28/05/2025: Very tasty food, good quantity… nothing too exaggerated.

27/05/2025: We went to this pizzeria for a friend's birthday and we chose the pizza tour. The pizzas were really very good, some even special; it's a shame that the space was very narrow and you couldn't get through very well if you unfortunately sat on the wall side.

09/06/2025: Don't be one of those tourist chumps lined up at Gustapizza around the corner, this is where the locals go, and it's far better. Soft, tender crust, and literally 5 (not 3, like another review said) pages of pizza (and calzone!) choices. Great pizza, friendly staff, super fast service. A little hot when we went, but the sign says they do have AC, so it must have not been on yet.

07/06/2025: We passed by on the street, saw the oven burning and said this is the place, wow we were right, they were all delicious

08/06/2025: Unbelievable venue, attended a wedding and it was absolutely stunning. Superb service from David who ensured everything went off without a hitch. The rooms are gorgeous, very romantic spot at the foot of Cortona. 10/10.

09/05/2025: We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The room was beautiful and very clean. They even had a hamam feature in the shower. The property is also stunning and cortona is a lovely town. Highly recommend if you’re planning a trip to Tuscany!

04/06/2025: We only came for the restaurant part. For antipasti we ordered breasola and burrata, for secondi gnocchi tartuffo and for prima tranche steak. Antipasti was amazing they combined creamy burrata with salty breasola and cured egg yolk slices which was an amazing touch for the dish. Gnocchi was amazing and made with truffle slices. Meat was also so delicious, and was very juicy and tasty. The aromas within the meat was so good. Overall it was all amazing! We ordered what the owner suggested as wine and (shocker) it was so good as well! Francesco the owner was so nice and informative to us. Definitely give it a try if you are in tuscany!

02/06/2025: We had lunch, but what an atmosphere.. Full speed all the time, and we tried pizza slize and cecina. Both very good. Wood-fired oven. The price for a slice 1.5€ This is real Italy. Too bad we didn't come here later in the evening too

31/05/2025: Such a friendly people and my first ever cecina was unbelievable and unforgettable. Don't wanna eat it anywhere else. Fresh from the oven, crispy outside, soft inside and so delicious. I bought 2 slices and paid €2.20. Good deal. A place to return. Thank you.

25/05/2025: We have been to this place twice, once eating fish and once pizza. We found everything very good, but in particular the pizza is really excellent: thin but crunchy and with quality toppings. The staff is very kind and professional. In the summer there is more space in the garden. We will definitely be back!

11/04/2025: Abundant and good food! Fish dinner for couples, full restaurant and slightly slow but still efficient service! We ordered a tasting of 5 fish starters (absolutely worth trying!), crab penne (excellent), tuna fillet (highly recommended), sea bream fillet (delicious) and for dessert... Moscardini with polenta (taste it!). Expenditure absolutely in line with what you ate, generous portions and quality food! Super recommended

16/06/2025: We kregen een tafeltje op het strand, gezellige plek om te eten, vriendelijk personeel en het eten was ook zeer lekker. De spaghetti scolio is zeker een aanrader

08/06/2025: Serata impegnativa per tutto il personale dato il gran numero di clienti ma questo non giustifica la mancanza di organizzazione in sala e tra sala e cucina. Cibo discreto: la mia amica ha ordinato un cacciucco buono, io una grigliata di pesce che ho richiesto fosse ben cotta poiché sono in gravidanza. Le due criticità principali sono state relative all’attesa intercorsa tra l’arrivo della portata alla mia amica e l’arrivo del mio piatto più di 15 minuti (per un tavolo da due, non per una tavolata da 10 persone!); la grigliata prevedeva del tonno, che all’interno era crudo e quindi ho lasciato nel piatto, capisco che il tonno predilige cotture non lunghe ma a quel punto per correttezza poteva essermi proposta una sostituzione con un pesce adatto alla mia richiesta.

26/05/2025: Prese tre pizze da asporto : orribile la prosciutto e funghi con prosciutti e funghi buttati sopra (e crudi) immagino a pizza cotta. Pareva quasi un prodotto ancora da "assemblare" : finita purtroppo direttamente nel cestino . Non so ai tavoli cosa viene servito dal pizzaiolo ma spero non siano le stesse pizze....

07/06/2025: After a nice ride on our motorbikes we stopped at Osteria La Torre, where we were welcomed with courtesy and availability. We were offered the choice between the internal room and the veranda, and we opted for the latter: a good choice. The environment is quiet, well-kept, surrounded by hedges and flowers, with a light breeze that made lunch very pleasant, despite the hot day. The menu is not very extensive and the choice is rather limited, but the quality of the raw materials is evident. We tried two appetizers: really excellent raw meat and fried boiled meatballs, surprising for how tasty they were. For second courses, decent cod and very tender pork livers, which melted in the mouth. The bill is a little above average, but the quality of the food and the context justify it. Overall, a pleasant and well-kept stop, which we gladly recommend.
