23/11/2025: The food is very good, the service is good, it opens at 12, just a little expensive.

04/11/2025: Business dinner during a meeting in Florence. Excellent food, both the appetizers and the meats. The house red wine was also very good. Special mention goes to the wonderful young woman serving the tables, who possesses a truly talented savoir-faire. It's just a shame it's 250 km from home, otherwise I'd definitely return at least a couple of times a month.

03/09/2025: Bar and snack bar. Very crowded at lunchtime during the week. Recommended first courses.

11/10/2025: Terrible experience. Pizza was $23 per person. 4 types of pizza. Limited choice. Terrible service. They couldn't wait for us to leave so they could clear the table right away. They put us in a cold, poorly maintained room. They call it a disco room. I didn't take any photos because, given the situation, we couldn't wait to get away. Never again.

02/05/2025: I ordered the Affogato with Pistachio. At €8 this is very expensive, and, in my opinion it is definitely not worth it. Average coffee and average gelato to go with it. I would say it is 100% not worth the long lines if you go later in the day time. The you could get something like this elsewhere without long lines and probably much cheaper. Here you will be paying the instagram influencer hype premium for an average experience I also ate a chocolate croissant however, and this was delicious. Overalll I would not recommend this place. If you really want to try it, then, one should arrive very early soon after opening to avoid the long wait.

01/05/2025: Locale non attrezzato ad accogliere la gran quantità di clienti. Impossibile trovare un posto a sedere al suo interno. Gelato affogato nel caffé buono ma troppo costoso ( 6 euro per una quantită da coppetta piccola, 8 per la stessa quantità al pistacchio é assolutamente deplorevole). Inoltre dover mangiarlo nella tazza da cappuccino, quando i tavoli sono occupati, comporta dover andare per strada, con tazza e piattino in mano, in mezzo ai passanti e senza posto a sedere per poi dover restituire la tazza sia scomodo e stressante, anche perché si rischia di sporcarsi con il caffè. Il gelato senza il caffé é veramente troppo dolce. Consiglio: per chi vuole risparmiare, ordini una coppetta della dimensione che piú preferisce e un caffé da asporto, scavare il gelato con la paletta e versare il caffé al suo interno. Risultato identico a quello di 6 euro ma a un prezzo ragionevole. Per cortesia non spendete 8 euro per la versione al pistacchio perché non vi é alcuna differenza con la versione alla vaniglia in quanto il caffé copre molto il sapore del pistacchio.

31/08/2025: A lovely pastry shop where I finally found a gluten-free counter, and for those who don't have gluten intolerance, they have excellent classic pastries. The same goes for the desserts. They also serve quick lunches. Excellent.

11/08/2025: A complete pastry shop offering cakes, mini pastries, breakfasts, aperitifs, and aperitif dinners, with and without gluten, lactose-free, and even vegan options! A great experience! Highly recommended.

16/12/2025: Don't pay attention to the negative reviews and book at Zeb!!! I went to this restaurant with my boyfriend and I wholeheartedly recommend it. The atmosphere and service are very refined, without being pretentious at all. The restaurant is run by a family that has reinvented itself, renovating the space and adapting to change, without sacrificing quality and technique (don't believe those who write that it's all smoke and mirrors). The menu is presented on a blackboard and I believe it changes frequently depending on the season and availability of ingredients. The dishes offered are varied and capable of satisfying all palates. Everything we ordered was satisfying—even the vegetables, which are often less than satisfying! Favorite dish: absolutely the cappellacci :) Really selected ingredients that make the difference in every dish, a wide and unusual selection of wines, as well as bitters/digestives. It's just a shame it doesn't have it in our city!

12/10/2025: I am sure many people appreciate this kind of restaurant. The atmosphere is nice and the food looks good, but somehow it didn’t work for me. The meat dish I ordered, which was one of the most expensive on the menu, was unfortunately chewy and not up to standard. The pizza was thin and looked great, but the taste was average. The pasta, however, was good and they do have a nice selection of wines.

20/09/2025: An endless wait (an hour and a half) in the end they lost the order and we didn't get dinner... terrible

05/12/2025: Such a great experience at Gucci Osteria! Food and staff were incredible. The Journey to Modena dish was such a stand out. We did the 3 course dinner menu and I would highly recommend it. The Cinta Senese smoked shoulder should definitely be shared, we made the mistake of ordering 2 of these and 1 is more than enough for 2 people.

03/12/2025: We enjoyed Massimo Botturo's food especially his Ragu tagliatelle and we follow his cooking classes online but our experience at Osteria Gucci was disappointing . Apart from the bread selection which was the highlight, the tasting menu did not have the "wow" factor we anticipated. The food was presented as 2-3 separate parts but they mostly did not compliment each other. The best dish was Cacciucco's dreaming consisting of tuna belly , scallop and leek. The scallop was delicious and the tuna belly on the crispy base decorated with flowers on top was well balanced. I did not enjoy the roots , mushroom and red berries as it was too acidic and the pork belly served with a green sauce was too salty and the skin was not crispy . I was surprised that the pappardella in Osteria Gucci did not have any wild boar meat in it although the sauce was tasty and it could have done with less of the burnt orange zest. The dessert was the most surprising as it was rather savoury despite containing chestnuts ! I do like my dessert sweet or citrusy fresh but savoury did not go well after an equally savoury meal . Service was efficient but rather indifferent and impersonal .

13/10/2025: The pizza was good. The staff was kind and attentive. The desserts were excellent. We went there with friends. We'll definitely be back.

04/10/2025: A very pleasant and tidy place, the staff is efficient and welcoming, and the pizza is very good, especially if you like it thin. A very satisfying thing to try is the pita bread.

12/12/2025: The restaurant is a vibe, and the staff were great. Everything looked beautiful; however, we were disappointed with the dishes. We did the expensive tasting menu, and not a single dish was memorable except one that was disgusting. (I am an adventurous eater and not picky. It was surprisingly nasty.) Sadly, I wouldn't recommend eating here until the taste matches the presentation/service.

14/11/2025: Dinner for 2 Intimate atmosphere. Very refined setting. Open kitchen. Friendly, welcoming, and helpful staff. Excellent food. Refined preparation. A top culinary experience. We chose the à la carte menu accompanied by a glass of their own white wine, very very good. Definitely not a place for everyone. The dishes are around €35 ​​each. But it's definitely an experience worth having. We had a wonderful time and ate very well. We also received extra welcome plates, pre-dessert, and their own bread accompanied by butter (exceptional) and their own oil. As well as a surprising selection of breadsticks. Recommended!

21/10/2025: Our pastry shop where we have breakfast every Sunday morning, a wide variety of pastries and savoury dishes and what can I say, very good, highly recommended.
