di più?
