05/09/2025: We've been wanting to return to this much-talked-about restaurant in the area for a while. We can confirm all the positive things people say about it.
We took the advice of the very kind staff for a seafood tasting,
which included a series of appetizers, each one more delicious than the last, a first course (the spectacular Tagliolini alla Triglia), a second course (the undoubtedly fresh and perfectly cooked baked fish), and a selection of crispy, dry fried fish.
To finish, a basil panna cotta (sublime) and a masterfully balanced tiramisu.
The price was well in line with the offerings.

29/12/2025: I stumbled across this tiny place wandering through the Santa Maria Novella district, and I was glad I did. My Porchetta panini was really tasty and satisfying. Service was quick, and the staff is very gregarious!

11/03/2026: I discovered this place today, despite having passed it a few times. I only had a light snack, a thin, delicious filled schiacciata. However, you can go anytime, starting in the morning for breakfast, continuing with lunch (it wouldn't look like it from the outside, but there's a nice space to sit at a table inside), or a delicious snack, whether sweet or savory. Another important aspect for me, but not always a given, is the friendly, smiling staff, including the owner, Silvia. Well done.

Very good tortelli, reheated roast.
The best cantuccini I've ever had, brushed with egg and full of amaretti flavor. There were three of us, we had lunch for two, spending €40 each...you name it. The place is incredible, in fact, you have to work quite hard to get there. Road to accommodate.

17/01/2026: We stopped by chance for Sunday lunch... fresh pasta made by them without gluten; I finally got to try the ravioli mugellani, and they were delicious!!
The fried gluten-free fish was also special, plentiful and very tasty.
