01/06/2025: If you're anywhere near Borgo San Lorenzo, “La Pentolaccia” is an absolute must. I came here based on a local recommendation, and it exceeded every expectation. The star of the evening was the tagliata ai funghi porcini – perfectly cooked, melt-in-your-mouth beef paired with incredibly fragrant, seasonal porcini mushrooms. The balance of flavors was divine, with every bite capturing the heart of Tuscan cuisine. Simple, honest, and utterly delicious. But what truly sets this place apart is the service. Warm, attentive, and genuinely passionate about what they do. From the moment we walked in, we felt like welcome guests rather than customers. The staff was knowledgeable and happy to guide us through the menu, making the experience feel both personal and special.

13/05/2025: La comunione del mio secondo figlio, ormai non ci chiediamo più dove festeggiare, prendiamo la macchiate veniamo in questo luogo fantastico in cui ci sentiamo completamente in famiglia, oltre ad essere vicini “di collina” Come al solito l’agriturismo si è distinto per la grandissima cortesia e disponibilità del personale, per la qualità eccelsa del cibo e la quantità delle pietanze. Non si rischia di certo di andar via a stomaco vuoto. Le pietanze sono una più buona dell’altra , anche scegliere il menù è difficile…gli antipasti da soli basterebbero per un pranzo, sono variegati, fatti a regola d’arte nel pieno della tradizione toscana. I primi , anche se il mio preferito resta il ragù di papero, li consiglio tutti senza distinzione. La carne si scioglie bocca, il fritto è leggero e gustoso e l’arrosto fatto a regola d’arte. Un capitolo a parte meritano i dolcetti a fine pasto che non possono e non devono mancare, sfogliatine e bomboloncini caldi con crema pasticcera sono incredibili e danno dipendenza, il cheese cake cremosissimo e gustoso. Montemagnoli è e rimarrà il noatro locale del cuore🩷

06/03/2025: A pleasant stop a few meters from the Lungarno del Tempio. Welcome with a smile and a nice counter with a wide selection of desserts. Water served with coffee is a courtesy that is always good. Thank you!

27/06/2025: The food was amazing, but the restaurant was too warm despite asking to turn up the air conditioning. The online menu didn’t match the in-person one, and there were no vegetarian or fish options. Luckily, a kind staff member made a fish dish specially for us. Side dishes were very simple. Overall, calm atmosphere and good service.

25/06/2025: Terrible service, not abundant dishes, rude staff. They came to the table at the end of the meal, they wanted to send us away. (Booked with the fork) there were three of us and they didn't make us pay the bill divided three with card but only divided two.

High price for what is offered old and unmaintained rooms..poor cleaning non-existent soundproofing...embarrassing to hear everything done or said by the neighbors. Basic breakfast with industrial products. Mediocre restaurant the cuisine and above average prices. Really a shame..it could be a real gem.

03/05/2025: Ci siamo ritrovati in questo ristorante per puro caso, poiché abbiamo prenotato un B&B vicino ed eravamo in moto . Abbiamo preso solo un primo e un secondo, poiché venivamo già da un pranzo abbondante , ma propongono un percorso enogastronomico che consiglio di fare e che mi dispiace non aver avuto modo di approfondire.Ci hanno accolto con degli stuzzichini di casa ( favolosi 😋). Personale molto preparato, attento e cordiale, piatti molto raffinati e materie prime eccellenti. La cosa sorprendente è il rapporto qualità-prezzo. Ah...anche nel finale sono stati molto cordiali nell' offrire dei dolci mignon fatti dallo chef.. Consigliatissimo

20/04/2025: Pasé a almorzar y fue sorprendido por la selección de vinos y los increíbles quesos. Pedí el plato de queso y dejémoslos recoger los quesos. (¡Conocen el queso!) Es un lugar agradable y casual que toma la comida en serio. Volveré.

10/04/2025: Vinimos aquí por recomendación y nos quedamos tan impresionados! Antonio hizo un trabajo increíble de cuidar de nosotros, explicando todo en detalle para hacer nuestra visita especial. Todo lo que probamos fue increíble! ¡Los quesos! Wow! Honestamente fue difícil elegir un favorito. También tuvimos el foie gras y algunos otros artículos junto con vino fabuloso! Pintoresco entorno lejos de multitudes. ¡Recomiendo encarecidamente una visita! No nos fuimos hambrientos, estaba delicioso.

21/05/2025: We had booked for two tables like every year. When we arrived there were no seats, and we waited about 15 minutes asking several times, but in the end they made us sit down by squeezing the others because they had no more tables. The appetizer was rather tasteless and limited, some didn't even get a bite. The pizza didn't live up to the name. Beer requested and paid for separately, but that's fine. However, it's not fair that last year we paid the same price for the appetizer and all-you-can-eat pizza, while this time they gave us less than half the stuff (we had to ask for more pizzas, much to the annoyance of the waitress, who was rather rude and brusque). Last but not least, the girl at the cash register was embarrassingly rude, pedantic and surly. I only went on these occasions, but they've certainly lost many other customers besides me.

20/05/2025: Food, service, environment......terrible!!!! We paid 30 euros each for having had no type of service apart from a single kind waitress ... but no service .... 1 appetizer 1 risotto 1 dessert and a quarter of wine 30 euros ...... unbelievable for the quality and environment ratio ... which is zero!! Young boy who directed the "staff" terrible!!! Not very kind with responses not adequate to be with the public .... rude! Tables near the bathroom with door constantly open and smell that obviously not appreciated for those who dine. Restaurant excellent only for children who play soccer and then eat pizza and go.... but for the rest .... TERRIBLE!!! Restaurant TERRIBLE!!!

02/05/2025: At the Seta-Pizzeria bar located in the center of Montelupo F.no it is possible to taste excellent pizzas carefully prepared and listed in the dedicated menu. The pizzas are immediately visually striking with a seductive chromatic effect provided by the various ingredients placed in copious quantities over the entire base of the pizza, with an inviting circular crust that acts as a circumference to the central part; the latter very crunchy, hot and thin at the right point. The staff, in addition to professionally preparing a fine dough in order to churn out enchanting pizzas; appears to be very helpful with a simplicity and communication that shows a natural and harmonious customer orientation. What is described above is defined, in a business sense, in the United States with a single word: "ENGAGEMENT". And I can assert that here in the Company/Customer relationship, Engagement is everything. The location also proves to be appropriate with a very welcoming and well-built external veranda, whose glass windows in the upper part can slide downwards providing ideal ventilation on hot summer evenings. I absolutely recommend trying these pizzas
