27/04/2025: Very tasty croissants with different flavors! I had croissants with pistachio cream - very tasty! The coffee was soooo delicious! Highly recommended - NOT a tourist rip-off!!!!!!

27/03/2025: Excellent in all respects. First of all, genuine food. Traditional cuisine from Mugello. On Fridays you can also enjoy a delicious dish of "cod". The service, homely but hospitable and friendly, puts you very at ease. A quiet environment where socializing comes naturally. Expenditure per person, for current times, very low. Finally, Castagno d'Andrea, at the foot of Falterona, allows you to take beautiful walks towards the mountain. Along the way, on the way out or on the way back, don't miss a visit to the extraordinary Abbey of San Godenzo.

19/04/2025: Our server was absolutely so rude. She didn’t give us time to look at the menu and we asked her to give us a minute … she refused and just stood there. Said the kitchen was closing so we had to order immediately. Brought my daughter to tears. Otherwise it would have been lovely.

03/03/2025: Sono stata da le Volpi e l’uva con amici a pranzo durante il mio soggiorno a Firenze. Ho trovato eccezionale il crostone con prosciutto cotto, mozzarella, pomodoro e senape della casa che ho accompagnato con un buonissimo Sangiovese. Ottimo anche il crostone con lardo di colonnata e pomodoro. Per concludere il pranzo ho assaggiato dei favolosi cantucci con vin santo. Servizio competente e cordiale.

03/02/2025: Finalmente pudimos conseguir un lugar en el interior para una cata de vinos aperitivo con vuelos de vinos blancos y tintos italianos locales / regionales y más amplios. Guido es un guía increíble que nos habla a través de la cata de vinos y el plato de queso ligero y carnes que pedimos. Si desea obtener una visión del vino local y nacional - llegar aquí temprano - reservas solo para mesas fuera (no importa el tiempo! ). Gracias Guido y el equipo en el Fox and Grapes en Florencia / Firenze.

02/05/2025: I went to this place for a drink, not to eat. The environment is very refined and elegant. The cocktails are well prepared and of quality. A good choice for those looking for a classy place to have a drink. The wait to get in was about 15 minutes.

17/02/2025: Se per lo Staff di Sala si può far valere l'assunto "squadra che vince non si cambia" con lo spettacolare Chef de Rang Dean a Capitanare ragazzi professionali, attenti, discreti e preparati come Sofia, Francesco e Matteo, la Rivoluzione operata in cucina con l'arrivo del "Duo Maravilha" Giacomo Bussotti e Neri Reggioli ha decisamente alzato il livello. Materia prima di gran qualità elaborata e presentata in maniera eccelsa. Sapori e Sentori di una volta rivisitati in versione attuale con tecnica sopraffina...esaltazione sensoriale allo stato puro. Cantina da mille e più vitigni ed etichette. Degustazione verticale con abbinamento al calice da sogno. Giornata memorabile...OLTRE!!! Bravissimi tutti.

26/01/2025: La nuovissima brigata capitanata dallo chef Giacomo Bussotti, offre un’esperienza gustativa unica e, oltre ad emozionare e lasciare il segno, ci impone di tornare per degustare ciò che non abbiamo ancora assaggiato! Bravi davvero! Impeccabile, come al solito, il servizio! Dean ti sa coccolare con discrezione e grande competenza! Lingua bruciata e kakumi per ora sono i miei preferiti! Per i nostalgici del signor piccione, non abbiamo rimpianto quello del precedente chef!
