Easily one of the best and most competent places we visited in (not only) Florence. Good service and, more imporantly, good chef. Price was completely adequate. Save yourself the underwhelming experience in all the bland cookie-cutter osterias reheating the same ragú and book a table at "Il Borro".

This place is amazing!! We arrived to Florence and needed a delicious, great spot for dinner. We were able to order various dishes to share and each and every one was unique and amazing. This place is a MUST is you are in the area. Our favorites were: the anitpasti artichoke, gnudi, tortella, & eggplant parm! For desserts, the tiramisu was amazing & the espresso martini to end the night (best i’ve ever had!)

One of the best restaurants in Firenze! The food is super tasty, make sure you ask for the chief's daily speciality. The staff are extremely friendly and professional, Claudia was an amazing waitress. I really recommend this restaurant.

One of the best places in Florence for a date night diner. The food is amazing specially the special dishes of the day ask for it and the pasta with asparagus was exquisite!! Their wine are amazing! Our waitress Claudia was the sweetest very welcoming and professional! Very much recommended, great experience, totally worth it!

Super lunch on my own. The team were very helpful, giving me a private table so I could join a work video call whilst eating. All worked out well and then my family joined me for a bottle of wine at the outside tables. Highly recommended.

Lampredottaio Ponte Di Mezzo

13/06/2026: Tried it yesterday on the recommendation of a colleague, and it turned out to be a great experience. The pasta with lampredotto was delicious and plentiful, the prices were fair, and the staff were very friendly... I can't wait to try the rest of the menu! Well done! See you soon...
27/02/2026: Finally! In recent years, eating a proper lampredotto in Florence has become something of a challenge, especially in the central areas. From a popular sandwich, it has become almost a luxury item, costing more than six euros at some kiosks, with the sandwiches becoming smaller and the quality of the lampredotto significantly diminished. So, finding yourself faced with Lisetta's product can only inspire a good mood and satisfaction. A nice, large sandwich, enough to fill you up, good bread, excellent lampredotto, and a more than fair price (4 euros). It's definitely worth the ten-minute tram ride from Santa Maria Novella to visit this little kiosk in the Novoli area. The owner is friendly and helpful!

Pizzeria Firenze Nova

14/07/2026: I'm a fan (my wife calls it obsessive) of spaghetti with clams, which seem easy to make, but precisely because they have so few ingredients, making them is very difficult (I mean, making them a masterpiece). I've eaten them all over Italy, and in my ranking, the best were in Calabria, but after eating them here, I had to revise the ranking and put them in first place... stupendous... there were more clams than spaghetti on the plate... it felt like sucking on a rock with the flavor and aroma of the sea... Never seen one... and clams of various types... I want to go back as soon as possible to make sure it's not a coincidence... but I don't think so... the other dishes and the pizzas too, made very well... and the prices RIGHT!... WELL DONE!
21/06/2026: Very good restaurant. Amazing service. People were very nice smiling and kind. Food was tasty. Menu is small but good. Would visit again to try pizzas. Menu is bit above average but the restaurant is good quality. Enjoyed our dinner. It got full very fast after opening either come early when it opens or book a table.
