30/09/2025: I went to this small yet beautiful place in Giglio where you can find delicious pizza with the best quality of ingredients and of course, maybe the best brioches I’ve ever tasted!!! Even just the “brioche vuota” has this amazing flavor that makes you think that you don’t need anything else to add to it. Talking about the service, the girls who serve are really nice and friendly. The owner is very charismatic and has a great attitude, she makes you feel like wanting to come back to the bar!!!

22/09/2025: We have spent recently a magical evening at Bracali. The restaurant is located in the middle of nowhere and it’s exterior is unassuming which makes the whole experience even more special. After picturesque drive trough Maremma hills we entered small 6 table elegant restaurant and were greeted by Luca, one of two brothers running the restaurant since 1983. Francesco who’s the chef gave us a node trough the big glass window allowing to admire the art of cooking during the dinner. Luca has been extremely kind, delicate and knowledgeable about wines and cousine. We have followed his advise and ordered 6 courses menu that included 2 desserts. From the beginning to the end the food was spectacular, innovative and elaborated. We had the best pigeon in our life and we had tasted a lot of them! The recommended wine was wonderful: very special and rare bottle coming from the local producer who makes just 1000 bottles per year. The atmosphere of the restaurant was matching its location: it was quite out of this world yet very warm and welcoming. One can feel that this place is not a business but life long journey of passion and hard work.

26/10/2025: Rustic but very charming atmosphere. The food, including the gluten-free one, is truly excellent. I recommend the tart, the cold cuts, all strictly GF and top-quality, and the tagliata. Excellent value for money. The noise level in the room is excellent.

15/10/2025: Ugo’s pub is tucked in a corner across the street from Hotel Conchiglia and near the marina. they have a pub menu (sandwiches and appetizers) as well as a dinner menu and a selection of beer and wine. i ordered the Frittura Di Paraza (Fried Calamari, Shrimp and small fish) from the dinner menu (€20) along with a Leffe Belgian Red Ale (€6) The dish was served with a basket or warm bread which appreciated because the main dish was not pleasant to eat. 😔 The bite sized fish were edible but the calamari was rubbery and the shrimp tiny! All of it was extremely salty! I wish i hadn’t gone there for my last meal in Porto Ercole. It’s important to note that they also charge each person an additional €2 to sit and eat.

28/02/2026: I ordered two takeout pizzas, both delicious. We were also given some free donzelle, a much-appreciated gesture. The only downside was the service; we had to wait half an hour. I'll be back to try the pizza there soon.

Here, you can breathe in an atmosphere of times gone by, one that can't be recreated at a table and that endures like the smell of freshly baked pizza. It's a historic pizzeria in Grosseto, one of those that opened between the '80s and '90s and have remained true to themselves, without chasing trends or forced modernity. A place that has stood the test of time without losing its essence, preserving authentic flavors, gestures, and sensations. Entering here means going back to childhood, to memories of when we were little, of simple evenings, of pizzas eaten with our hands, and of unhurried laughter. It's not just a pizzeria: it's a piece of collective memory that continues to live, intact, every night.

04/10/2025: We stumbled upon this restaurant yesterday by chance. The wait staff was incredibly helpful and welcoming, even promptly responding to our request to move and light the fire pit to keep our two-month-old baby warm. The food was excellent, the wait time was normal for freshly prepared dishes, and the wine was also worth it. They accept dogs and were kind enough to provide a bowl of water if needed. I really liked that the chef (and I assume the owner) walked around the tables to make sure everything was okay, but without being intrusive. I highly recommend it and thank them for the wonderful evening we spent there.

10/09/2025: My experience at this resort was quite good. The houses are a bit small, but there's everything you need and it's cool. There are plants and flowers, and it's well-maintained. There's a padel court, a five-a-side football pitch, and a swimming pool that's suitable for children because it's shallow. The biggest flaw I found was the ENTERTAINMENT, which was almost nonexistent. There were entertainers, but they were very few (4) and they did little to entertain and keep people entertained. In the evening, there was just something for the kids, but nothing more (and you can see that in the photo). So, to improve, more entertainers and a different agency would be needed. It's definitely well-located because it's close to the sea, which is stunning. There are good umbrellas and loungers on the beach, and you can rent a canoe, while you pay for a pedal boat. The lifeguards are helpful and friendly, including Salvatore at the pool. The bar staff were also very good, although there was one person who was a bit strange. However, the resort is quiet and suitable for families with children. It could improve even more, and I hope so in the coming years.

23/08/2025: Beautiful village, the external part very well kept, perfect gardens palm trees, olive trees all very beautiful, excellent position on the sea, beautiful sea, very kind staff helpful and humble, the village is really comfortable for families also equipped with games for children, very clean swimming pool, this year the market and the hot food were not working for their personal reasons, but despite this it was all very nice, entertainment all very nice and very friendly, if I have to find a flaw it is the rooms maybe not very modern but still very functional there is the essential, highly recommended
