19/04/2025: Wonderful, welcoming place, they make you feel at ease and are very friendly. The food is excellent, high-quality, and the tiramisu is indescribably delicious. I went there for my anniversary with my girlfriend, and I'll be back in the future for other events.

18/04/2025: Luogo intimo e curato in ogni particolare, piatti vegani 100% molto buoni e legati ai segni zodiacali, non semplice la scelta. Una delle titolari è stata a tratti un pò esuberante, ma in totale siamo state bene. Rapporto qualità/prezzo complessivo abbastanza onesto, potendo usufruire anche di uno sconto. Da tornare infrasettimanale con meno commensali.

16/02/2026: I went for lunch with my husband. The atmosphere was intimate, quiet, and the view from outside the restaurant was beautiful. It was a shame about the incredibly long wait, both to order and especially to receive the food. 45 minutes for an appetizer! The price-quality ratio was unjustified.

22/02/2026: A true home away from home in Grassina. ​If you are looking for an authentic, family-owned spot in Grassina, you absolutely have to visit Jimmy’s. We went as a family of five with two bambini, and honestly, the atmosphere is so bustling and full of life that I’d highly recommend booking a table in advance. ​There is a quote on their menu that says, "... Cose importanti nella vita? La prima è mangiare, le altre non le conosco" by Carl William Brown. You can tell they really live by those words. ​We started our meal with grilled vegetables and a burrata pugliese that was just amazing—that was my "primo piatto." For my "secondo," I had the Pizza "Della Casa," which is this incredible mix of a calzone and a pizza. You can taste that it’s made with so much love; it was just full of flavor. To drink, we had some local wine and tried their special beer—the 1L beer was a highlight! ​What really stood out was how she treated our kids. Our two are extremely fussy with their food, but she didn't blink an eye and adapted the menu to exactly what they liked. By the end of the night, the kids were so happy. We finished off with homemade tiramisu, limoncello, caffè, and a Vecchio Amaro del Capo. ​The owner served us herself, and she is such a genuine, traditional host. Everything is homemade and so tasty. By the time we left, we didn't just feel like customers; we felt like part of the restaurant's family. Such an amazing experience.

18/02/2026: A very disappointing experience for us: we were greeted by someone smoking, who was clearly surprised by our reservation. This person was nonetheless friendly and professional in their service and in presenting the menu. Also, the decor, while a bit dated, was pleasant, and the place was clean. The sauces were okay, nothing special, but the pasta, reheated in the microwave (scandalous in Italy, in an empty restaurant), left a bad taste in my mouth. The prices are, however, very reasonable considering the portion size (around €8 for a pasta dish with ragù). A second person, who seemed surprised by our presence, politely (not at all) asked his colleague what we were doing there (tourists, yes, but we understand Italian, oops). He then asked us to pay in cash in an extremely rude manner, to put it politely. Well, "asked" is a bit of an exaggeration. I would never set foot in that place again, and I'm not surprised that the restaurant was empty during peak hours. The only thing that surprises me is some of the rave reviews about it.

06/01/2026: It's 2026, and there are still places like this where they make a fuss about debit card payments. The pizza was very good, and everything was fine until we received the €125 bill to split between three of us... we asked to pay by debit card, and the courtesy shown up to that point vanished!!! If you pay by debit card, I won't give you a discount, so the bill is €128.00, and we're fine with that... but then the rudeness in front of other customers, as if we didn't want to pay. Is it possible that no one checks a place where these things happen? In the end, we paid by debit card, but seriously, never again.

05/01/2026: Family atmosphere, excellent food and service! Definitely worth a try and a return visit! Because it's a historic venue, the space can only accommodate a limited number of people. Always make a reservation!

22/09/2025: Eating on a terrace with a view of wonderful gardens, excellent service, and the entire staff was extremely friendly. It was truly an extraordinary experience. We ordered gnocchi, Milanese, angelotto, and tagliatelle, all delicious, as was the bread basket.

07/01/2026: We stayed here nearby before going to The Mall. As that was our main destination, we booked rather casually on the day, but the hotel exceeded our expectations. Great location. Breathtaking views. It's the kind of place I'd want to live if I had unlimited money. I'm sure it gets crowded in the summer, but it's also great in the winter. Both the hotel and restaurant staff were friendly, and although we only had breakfast, it was delicious. The room was spacious and clean. There are some rough roads on the way, so I wouldn't recommend coming in a sports car, but it's a truly wonderful hotel.

13/10/2025: Unfortunately, they gave us a disabled room without notifying us, an unforgivable mistake. I didn't ask for a room change since it was only one night. I should point out that it wasn't the room that didn't meet my expectations, but the bathroom. However, I greatly appreciated the welcome and breakfast, as well as the location. I also greatly appreciate your kind, polite, and constructive response. Thank you.

05/03/2026: SUPER! The guy behind the counter makes the best cappuccino in all of Florence, and that's not a figure of speech! And everyone is super friendly and kind!

09/01/2026: Our wedding. January 8, 2026 We had to find a venue to celebrate our wedding with friends, and after a few more attempts, we settled on Terrazze. The location, the atmosphere, and the staff's enthusiasm convinced us right away (after tasting the food, of course). The kitchen was immediately available to accommodate our requests and the food intolerances of some of our guests. Bianca assisted us throughout the entire process, making it easy to choose every detail. DJ Alex then met all our needs and requests throughout the evening, making everything seem very natural. 19/09/2025: I dined at this restaurant for the first time, recommended by a friend, and I was very pleased. The location was very charming and refined, especially the room with the fairy lights (very romantic). We started with the taglio commisso: hearty and complete with typical Calabrian cured meats and quality cheeses, accompanied by a special honey... savor it carefully! Then we moved on to the pizzas: obviously loaded with ingredients, leavened dough, and good ingredients. Maybe I chose the wrong pizza because it was heavy even after the cutting board. Definitely a good pizza in Florence if you don't want to go downtown... Those who live in Campo di Marte are lucky to have it so close! Thanks, see you soon.
