05/07/2025: Recently, I suddenly remembered this restaurant that I had eaten at more than ten years ago. On a whim, I immediately made an appointment with friends to revisit the taste of the past. The environment is similar to what I remember, not much has changed. It still focuses on seafood dishes, and the familiar atmosphere makes people travel back in time. The menu offers set meals and a la carte. We finally chose a five-course set meal, and ordered two more shrimps (after all, it feels uncomfortable without adding some 🤣). | Appetizer | The two appetizers are one cold and one hot. The cold one is raw food and the hot one is cooked food. The taste is excellent, which is the kind that will make people appetizing and look forward to the next rhythm. | Add points | We added a crayfish, red devil shrimp and smoked salmon. Both shrimps are super fresh and sweet, with a firm and chewy texture. They are definitely one of the highlights of the night. As for the salmon, it is a bit average. | Main course | The main course is handmade Italian dumplings with squid ink, and the skin is the highlight! The skin is bouncy and has a bit of seafood flavor, which goes really well with the red devil shrimp. The only pity is that the filling is sheep's milk filling... It's a bit too greasy for me (personal taste issue), In the end, I only ate the skin and shrimp, which is just right! (If the filling is fish, I will definitely give it full marks 💯) |Main Course| Saffron crispy red mullet, with raisins, pine nuts, and kelp, The aroma and taste are very rich, the fish skin is crispy, and the fish meat is tender, It is a very satisfying main course. |Dessert| The dessert is a little sweet, but it is still within an acceptable range, On the contrary, I prefer the peanuts 🥜𝖯𝗋𝖾𝖣𝖾𝗌𝗌𝖾𝗋𝗍. Overall, this dinner was very satisfying. Each dish had its own highlights. The only small regret was that the dumpling filling was not to my liking.

The bartenders embody what one hopes for in Italy – consummate professionals with warmth, impeccable manners, and a genuine passion for their craft. Service is both attentive and graceful, enhancing the entire experience from start to finish. As anticipated in a venue of this caliber, drinks are priced at the high end (approximately €25 per cocktail), and we initially intended to enjoy just one. But the first was so exceptionally crafted that it turned into four rounds of truly outstanding cocktails. A standout recommendation is the barrel-aged Negroni, easily one of the best we’ve ever had – balanced, deep, and perfectly executed. The Atrium Bar is the ideal place to unwind after a full day in Florence – serene, stylish, and unforgettable. Highly recommended for those seeking a refined end to their evening.

02/05/2025: I ordered the Affogato with Pistachio. At €8 this is very expensive, and, in my opinion it is definitely not worth it. Average coffee and average gelato to go with it. I would say it is 100% not worth the long lines if you go later in the day time. The you could get something like this elsewhere without long lines and probably much cheaper. Here you will be paying the instagram influencer hype premium for an average experience I also ate a chocolate croissant however, and this was delicious. Overalll I would not recommend this place. If you really want to try it, then, one should arrive very early soon after opening to avoid the long wait.
01/05/2025: Locale non attrezzato ad accogliere la gran quantità di clienti. Impossibile trovare un posto a sedere al suo interno. Gelato affogato nel caffé buono ma troppo costoso ( 6 euro per una quantită da coppetta piccola, 8 per la stessa quantità al pistacchio é assolutamente deplorevole). Inoltre dover mangiarlo nella tazza da cappuccino, quando i tavoli sono occupati, comporta dover andare per strada, con tazza e piattino in mano, in mezzo ai passanti e senza posto a sedere per poi dover restituire la tazza sia scomodo e stressante, anche perché si rischia di sporcarsi con il caffè. Il gelato senza il caffé é veramente troppo dolce. Consiglio: per chi vuole risparmiare, ordini una coppetta della dimensione che piú preferisce e un caffé da asporto, scavare il gelato con la paletta e versare il caffé al suo interno. Risultato identico a quello di 6 euro ma a un prezzo ragionevole. Per cortesia non spendete 8 euro per la versione al pistacchio perché non vi é alcuna differenza con la versione alla vaniglia in quanto il caffé copre molto il sapore del pistacchio.

26/08/2025: The food and service were both amazing. They were very welcoming and were able to seat us outside without prior reservations (walk in). They were also able to accomodate gluten free restrictions and gave us several delicious options. We went twice and enjoyed the ambience and service both times. A big thank out to Giambattista, Carmine and Martina!
17/08/2025: Aside from being a bit pricey, there's nothing wrong with it. The food is exquisite and delicious. The seared sea bass I ordered was delicious. If you're craving vegetables, the vegetable soup is a delicious mix of fresh, diced vegetables (but make sure you're okay with celery). The waiter was a British gentleman who enjoyed chatting with us. If you're looking to improve your children's conversational skills, I think this is a great place. Also, I hate celery and wanted to ask them to take it away. After some discussion, the pea soup they served was delicious. Thanks for saving me from celery hell, and I only paid for one soup.
