Now only for tourists... what a shame. Aperitif with two olives, two pieces of schiacciata, and an invisible hummus... what a shame.

★★★★★ The 40-day dry-aged steak at Cibrèo Caffè in Florence was absolutely out of this world. Perfectly cooked, incredibly tender, and packed with deep, rich flavor—you can truly taste the quality and care in every bite. The balance of the sear on the outside with the juicy, melt-in-your-mouth interior was unreal. It’s one of those dishes you don’t forget. If you’re in Florence and even remotely appreciate a great steak, this is a must. Easily one of the best meals I’ve had in Italy.

The four of us came for drinks. The owner went out of her way to seat us, as the terrace was full. When I told her it was my husband's birthday, she brought us some appetizers with a small candle. It was lovely!

Really enjoyed Cibreo caffe and the food and ambiance are fantastic. Did feel the prices were higher,especially on wine, but our 40 day aged beef was amazing. Have to say, though, that we have eaten well everywhere we have gone!. If you can time your visit for when the theater "Teatro" is open, you can enjoy both food and entertainment.

The Tagliolini was fabulous, Cod also lovely. We were advised to visit by a friend who used to live in Florence over 20 years ago and she remembers it being lovely then. Very glad we took her advice!
