06/10/2025: The restaurant doesn't overlook the Bagno Vignoni thermal baths, but is located on a side street a few dozen meters away. The location is central yet quiet, with tables in a small courtyard directly on the pedestrian street, which doesn't cause any disturbance. Very good crostini, carefully prepared first and second courses, sometimes with unusual pairings. Good wine selection. Friendly and welcoming staff.

23/09/2025: Dinner was amongst the best and most memorable. Modest appointment in a beautiful setting, excellent service, and food quality absolutely serious fabulous….reasonably priced. I do not say what I had, because all three dishes being of such high quality is most meaningful.

25/07/2025: We chose this restaurant because it was top 1 on trip advisor. But unfortunately the experience was something else entirely. Waiters who were busy with orders, and were far from professional. 2 out of 3 got their food, after a while found out that the last meal was sold out. When we told them, the waiter was impatient and had to apologize that there was a lot to do. The bill was wrong and they wanted to pay for food we didn't get.

24/07/2025: A brief stop on a scorching day before our walking tour for some liquid refreshments. Four slush drinks later and four satisfied and slightly more hydrated people were ready for their tour.

06/10/2025: My family and I were staying in Cetona from Canada. I have Celiac disease which can make eating a little more challenging in new places. We specifically chose the Pizzeria for its gluten free options and they did NOT disappoint!! From the appetizer to the pasta to the dessert this was hands down one of the best meals I’ve had during my time Italy. The atmosphere was cozy and oozed local charm, the service was wonderful. If you’re in the area I definitely recommend!!

06/10/2025: Marco is an excellent host. He offers a culinary experience not just a meal. His menu offers an incredible diversity to satisfy every visitor. Not only are the menu options perfectly paired but Marco personally recommends a wine that pairs well with each selection. I would be remiss if I didn’t mention the gelato! I have travelled all of Italy and own a home there. His gelato is hands down the absolute best I’ve ever had. If you are looking for an experience off the beaten path, try 53040 in Cetona, Italy. The setting in this ancient village in the background accents the experience with a flair of Italian culture and truly Tuscan cuisine!

06/10/2025: We stayed during a two-day motorcycle tour in Poggibonsi and found this restaurant online. The atmosphere is simple and welcoming, and I believe it's family-run. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The menu isn't terribly extensive, but everything we tried was excellent. The quality/price ratio was excellent. I would definitely recommend it!

12/10/2025: I sat there for 20 minutes and no one attended to me until I asked for some menus and they told me they couldn't serve me because everything was already saturated. Very poor service and zero communication, thanks for nothing.

12/10/2025: Searching online for a gluten-free restaurant in Livorno, I contacted the owner, who was very kind and explained to me how they handle gluten-free options. I made a reservation and, upon arrival, was immediately surprised by the variety and large number of gluten-free dishes, including fried foods. We ordered two fried calamari and shrimp dishes, fries, two tiramisu dishes, plus, of course, a drink and side dish, all gluten-free. I must say I was amazed by the quality of the dishes, especially the wide variety of gluten-free desserts to choose from. Really good, the tiramisu was a 10. It's true, the service is pleasant and friendly, but a bit slow, perhaps reflecting the Livorno mentality of "live and let live," but that's part of the experience. If I decide to eat out, I go slowly, so I'm fine with waiting five minutes more. We'll definitely be back.

28/09/2025: We fell in love with the location and the two owners, Thomas and Raniero, who are both professionals. I'm leaving this review especially for you, future spouses. At Amici del Colle, we found professionalism and attention to detail for our wedding day. They helped us with everything and made us happy! Large, fenced parking lot with the option of leaving your car overnight, as they have a shuttle service that takes you to your booked hotel and picks you up in the morning. At our wedding, we had several vintage cars and were worried about how to reassure the owners of these cars, but Amici del Colle put our minds at ease by placing a valet at the entrance who helped with the various maneuvers for all the guests. They also recommended other vendors because we weren't from the area; they were all excellent and knowledgeable. We didn't have a wedding planner, so we were a little worried about the table settings. We asked Raniero how we wanted them, and he was EXCELLENT at setting up the tables just the way I liked them. Let's talk about the food: WE MADE A GREAT IMPRESSION!! All the guests complimented us on how well they ate. We had made an unusual request for a wedding: we wanted beer instead of wine, and not only did they accommodate our request, but we also had a choice of three delicious craft beers. I didn't even have to worry about the cake; they took care of it, and it was one of the best I've ever had at a wedding. Let's talk about the location: beautiful, well-kept, clean, and, above all, with a plan A if it's sunny, and a plan B if it rains. I'll conclude by talking about the prices: in our opinion, given the quality of the food, the beauty of the location, and the fact that they took away any problems and worries, we paid a fair price and were happy. Also, because the complex provided the wedding cake, the shuttle service, and we, the newlyweds, received a complimentary hotel room. So, young future spouses, we strongly recommend you consider this location for your big day, because from experience, we can tell you that ours was wonderful and unique.

17/08/2025: Spectacular little corner with delicious and delicious focaccias. I can guarantee that whatever focaccia you eat, you'll be full and satisfied. I went back two days later because I was craving that focaccia. :) Very reasonable price and very friendly staff. Recommended.

08/09/2025: We came from Grosseto at the recommendation of a celiac because, in her opinion, the gluten-free pizza was very good. The flavor is good, but the crust is thin and quite crispy, very different from the classic Neapolitan pizza. The gluten-free pizza also had a similar crust: thin and not very elastic. I gave it four stars because we also ordered two mixed gluten-free appetizers, and they were fabulous. We noticed that most of the other guests ordered fish, and the aroma was very inviting. We'll definitely be back to try other dishes, but not the pizza. :)

12/10/2025: The two of us went and had one appetizer, one pasta, one steak, and one dessert. The portions were just right, and the food was delicious and presented beautifully. And the view was amazing. You could see the dome and bell tower.
