17/10/2025: A wonderful place. Attentive, kind, and highly knowledgeable staff. Excellent food, not to mention the wine. A day immersed in the greenery of our beautiful Tuscan hills. Thanks to Mrs. Lina and Lavinia, who passionately shared the story of this long journey with us.

19/08/2025: We had a wonderful meal at this restaurant. The pasta was outstanding. We even had the house's own olive oil for sale. The service was very attentive and spoke English. Simply fantastic. Because we rented a small house in the complex, we received an additional 10% discount – a great bonus. There's also live music on Fridays – and you can relax in hammocks among the olive trees in the garden. A great location not far from the center of Forte. Highly recommended. We'll be back.

07/08/2025: Very good meal at this small organic restaurant. Highly recommended if you're on vacation in Poggibonsi or the surrounding area and want to eat light and healthy (the vegetables are excellent). Several visits and consistent quality.

27/05/2025: Gastronomia Bio molto buona con tanta scelta di piatti espressi, ben cucinati e buoni di qualità (buonissimi anche i dolci dove si sentono i bilanciamenti giusti senza rimanere assuefatti e pieni di zucchero) bravi!!!

17/10/2025: Lots of smoke and not enough flavor... a huge disappointment, hair on the table (€4 cover charge). The vegetables and lemon were subpar, the sea bream was next to good quality, the service was superficial... the wait staff was very stressed... This is precisely why it was disappointing; overall, the price and quality were not in balance. It's a shame.

13/10/2025: A beautifully located restaurant with excellent food. The view of the marina adds to the delight. The staff is attentive and very friendly. The dishes are rather expensive but excellently presented and offer a unique flavor. A visit is worthwhile.

02/11/2025: We arrived during the lunch rush on a Lucca Comics and Games holiday. The table organization was excellent: every time a customer left, the table was already cleaned, making it available for the next customer. In fact, as soon as we approached, we found seats for five! The ordering process was very clear: choose from the posters displayed and enter the restaurant to pay. At the cash register, the management was excellent, even for drinks and coffee, which can be picked up with a voucher and without having to wait in line after the meal. Smiles everywhere. We picked up the device that will indicate the order as soon as it's ready: less than 5-10 minutes of waiting for five pizzas and their drinks. The pizza arrives conveniently sliced ​​(but you can ask for cutlery, which isn't at the table, if you need it). The table clearing service was always a smile! We should also add that the line for the bathroom is clearly marked and separate from any other type of wait. The food was good, but above all, the courtesy and organization were top-notch! I'd go back tomorrow! Well done!

31/10/2025: A small, unassuming restaurant. We found it more or less by chance. But the food is very good and the price is very reasonable. The staff is very friendly. What more could you want?

21/10/2025: We were passing through Calambrone, staying at the Solidago Residence; this restaurant is attached to it. Spectacular and welcoming location, very kind and friendly people. Spectacular food: (I recommend trying the tagliatelle with fresh sea bream). The best restaurant in Calambrone! Highly recommended!

21/09/2025: We've been for both lunch and dinner; it's been a regular stop for years every time we come to Vada. Marco Vallini and the entire staff are incredibly kind and helpful, efficient, professional, and passionate about their work. I highly recommend it.

02/08/2025: The quality of the ingredients (meat, bun, etc) is very good, however: 1. the meat was very dry and not juicy at all (we ordered 4 burgers and they were all dry) 2. Missing ingredients (example no pancetta croccante which we paid extra for and since we did take away, by the time we arrived home it was too late to go back) 3. ONE HOUR wait for 4 burgers to go! We have two children, they should have advised that the there was going to be such a long wait. We noticed that the Glovoo runners were coming and going so it seems those orders have priority. We had our drinks while waiting for the meal, so not ideal, especially if you have kids filled up on soda and then not hungry enough to finish their meal. There's potential to be a great place, they just need to focus and organize better. Maybe hire another person to help things go smoother.
