24/08/2024: Oven with bar, one Saturday morning we wanted to have breakfast with the family, the queue for the oven reached outside, we entered and there was a queue for the bar because there was only one shop assistant to serve both stations. We wait 15 minutes and we still have at least 5 people ahead. Not having an hour to have breakfast we decided to leave, the cashier probably got offended and treated us badly in front of everyone, asking us in a rude tone if we had noticed that she was alone and that it was the owner's fault that she was alone. I told her that it seemed absurd to me and as we went out we could hear her continuing to grumble at the customers who remained inside. Never have I encountered such rudeness and rudeness in a public employee. We won't be back and we don't recommend it to anyone.

07/07/2024: Definitely don’t recommend this place, my burger was dry and was missing sauce and vegetables and chips were unsalted. The Value is terrible, 13€ for a dry burger. The comfort of the place is terrible and definitely don’t recommend this place for people with back pain. The wait time was longer than expected and the customer service was okay, the waiter didn’t understand English half the time which made it difficult. Definitely recommend other places to eat.

01/09/2024: Total unflexibel. Wenn einer an einem Restauranttisch draussen etwas vom Menu bestellen will und der andere von der Bäckerei drinnen einen Sandwich möchte darf man nicht zusammen sitzen -weder drinnen noch draussen- man kann aber auch nicht das Caprese drinnen bestellen. Sie machen keine Ausnahme.

18/08/2024: We very much enjoyed our shared dish. The welcome was good but then the service was surly and unfriendly. Having received our pasta it took a while to have the chance to get the attention of the server and ask for Parmesan. The shop is beautiful but the restaurant was let down by the generally miserable and unfriendly service, The only smiles were from the lady who welcomed us.

22/05/2024: Antipasto misto toscano con prodotti di media qualità, una bistecca alla Fiorentina cotta al forno. Troppo cotta, asciutta. Oltre misura senza dubbio.(60 euro/kg) Patate arrosto da prodotto surgelato. Scelta dei vini ampia ma che stranamente parte con proposte Siciliane o Francesi per poi offrire i Chianti solo su richiesta. Personale gentile, locale molto piccolo.

18/03/2024: Cuisine among the best in Florence. Small and well-kept environment. Attentive and courteous service. It is worth crossing the city (near the airport) to enjoy high quality dishes. Compliments !

10/08/2024: Our first pizza stop in Italy and immediately a great selection. Near the center, next to the market, pizzeria with history. Friendly staff, great size pizza so some of us had trouble finishing it. There was no problem with packing the rest. Despite being full, of course we couldn't resist fresh tiramisu.

10/08/2024: We ordered pizzas at home and they arrived in poor condition. Three friends had to go to the hospital for food poisoning. And on top of that, the public health service has charged me €350 for being Spanish. A ruin at night.
