20/07/2024: Evening spent pleasantly well. The place looks good and well distributed in the spaces like a good English pub. The service is fast, professional and friendly. The welcome is good and they know how to advise in case of indecision. There is a great choice of beers and the food is also more than adequate. The prices totally correspond to everything else and are more than deserved. To return and recommend.

28/06/2024: I didn't eat, so I wouldn't know how to rate the food and I gave an average rating. They have rather special drinks, I tried one whose name I don't remember but it's the one in the photo... Very good, but a calorie bomb. The price seems a little high to me, but it's worth it, the atmosphere and excellent service.

26/08/2024: Last night I went to this nice place to celebrate my birthday, the waiter was infinitely courteous, he surprised me by bringing me my portion of cake with a candle (among other things, none of my friends had told him to do so) it was his initiative, having understood that we were celebrating. This is synonymous with attention to the customer. The pizzas are delicious and the atmosphere is very nice. Highly recommended

24/08/2024: Ci siamo fermati a pranzo per ben tre volte. Ottimi i panini, con i nomi di artisti (Caravaggio, Giotto ecc.) a base di schiacciata toscana e salumi. Buone anche le insalatone e i primi veloci. Una menzione per il "Menu porchetta) che a 9,5 € ti offre una panino ben imbottito (di pane toscano senza sale) con tanta porchetta e una squisita salsa verde) e un calice di rosso. Buona anche la fruit salad e eccezionale il caffè preparato con una miscela selezionata apposta per il locale. Personale cortesissimo e titolare davvero simpatico e alla mano. Bravi!

18/08/2024: If I could give zero stars, I would. I stopped by to get a coffee and needed to use the restroom. After placing my order, I was informed that the restroom is only available to customers who dine in for lunch, not for those who get coffee to go. Despite paying 4 euros for a coffee that usually costs 2 euros elsewhere, I was denied access to the restroom. When I asked for a refund instead of the coffee, the staff refused. Be aware of this policy before you decide to order here.

18/08/2024: I had melon ham and the melon was hard and had no taste. It could have been okay if we hadn't had to wait 45 minutes to be served, because the owner gives priority to Italians even if they arrived 20 minutes later. Not even an apology for the waiting time, for a cold dish!! I prefer not to even imagine what it is like for those who eat hot food and who are not Italian. Anyway, many much better restaurants in Florence, you can avoid this one.
