23/02/2026: A terrible experience in every way.
The waiter showed up at the table with visibly greasy and oily hands, something truly unacceptable in a restaurant. Besides the poor hygiene, the service was completely poor: disorganized, slow, and completely unprofessional.
The food was a nightmare: poorly presented dishes, questionable flavors, and decidedly low-quality ingredients. It's rare to leave a dinner so dissatisfied.
The only positive note was the waitress, Clarissa: clean, tidy, and extremely kind. She was the only one who demonstrated professionalism and attention to customers.
I absolutely do not recommend it. Avoid.
15/11/2025: We ordered pizzas for 8:30 PM. It's currently 9:50 PM and we tried calling back for information, but the number is unreachable.
Help, we're hungry, please.

31/08/2025: A lovely pastry shop where I finally found a gluten-free counter, and for those who don't have gluten intolerance, they have excellent classic pastries. The same goes for the desserts. They also serve quick lunches. Excellent.
11/08/2025: A complete pastry shop offering cakes, mini pastries, breakfasts, aperitifs, and aperitif dinners, with and without gluten, lactose-free, and even vegan options! A great experience! Highly recommended.

22/02/2026: A cathedral in the desert.
I was supposed to go there for dinner with friends and I was worried I'd taken the wrong turn because I was in a dark suburb and it was raining. Then... a miracle.
This large structure appears.
Clean and pleasant atmosphere.
Good food.
Excellent place for business dinners and dinners with lots of friends!

08/01/2026: Not worth it. Shame of an opportunity with location. Staff told me to "just go" after they misunderstood what pizza I wanted. It was worth 4.50 and cost nothing to them yet made a big deal out of it. Taste is average.
05/01/2026: I tried the Regina pizza, which was truly delicious and light. Then I wanted to go all out and had dinner with some Neapolitan friends; it was a real success. Neapolitan pizza chef, top-quality ingredients, a light and very digestible dough—finally a real pizza, as only Neapolitans know how to make it. The interior is very welcoming and relaxing. Thank you, I'll be back soon.

22/12/2025: We were in Florence only for a day and we wanted to get most authentic Florentine dishes. The restaurant is a small family owned tucked away in Via De Capaccio a narrow renaissance lane. Food was sensational.
17/12/2025: As soon as I turned the corner towards the tavern, the owner left. I thought it was a coincidence. Upon entering, I noticed a camera pointed not at the shop door but at the corner of the access road.
A first and second course cost over 80 euros, with a small bottle of water.
Negative experience.

07/01/2026: Excellent restaurant for both classic Tuscan dishes and a traditional thin-crust pizza. The ingredients are top-quality and served quickly by friendly and knowledgeable staff. Also recommended for group dinners with reservations.
12/11/2025: A very tasty pizzeria in Ponte agli Stolli. The dough is very good, the standard pizza is thin, but they also have Neapolitan dough. The fries were also excellent. The menu is varied, with a wide selection, the place is simple, and the staff is efficient. I recommend trying a pizza here.

02/03/2026: We stumbled upon this restaurant by chance, looking for a place to eat good pasta carbonara, and we were delighted!
The atmosphere was calm, the owners were pleasant and friendly, and the food was delicious. A great find!
08/12/2025: Rustic place, still reminiscent of the '80s.
Clean, retro. The food is spectacular, the portions are generous (two people eat from one dish). The owner is the typical host I was a kid with; he cooks, he takes orders, and he serves.
The service is fantastic, friendly, and VERY FAST. If you're in the area, it's worth leaving the city center for quality food.
Highly recommended.

05/02/2026: Beautiful location, in the ancient Carloni building, much appreciated with a lit fireplace, fast service from a young but friendly and professional waiter, excellent first courses, good grill and ... we returned for the pizza (Romagna style) which we really liked ... we will return.

I'm often in Florence and have visited many restaurants, but this one truly gets a 10 out of 10. The food was excellent, the atmosphere elegant and very welcoming.
Special thanks go to Andrea, a young waiter with truly impressive knowledge. It's rare to find such professional, attentive, and passionate service these days. You can clearly see he loves his job.
The entire team also deserves a big thank you—chapeau! You feel welcome from the first moment.
I recommend this restaurant wholeheartedly and can't wait to return.

08/01/2026: Quisisgrana is like being at home, the staff pampers the customers, the pizzas are TOP 10, as are the first courses and appetizers, and the fried fish is also delicious. In short, if I've been going there for almost 10 years, there must be a reason, and I'M NOT A RELATIVE. Highly recommended!
