15/10/2025: Clean but modestly sized rooms. Dim lighting. Satisfactory breakfast. More suitable for younger guests. Reception service could be improved...slow and unwelcoming.

14/10/2025: The location and the service of the hotel was great. It’s conveniently located next to several bus and tram routes. Additionally, the rooms themselves were spacious and clean. Some issues we had with our rooms was that the AC was not strong. We had to keep our curtains closed to try and decrease the temperature. Additionally, the building appears to be several buildings connected. To get to our room, we had to take an elevator, then go to another elevator. To get to the other amenities, you’d need to do something similar.

19/10/2025: The rooms look old because it's an old palace, and that's understandable. But the bathroom cleaning was just average, and the room service was poor. I have no problem making my bed, cleaning my glass, etc., but a glass I had used for syrup was turned over as if it were clean, not even noticing whether it was used or not. They straightened the crooked sheets and took away the dirty towels, but they didn't replace them. I insist I can do it perfectly, but for them to do that, it's better if they don't enter the room. The headboard had layer upon layer of varnish on it, and you'd get stuck on it... Positive: the location, close to the tram that takes you to the airport and close to the Florence metro station.

16/10/2025: I received excellent service and care at the Hotel Cimabue. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was very clean and well-maintained, and the location was quiet yet very close to the center. Thank you so much!

17/10/2025: My favorite when I'm in sixth grade, without too many pretensions, they get straight to the point, they make you eat, well.

13/10/2025: You can eat for 10, you absolutely have to try it... unfortunately the service is a bit slow due to the heavy flow of customers... the waiters are kind and empathetic, the only flaw of the place is that it could improve a bit on an aesthetic level because if someone stops at the appearance they wouldn't even eat there...

12/10/2025: The Cento Canti restaurant offers excellent quality dishes at competitive prices compared to Florence's standards. The quality of the ingredients is excellent; I personally almost always order the pizza because it's excellent. You can also choose from a variety of doughs and they're open to customization. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I recommend making a reservation because it's a very popular place.

10/09/2025: Selective and prejudiced people pretend to be perfect people. For me, they might even close down. I ask pertinently when there's karaoke on WhatsApp and no one answers. Avoid.

10/08/2025: Cilento, just around the corner, is a small restaurant where you can rediscover the traditional flavors I loved so much on vacation. Serving top-quality products, from mozzarella to fish, the restaurant is perfect for quick lunches and evening dinners for small groups of friends and couples. The atmosphere is quiet and even romantic.

09/07/2025: It could do with a nice renovation, the quality of the coffee also needs to be improved.

08/10/2025: Average restaurant. Setting is mordern but atmosphere is only ok . Menu was simple to a point that we don't know how to order, nothing on the appetizer menu caught our eyes. You can definitely find a better place at this price. There is very little view overlooking Florence since the view is across a road

07/08/2025: Today I had lunch at Francesco's with my colleagues, a lunch unlike any we've shared in our years working together. Francesco, in addition to a small appetizer, treated us to biscotti, Vin Santo, and a bottle of chilled white wine. These small gestures make all the difference. Highly recommended.

17/08/2025: Not recommended for a quiet breakfast; it's crowded and they'll snatch your food right from under your nose. The pastries are good, but after this experience, I'll go elsewhere.

15/08/2025: A nice place, shame about the staff. The nice guy told us he would bring us the drinks, but the blonde lady, who we had to beg for a smile and a little courtesy, told us that table service was not provided while the other customers had been served at their tables. She also almost kicked us out very rudely, which was a shame because it was our first time bringing a friend.

11/10/2025: Terrible experience. Pizza was $23 per person. 4 types of pizza. Limited choice. Terrible service. They couldn't wait for us to leave so they could clear the table right away. They put us in a cold, poorly maintained room. They call it a disco room. I didn't take any photos because, given the situation, we couldn't wait to get away. Never again.

02/05/2025: I ordered the Affogato with Pistachio. At €8 this is very expensive, and, in my opinion it is definitely not worth it. Average coffee and average gelato to go with it. I would say it is 100% not worth the long lines if you go later in the day time. The you could get something like this elsewhere without long lines and probably much cheaper. Here you will be paying the instagram influencer hype premium for an average experience I also ate a chocolate croissant however, and this was delicious. Overalll I would not recommend this place. If you really want to try it, then, one should arrive very early soon after opening to avoid the long wait.

01/05/2025: Locale non attrezzato ad accogliere la gran quantità di clienti. Impossibile trovare un posto a sedere al suo interno. Gelato affogato nel caffé buono ma troppo costoso ( 6 euro per una quantită da coppetta piccola, 8 per la stessa quantità al pistacchio é assolutamente deplorevole). Inoltre dover mangiarlo nella tazza da cappuccino, quando i tavoli sono occupati, comporta dover andare per strada, con tazza e piattino in mano, in mezzo ai passanti e senza posto a sedere per poi dover restituire la tazza sia scomodo e stressante, anche perché si rischia di sporcarsi con il caffè. Il gelato senza il caffé é veramente troppo dolce. Consiglio: per chi vuole risparmiare, ordini una coppetta della dimensione che piú preferisce e un caffé da asporto, scavare il gelato con la paletta e versare il caffé al suo interno. Risultato identico a quello di 6 euro ma a un prezzo ragionevole. Per cortesia non spendete 8 euro per la versione al pistacchio perché non vi é alcuna differenza con la versione alla vaniglia in quanto il caffé copre molto il sapore del pistacchio.

10/10/2025: Pizza Napolitana was good! Service was fine but not extraordinary.

06/10/2025: Can only speak for the Tiramisu, but it was one of the WORST Tiramisu I’ve ever had, especially for 8€. No coffee, no amaretto, nearly no biscuits. A bit ashamed that they call it even tiramisu. I don’t know about the other food, but our experience was not good.

07/09/2025: I'll start by saying that the setting is wonderful and the service is ok, I can't say the same about the food but not for the quality of the raw materials which are perhaps among the best (I don't know) but they are certainly not valued and given the prices everything must be top notch, the pasta was undercooked (not al dente but raw) and the meat mhhhh I don't want to exaggerate but I wouldn't go back for the meat. However, there will be an opportunity for a second visit and I can change my mind, a place like this loses a lot for expensive but average quality cuisine

09/10/2025: The food was really good, the lemon cream fettuccine was my favorite! Staff were friendly and the interior is lovely. I would recommend especially for a date night!

08/10/2025: Paris in Florence. Beautiful venue with a nearby cocktail bar. A unique menu, different from the usual, reminiscent of those chic Parisian establishments but not too fancy. Mussels in 6 different flavors, special avocado scallop. The owner is welcoming, friendly, and always available. Highly recommended.
