Excellent platters and bruschetta too.
31/07/2026: Very nice evening. Small bistro with both indoor and outdoor seating. Fabulous carpaccio. Friendly owners. Generous portions. Truffles on the plates like there's no tomorrow.

25/04/2026: I ordered takeout pizzas, but unfortunately the experience was more than negative: it was tragic. They weren't pizzas, but clearly pre-cooked, low-quality pinsa bases straight from the supermarket, not to mention the pizzas were completely undercooked. Avoid if you're passing through Ansedonia, or if you just want a simple pizza.

25/09/2025: The ambiance isn't exactly impressive. The food (apart from pizza) wasn't extensive, and they didn't even have everything. The food was OK, but nothing spectacular.
No reservation is required (I can now understand why).
22/09/2025: Very limited menu. The lupini pasta was horrible and tasteless, and the octopus and potatoes were floating in oil. Exorbitantly priced. The only nice thing is the sunset, but if you want a decent dinner, you'd better find a different location.

21/11/2025: We came to Laconi from Sestu for a bereavement, the lady at the bar was very kind.
17/11/2025: The service was disappointing, with what I found to be rude and unwelcoming. In my opinion, the lady at the counter was particularly rude in her manner and tone. After reading other reviews, I've seen many customers express similar feelings, so unfortunately, I'm not surprised.
I've tried other bars nearby and found them much better in every way. Personally, I don't recommend this place and suggest looking elsewhere.

01/09/2025: Unfortunately, all the good things done by the old, historic management are just a distant memory.
The new managers are very rude and decidedly disinterested in customer service.
The food quality has also significantly deteriorated.
I've also noticed, having been frequenting Principina for decades, that many of the regular customers have changed establishments over the past few years.

We arrived, the chef came over, offered us wine and water, and then shortly after brought back an appetizer we hadn't ordered. The other reviews pretty much cover it all. Seems to be their modus operandi... "only fish today," "no menu," and everything "only the best."
We tried to pay right away and were insulted. But at least they didn't charge us anything :-D

02/07/2025: “La settimana prima non è stato male”
Siamo ritornati lunedì per un pranzo di famiglia…subito mi sono accorto che mancava il cuoco, che era presente la volta prima.
Credo che la titolare sicuramente si sarà improvvisata cuoca…
…a parte il modo di accoglienza molto indisponente, da parte sua, abbiamo mangiato malissimo.
Tutto molto improvvisato e senza gusto per un prezzo esagerato.
Non ci tornerò sicuramente.
29/06/2025: Personale gentilissimo, pesce fresco, cucinato molto bene, conto molto giusto.ci torneremo sicuramente presto in agosto.
