19/12/2025: A very nice and welcoming place, ideal for an aperitivo. We had two IPA beers and six crostini, spending €21, which in my opinion was rather excessive for an aperitivo. Not satisfied, we had a second round with two more beers and four crostini. The final total was €41, which would be a bit too much even in Milan. It's a shame, because the atmosphere is worth it, but the prices are decidedly high for what's on offer.

27/11/2025: A very nice place in a lovely setting, like the Manifattura Tabacchi. They're very attentive to vegetarian options, and the food was good. Unfortunately, the whole experience was made worse by the generally rude attitude of the staff and, above all, the rushed service. When we arrived at our table, we were greeted and then left without any instructions. The second course was brought along with the first course shortly after the appetizers, obviously letting it cool (it was a fried mushroom), as the first course had to be eaten first. We insisted on continuing to get to dessert, with obvious complaints from the staff after being asked to wait about ten minutes. At the end of dinner, we asked for coffee, but were told the machines had been cleaned, so it was impossible. Now, coffee wasn't included in the dinner menu, but this is the first time I've ever witnessed someone being unable to get a coffee. If they had to clean the machines, you had to ask at the table who wanted coffee first, obviously paying for it off the menu. Furthermore, the request was made well before the restaurant's closing time, so they effectively started closing early. There's no such thing as this. If you don't want to serve, you shouldn't be in this job. And I'm not just talking about the wait staff, but also the management itself. It's a shame because there's so much potential between the location, atmosphere, and cuisine. Another thing worth mentioning, even though it's clearly stated in their instructions: if you bring dessert from outside, you pay €1 per person for portioning. I'd say it's best to have a few friends, or even better, not come here at all.

21/03/2026: We had a very disappointing experience here this morning. The ordering system is disorganized, and the staff's communication was aggressive. When we reached the front of the line, the attendant told us to find a different employee for our "to go" order rather than taking it herself. When we eventually tried to rejoin the line to dine in instead, after being ignored by the other staff, the same attendant shouted at us in front of other customers. We chose to take our business elsewhere due to the lack of basic courtesy.

08/03/2026: I had the pleasure of having breakfast at Caffè Libertà, a welcoming and refined atmosphere, perfect for starting the day. The staff is friendly, fast, and always helpful. I've also been there several times for aperitivo and had a great time. They have a special aperitivo menu with several options! Highly recommended.

13/03/2026: It looks like any other sandwich, but I was surprised. They're incredible, one of the best sandwiches I've ever had. I recommend the classic burger with cheddar, pickles, bacon, onion, and burger sauce: delicious. Top staff

08/12/2025: Large sandwiches with many flavors, whether with meat, fish, or vegetarian. I'm so hungry, these are the best sandwiches for me. You can customize your sandwich by choosing ingredients like broccoli rabe, onion, etc., or by removing ingredients you don't like (like sausage, etc.), all truly delicious. All the staff are really kind and skilled, hard workers.

03/01/2026: We're absolutely not up to scratch with home delivery: always at least 45 minutes late. You should have figured out how many orders you can handle, so it's really unfeasible. I had suspended orders because of this problem, and after a year I tried again, but it's the same old story. Unfortunately, I failed.

03/01/2026: Home delivery was always an hour late (we were hoping we were the unlucky ones, but no luck). Apologies every time, with no attempt to improve the situation. Don't order from this place; we learned our lesson the hard way and will avoid them from now on.

25/03/2026: I stopped for a pizza. I'd say it was good, and while I was waiting, I saw some beautiful dishes pass by. Very kind staff.

22/12/2025: One of the few restaurants in Castelfalfi (there was another one in the castle but it was closed), they don't accept reservations on holidays, you have to queue and enter when it's your turn, very polite and attentive staff, good dishes, the only flaw is the somewhat "limited" menu... otherwise we had a good time, and the service was even fast despite it being a holiday (December 8th).

15/12/2025: A refined atmosphere and excellent service. Due to the Immaculate Conception long weekend, the menu offered few dishes other than pizza. As for desserts, there were only two options, but they still cater to all tastes. I tried the tiramisu and I must say it was exquisite.

12/03/2026: Discovered by chance because it was close to the nearby Medici villa, it was a wonderful surprise. Excellent food, below-average prices, young but professional and friendly staff. We'll definitely be back. Recommended

08/10/2025: Average restaurant. Setting is mordern but atmosphere is only ok . Menu was simple to a point that we don't know how to order, nothing on the appetizer menu caught our eyes. You can definitely find a better place at this price. There is very little view overlooking Florence since the view is across a road

17/02/2026: For Valentine's Day. Service was prompt despite the restaurant being packed. The fish dishes were very good and beautifully presented. Someone had pizza and enjoyed it. The only downside was the din of everyone else dining there; you had to speak louder to be heard by the person in front. I don't think this happens on a weekday... we'll definitely be back.

18/02/2026: For several years now, friends and I have been booking this place for Carnival Sunday. It's not a huge place, but it's excellent for enjoying various cuts of meat and tasty appetizers. Wide selection of wines and rums. Highly recommended!
