15/01/2025: Cozy place, we stopped for lunch after a visit to Volterra. Friendly and welcoming staff. The menu ranges between meat and fish, carefully prepared and very good dishes, with average prices.

07/04/2025: I was absolutely satisfied with my experience at this place! The staff was exceptional, helpful and friendly at all times. Their professionalism and kindness made my stay even more enjoyable. But what really exceeded my expectations was the large space available. The structure was carefully designed to offer a comfortable and functional environment, with large common areas and private areas where you can retreat to work or relax. The cleanliness and order were impeccable, with every detail taken care of to ensure a high-quality experience. Furthermore, the location was strategic, allowing me to easily reach every desired destination. In summary, I can say that this place was a real gem. I can highly recommend it to anyone looking for a high-quality experience, with an exceptional staff and large and comfortable spaces. I hope to be able to return soon!

07/04/2025: Hotel located in the middle of the greenery, in a very quiet position, with large outdoor spaces, very well kept. Large and quite welcoming rooms. Staff with big differences in terms of kindness and availability: the young guys at the bar and restaurant are really nice and willing, the slightly older ones are aloof if not downright unpleasant. The mechanism of the bar cards .... a legalized theft!

29/03/2025: Wonderful evening in a relaxing atmosphere. No rush, no hurrying by the staff. Alba, our greeter and server was so charming and helpful with the menu selection. Will definitely recommend to all.

01/02/2025: Siamo del posto e spinti dal sentito dire abbiamo deciso di "collaudare" questa pizzeria. Come da titolo è stata una piacevole scoperta, un classico antipasto toscano con affettati e formaggi, buono ma nella norma, la pizza però è buonissima, impasto molto digeribile e ingredienti di prima qualità, dolci fatti in casa molto buoni anch'essi anche se per la verità si sono fatti un po' desiderare in quanto abbiamo dovuto aspettare un bel po' per averli, c'è pure da dire però che la cameriera ci aveva avvertito di questo e a proposito di quest'ultima devo dire che è un valore aggiunto al locale, carinissima, veloce, molto professionale, chapeau. Per finire conto molto onesto e al momento di pagare la titolare ci ha offerto i caffè ( 3 ) e gli amari ( 2 ) scusandosi per il ritardo sui dolci, chapeau anche a lei, hanno sicuramente acquistato 4 nuovi clienti.

25/01/2025: Piccolo locale carino a conduzione familiare, dove puoi trovare gentilezza e velocita nel servizio curato da personale preparato, e dove da un più che buon impasto, condito da ottimi ingredienti non può uscire che un ottima pizza, leggera e gustosa, da non tralasciare il tagliere di salumi e formaggi tutti prodotti di qualità, una discreta scelta di birre e altro ancora, unposto dove tornare spesso ne vale la pena. Consigliato sotto tutti i punti di vista.

10/02/2025: I feel a little bit ashamed that I haven’t stopped and reviewed Lorens before. It’s one of my go-tos, my home away from home, my safe space food wise. It’s where I go when I want to be sure I’ll go home amazed by my meal (even though I’ve probably been 20 times by now). First and foremost Lorens is amazing with allergies! They also have a vegan menu and in general their kitchen DOES NOT have dairy. Always ask just to be sure but it is perfect for lactose intolerants / dairy allergies. Second, Lorens has a spectacular offering of fish - fresh, tasty, exciting. You name it. One of my favorites is the “Padella”, literally a pan of all of the goodies the sea has to offer, in a yummy stew. Finally, the staff is a class act. Each person is knowledgeable, kind, prepared and down to earth. They will treat the 3 year old child with the same respect they offer to an elderly couple. They have the courtesy to explain things when needed and the promptness to accommodate most any need. A true empire of Female Culinary Entrepreneurship. My favorite ❤️
