09/06/2025: Stopped by here for a quick dinner and was pleasantly surprised. Service was great-we had some construction dust blow in our drinks accidentally, and the owner/server immediately offered to replace them and to move our table. Drinks were tasty and reasonably priced, and the carbonara we ordered was very rich. The owner feels like a friend to the neighbourhood, and the atmosphere is very cozy. Would recommend!

The cocktails are meticulously crafted, and the pesto lasagna is simply exceptional—easily one of the best dishes I’ve enjoyed in the city. The service is warm, personal, and makes you feel like a valued guest. A rare gem for those seeking quality and authenticity.

22/06/2025: We were in Siena with a friend and ate at several places, but none of them charged us for the cutlery and service. 10% seems outrageous to me. When I told the waiter, he said it's the same around the square, which isn't true. None of the extra charges go to the waiters, who are taking advantage of the tourist trade. The food was delicious, but I wouldn't recommend it; there are plenty of better places in the alleys or right there in the square.

14/06/2025: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We ate at Da Noi a Cana today and were absolutely thrilled. Even though there weren't any tables available, the owner of the restaurant managed to find us a table with a lot of heart and dedication – this level of personal commitment is truly unheard of these days. The food was outstanding – fresh, authentic, and prepared with love. Every course was a taste experience! The location is beautiful, with a very special atmosphere that perfectly rounded off the evening. The service was also top-notch: friendly, attentive, and at the same time pleasantly unobtrusive. If we ever find ourselves in this beautiful area again, a visit to Da Noi a Cana is a must. Unreservedly recommended!

14/06/2025: Passing by chance at 7:15 on a Saturday evening I tried to ask if I could have a pizza with my mother. The owner, as usual very kind, gave me a table on the belvedere. I thank him and his charming wife.

01/06/2025: Attracted by the positive reviews, I book for dinner. I arrive on time! The quality of the food is decent but not exciting. The unacceptable thing, however, is the wait. You can't wait 45 minutes for a rare steak! I'm sorry but the service needs to improve a lot. To conclude, I go to the cashier to pay where a guy is sitting who, even seeing me wait, continues to consult his a**es on the PC, not caring about my presence! And I had to pay money useful for his business. And for this poor service, I certainly won't go back. Last gem, the baked potatoes... maybe the chef had taken them out half an hour earlier, they wouldn't have burned. Terrible.

31/05/2025: As soon as we sat down I asked for an aperitif and the waiter told me to go to the bar in front if I wanted it. Very rude.. Food was average, abundant and quite pleasant first courses, good desserts.. Very spartan as a place but that's okay.. If I hadn't been in a group I would have got up and left at the first answer.. I do the same job and I would never allow myself to give an answer like that to a customer I've never seen.

28/05/2025: Typical trattoria. Welcoming and helpful, they gave me a table even though they were full and had reservations. Obviously I had to leave within a reasonable period of time but I managed to eat very calmly. Excellent food. I would gladly return.

23/03/2025: Place located in a small village in the town of Vaggi, the road to get there is a bit narrow. Interior entirely in stone. Intimate place with soft lighting. Generous traditional Roman dishes, very tasty. Fast and courteous service. Outdoor space upon reservation available for the summer.

16/03/2025: Ci siamo recati in questo posto con la famiglia e ad iniziare con il posto sperduto e insomma vista su un campo....ci fanno accomodare sotto al tendone esterno che praticamente era effetto serra un caldo assurdo. Decidiamo di prendere primo e secondo,chi amatriciana,chi tipo tagliatelle con curcuma fiori di zucca e nn ricordo che altro, ravioli e chi tortelloni alla vaccinara e di secondo coda alla vaccinare,abbacchio e calamaro. Amatriciana che ha tutt'altro sapore dell' amatriciana romana...pomodoro crudo e guanciale bruciato,queste specie di tagliatelle senza nessun condimento sapevano di acqua di cottura,ravioli con ragù acido e tortelloni duri e con guanciale bruciato. Dal primo al secondo abbiamo atteso quasi 1 ora che eravamo tentati di andarcene perché oltretutto abbandonati sotto quel tendone visto che il personale di sala era all' interno del locale al fresco....bagno lontano dalla sala dove eravamo, dovevi fare una stradina più passare due costruzioni. Volevamo un' altra coca cola ma non sapevamo a chi chiedere perché non c'era nessuno nella sala. Arrivano finalmente i secondi e coda alla vaccinara acidina ma passabile solo che 18€ per 3 pezzetti di coda,abbacchio di 3 mini pezzetti e calamaro crudissimo immangiabile al che chiediamo di ricuocerlo e me lo riportano crudo ma di gusto amaro per probabilmente altre cotture insieme. Chiediamo un dolce per la bimba un tartufo. Per 4 primi più un raviolo per la bimba,4 secondi,2 bottiglie di acqua,2 coca cola e un litro di vino €186,00 alla faccia della crisi.....direi che ciao ciaoooooo

29/06/2025: There were 20 of us here for a stag party, all adults over 30. We had booked for 9:30 pm but, due to a major slowdown on the A11, we arrived at 10:15 pm, repeatedly notifying the restaurant of the delay. Unfortunately, the initial welcome was truly disappointing. The waitress (named Mimma) was immediately very rude, pointing out problems with everything: she told us that we couldn't order too many different dishes, that the barbecue couldn't be made for more than a certain number of people and that some fish dishes would take too long. She even said, in an inelegant way, that our order would no longer allow the kitchen to "go home". When it was time for dessert, she lost her patience and left, leaving the order half-finished. It must be said, she later apologized for her tone. Overall, however, the service was not suitable for managing a large group like ours: we would have expected greater professionalism and availability. We honestly can't say we were satisfied with the food either: the quality wasn't good, certainly not up to the price paid. In the end the bill was 1520 euros for the evening, with 6 bottles of Franciacorta and 4 of Vermentino. A shame, because a little more courtesy and attention would have been enough to transform the evening into a much more pleasant experience. I hope this review can help improve the service and organization for large groups in the future.

21/06/2025: Pretty good place, a little too expensive for the food, but that seems to be normal level for all touristic restaurants along the beach, if you search for better prices you should go to the city or to mountains. I have ordered a fish and was not very happy with it. Recommend to improve the dish, was pretty simple. All 3 other guests with me was satisfied with their dishes. Nevertheless the service was very good, very nice english and german-speaking waitress was serving us and was very friendly and helpful. 5/5 for service, 4/5 for the food.

19/06/2025: We just had a quick cappuccino here first thing. It cost 7 euro which is expensive even for Florence. But the service was first class. The coffee ok. No cover charge although there was two of us sitting down. They even brought water and some wafer biscuits for the non-coffee drinker

30/04/2025: Petite carte très bien maîtrisée ; les cuissons sont parfaites, le mélange des saveurs est très subtil. Le tout avec des produits sourcés localement, même le pain est fait maison. Le personnel est composé de pros qui feront tout pour que vous passiez un moment formidable. Et Carlo vous guidera dans le choix des vins.

05/04/2025: Dalla prima timida cena di alcuni mesi fa ormai consideriamo questo bistrot un nostro luogo del cuore. Anche stasera ci siamo sentiti a casa, coccolati dalla simpatia e competenza di Carlo e dalle delizie create da Mara. Ho assaggiato una peccaminosa capasanta alla maiala con golosi canditi di pancetta e crema di barbabietole rosse. A seguire una carezzevole grigliata di pesce con verdure e un eclatante e sapido tombarello. Ammiccante la panna cotta con fragole e peperoncino, golosissima. Conto generoso.
