28/11/2025: A simple aperitif with friends turned into a wonderful experience. Excellent food, delicious pizze and cocktails, friendly atmosphere, very kind staff, fair prices. I highly recommend it for an aperitivo or a delicious dinner.

14/10/2025: A place dedicated to private events such as birthdays, graduation parties, large group gatherings, and much more. I attended a dedicated event; the staff was very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional... Young and attentive to the customer's needs. This past Saturday, they managed to handle 107 people, despite the buffet menu. The venue is spread over two floors plus a basement. Everything is elegantly and refinedly decorated. The music made all 107 people feel at ease, and I have to say, if there were more stars, I would. Great guys!!!!!

28/10/2025: We chose this restaurant for a small group graduation lunch and were greeted with great kindness and attention. The location is convenient, easily accessible by bus and tram. The restaurant offers different menus every day, prepared with fresh, seasonal ingredients. One of the guests is celiac and cannot tolerate even the slightest contamination: we notified them in advance, and the staff was extremely helpful and attentive. They found safe and tasty solutions, and there were no problems whatsoever. The dessert, a naturally flourless chocolate tenerina, was truly delicious and perfectly suited to his needs. I highly recommend communicating any intolerances or special needs before your visit: the owner and the kitchen are attentive and ready to adapt the menu accordingly. An excellent experience, highly recommended!

13/10/2025: Wonderful venue, dinner with a show... or enjoy a show with your favorite drink in hand... The staff is extremely helpful and knowledgeable, considering they're all volunteers. It's a new concept that seems to work well. Even if you come alone, you can easily sit at a shared table and meet new people, not only to socialize with but also to enjoy a pleasant show. If you make going there a habit, you'll always get a variety of quality shows.

26/10/2025: Beautiful, spacious, modern, classy atmosphere without frills or opulence. We had mixed platters and fried fish, Gallega-style octopus, and Milanese risotto with ossobuco ragù and lemon gel, which I think is perfect because it "cuts the fat" a bit from the otherwise quite substantial dish. For dessert, cheesecake (can be improved) with chestnut sauce (good), and chestnut ice cream (excellent). What can I say... I'll be back!! One piece of advice... turn down the background music a bit!

15/12/2025: We discovered this place in 2023 during our first visit of Firenze and we simply knew that we have to come back. So we did and it was the perfect last evening of our trip. Everything simple yet sophisticated. Amazing sea food and fish, great wine and the service are making this place unforgettable and we are looking forward to our 3rd visit soon!

05/12/2025: Everything is delicious, home-cooked seafood. The atmosphere and service are pleasant, and the prices are more than fair. Kudos to the chef, Savia, so young and experienced! Highly recommended, and definitely worth a try.

The ambience strikes a rare balance, cozy yet elegant, vibrant yet cool, all wrapped in a warm sense of history that makes the experience truly special. Hands down, our waiter Valentino elevated the entire evening. He is a truly unique and exceptional person whose attention made our night “ Mom and daughters” unforgettable. Exceptional service paired with extraordinary food makes La Giostra a must visit in Florence. Thank you so much, Valentino! Arrivederci!

07/09/2025: We found it by chance on a Sunday outing, and they even accepted us right before closing time. A big thank you to the kitchen and the dining room; we had a wonderful time enjoying delicious food and friendly people. See you next time!

20/06/2025: Had breakfast at Circolo ARCI Petroio and it was a lovely experience. The atmosphere is relaxed and local—feels more like having coffee at a friend’s house than a commercial café. The coffee was strong and well-made, and the pastries were fresh, simple, and authentically Tuscan. Not a huge menu, but perfect for a quiet morning in the countryside. Great value, and the people were incredibly warm and welcoming. A great way to start the day if you’re staying near Vinci.

30/11/2025: A typical Florentine trattoria, with a welcoming and refined atmosphere and excellent food: fantastic fried artichokes and homemade cantucci with almonds and phenomenal dried figs, served with Vin Santo. The dark chocolate liqueur is delicious. The bowl of jelly beans brought to the table at the end of the meal was a welcome treat. It was a fantastic 65 steps from our B&B, Le Tre Sorelle di Sabrina, to get there, and we thank her for the tip.

16/11/2025: The restaurant looks very nice, the place is welcoming and family-run, the food is good, I was only disappointed by the fried chop which was actually 2 small slices, a very small portion for the price.

04/12/2025: Restaurant located near Piazzale Michelangelo in an idyllic setting. Lovely garden with a unique vegetable patch. The food was excellent. The service was very good. Parking available.

01/10/2025: We passed by this wonderful place during our Florence trip and liked its atmosphere, so we made a reservation for dinner. The food is wonderful. The meat I ordered was incredibly delicious and cooked exactly as I wanted. The waiter was extremely polite and helpful. We loved it. We recommend it.

30/04/2025: Many people try to make a lampredotto sandwich, but few succeed... and this is the place to do it! Besides knowing how to season it, the lampredotto is served on the right bread... I haven't been back for years, but it's always worth it!
