The view of the beach and sea at sunset creates a truly wonderful atmosphere.
The price is really reasonable.

18/05/2025: I went with friends to have a coffee and buy Spirito del Bosco products. The place is typical, characteristic, beautiful. The welcome is cordial and friendly. There is nothing to say about the products, in the description you can feel all the passion they put into it and the result is excellent. We will return to try the cuisine too. Congratulations
14/05/2025: Very cool little tavern in Volterra.
They have just a couple different types of beer in bottles, but they serve wines (of course) and they specialize in their own gin cocktails which are very good.
The space is very small but super charming and so is the staff.
Great find!

06/06/2025: Great, unusual place because it's "under the vaults". Everything we ate was delicious; homemade charcuterie plate, cheese, beef tagliata, gnocchi, house wine 😍 And on top of that, a great welcome from all the staff who took great care of our little one. €65 for 2 with a shared antipasti, and primi for each, for the quality it's very reasonable when you see the prices around.

Service: our server was professional and friendly.
Wine: don’t mark up too much and had a great selection.
Atmosphere: it was cozy, special, we all loved it.
This restaurant has Michelin star since 2007. We counted it and I think they only missed couple years and won every single year after. We are not surprised since their food is spectacular.
08/06/2025: Gosh what an experience! This restaurant deserves all it's praise! The food was outstanding, I am still blown away by how tasty it was! The boar cooked in wine and milk for hours was especially good. The staff were all friendly and executed their jobs very well. I would recommend to anyone. Just be sure to book a table well in advance as they are very busy.
