A lovely place, we'd love to return to...
29/05/2025: How nice it is here! Silence, nature. An ideal place for those who do not like the bustle of the city and like to sleep in silence. And cute cats add a cozy atmosphere.

01/11/2025: Unfortunately I have to agree with the other reviews that this place is a scam. Their prices keep changing every day, depending on who is serving you and if they think you're a tourist.
Be very careful of places like this that don't have any prices listed, because there's a reason for that! This place could have had a regular customer in me, as I'm not a tourist, but they lost me just for a few Euro...

03/12/2025: A very beautiful and cozy hotel in Florence, spacious room with a decor that you only find in Europe, beautiful surrounding streets, very polite and helpful staff.
23/11/2025: The room was a great size, BUT the shower is TINY. You can barely move :( They should distribute the space better.
The location is amazing, 2 blocks from Piazza Navona and close to bus stops that take you to the Colosseum if you don't want to walk 50 minutes.
Keep in mind there's no elevator.
And tip: right next door there's a GREAT pizzeria. I recommend the Diavola and the Margherita.

22/11/2025: This is what the Pastry Shop has become. I'm in line and the cashier, for no reason, lets a man she obviously knows pass through. He says, "But the boy's there first." She doesn't even look at me and says, "Yes, yes, go ahead, don't worry." How can she allow herself to do something like that?
Then the baristas are arguing among themselves, so when I'm at the counter and order a coffee, I'm shoved in front of them like I'm an animal being served hay.
The level has dropped to an all-time low. I hope the management wakes up and kicks these incompetents out.

09/11/2025: The place is truly beautiful and elegant, but it's a real shame about the staff!
The people working there were arguing with each other in front of us, creating a truly unprofessional atmosphere. Furthermore, they don't even know the difference between a caffè latte and a cappuccino: we asked for caffè lattes and got cappuccinos with just foam (they claimed they were caffè lattes). When we asked to remake them, we were met with a rude response.
Nice place, but poor service!

29/11/2025: Two friends and I went yesterday, and the service was 10/10. Henry served us; he's fantastic, a wonderful person who's also incredibly professional. He was so friendly and treated us exceptionally well. I 100% recommend this place. It's a quiet spot for a drink with a great atmosphere. The prices are also great; they have delicious drinks at very reasonable prices.

You can definitely find a better place at this price. There is very little view overlooking Florence since the view is across a road

28/09/2025: If you're looking for good food and a delicious pizza, then this is the restaurant for you. The staff is friendly and courteous, and the owner, Emanuela, is always welcoming and caters to every customer's need. I highly recommend it.
15/09/2025: Great place to go for a light pizza. The pizzas are good and thin, with fair prices. The atmosphere is homey, with plastic chairs outside. Inside, it's a bit noisy. Good selection of beers. A round of applause also goes to the off-menu spaghetti allo scoglio: absolutely excellent!
