08/07/2024: Summer 2021: We came here by chance and found a very pleasant surprise. We could eat outside. Both inside and outside very pleasant. Very kind and friendly staff. Impeccable service. Very good and plentiful dishes. Summer 2024 update: we ate inside given the heat and the internal air conditioning at the right temperature. We had a great time once again. Great place, shame it's hidden and not known by tourists.

01/06/2024: I went to this place for a communion lunch, the location could be modernized a bit as for the menu, good dishes and also the service which I gave five stars, outside there is clay pigeon shooting so it's inevitable the sound of shots, but one knows that.

10/08/2024: We had dinner at Don Beta's with family. We were a little disappointed with the price. I chose local vongole pasta. A quarter of my shells remained closed. No commercial gesture, it's a shame.

11/08/2024: Superb discovery at the bend of an alley. The cuisine is impeccable and tasty. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The dishes are of very good quality at a very reasonable price, even inexpensive. For our part, we tested the meats, the children's ravioli and the fried seafood dishes. No complaints, we went back the next day. We highly recommend.

25/07/2024: Het eten was basis. Bestelling kwam chaotisch uit de keuken terug, enkele gerechten vergeten of helemaal niet meer beschikbaar (1,5 wachten op een basic pasta al ragú). Communicatie liep heel moeizaam en weinig flexibel

14/08/2024: Given that I ended up on the hottest day of the last 100 years and Orbetello is not the best with these temperatures. Driven by some reviews I decided to go. The food is genuine and as such it may be (for some) perhaps too simple, but this is not the case. There is a lot of care in choosing the ingredients, organic, zero km, homemade pasta with selected grains... in short, the cost of the dinner is justified. The staff were kind and empathetic. If you really wanted to look for a completely out of tune personal nuance... fake mini orchid plants as a table centerpiece and a glittery silver plastic tablecloth....

03/08/2024: Elegant restaurant, located inside a rich Spanish property from the 1600s, possibility of eating both inside and outside. Bread, pasta and desserts all homemade... nothing to say FANTASTIC restaurant

24/08/2024: Very good and well prepared dishes. Prices a little high. Very kind and helpful waiters, however they put us at a table on the street where we breathed in a lot of exhaust fumes... I would remove the tables on the street as they make the experience unpleasant.

26/08/2024: Accanto alla piazza principale del paese si trova questa piccola perla, locale curato , bella apparecchiatura menù rivisitato in chiave moderna, servizio attento e puntuale e carta dei vini ben studiata con diverse chicche italiane e Francesi. Triglia e zucchine da paura, torneremo presto ad assaggiare tutto il menù. In questo periodo strano e’ difficile trovare un ristorante come questo, bravi continuate così!

25/08/2024: Siamo state a cena in questo ristorante consigliato da alcune persone locali della zona. Siamo state accolte fin da subito con gentilezza e professionalità. Personale gentilissimo, disponibile e molto attento ai dettagli e location molto carina in centro di Capoliveri e pulita. Perfetta l'attesa tra ogni portata! Abbiamo fatto una cena a base di pesce e dall'antipasto ai dolci tutto squisito e prodotti di ottima qualità (pesce fantastico consiglio il risotto all'astice). Ci torneremo sicuramente!! Rimaste super soddisfatte e ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.

20/06/2024: Highly recommend for people who appreciate excellent food and wine. Although unassuming from the outside, the interior is a serene and soothing space, as is the impeccable service. I had several red wines by the glass and was very pleasantly surprised to find them slightly chilled, which is my preference. This was unique among all of the other restaurants I tried during my 2-week stay in Italy and it was very welcome. The food was, in a word, outstanding. We tried 2 of the 3 pasta courses available, all of the secondis on the menu and all of the desserts as well. Each was refined and delicious. This is not the typical rustic and hearty Tuscan fare, but instead refined food that was light on its feet, while highlighting the ingredients. I would love to come back and try the course menu with wine pairing some day. If you are in the heart of Firenze, worth the drive out to visit. If you happen to be staying near the airport, you are in luck and should treat yourself to this must-try experience. As others have said, the surrounding environs may not be great but don’t let that stop you.

08/06/2024: Near Florence Airport, I went in because it was close to my accommodation and found Michelin Fine Dining. I wonder why there is such a good restaurant at such a price in a place like this. It is different from the T-bone or pizza risotto commonly eaten in Florence and is more expensive, but highly recommended for fine dining.

09/08/2024: Returned to this splendid place after two years! What can I say... it's our favorite place. Ughetta makes you feel at home, she cooks exquisite dinners with Tuscan love!! 02/08/2024: In a beautiful place, with a wonderful view. Dear hosts. A quiet, calm environment, a nice pool, the breakfast is a bit limited, but delicious.

12/08/2024: Brilliant in every way. Guy serving us was super friendly, there was no menu but he instantly asked what we’d like. The sandwiches tasted super fresh and the produce was very tasty. For two sandwiches, two beers, a water and a peach tea it was €15 which I thought was good value. Still amazing 2 years later!

04/08/2024: Truly excellent typical Sicilian dishes, fairly fast service, very professional staff, fair bill for the dishes but not adequate for the location.

23/07/2024: I was there yesterday with my partner from Messina, the dishes are good but not exceptionally super....the bill a little high.... 1 starter, beccafico anchovies, a slice of swordfish, 1 portion of baked vegetables and two glasses of wine €68... Very kind and attentive staff

31/05/2024: I just finished eating here and it was excellent! The gentleman who attended our table was so kind and very attentive to our needs, he also spoke English which was a big plus! I had a Pizza Capricciosa and it was amazing! I definitely recommend this place to anyone who was looking for a place to eat that is away from the business of other restaurants!

31/05/2024: Went there 3 times in 4 days, ate something twice, it was perfect every time. My highlight was the calzone...you have to eat it, but the lasagne was also really good! Absolutely okay in terms of price, menu also in German and English. We'll definitely be back! Greetings from Austria 🫶🏻

31/08/2024: Good hotel with excellent restaurant. I returned for dinner with friends after 2 years and reconfirmed, ate fish with good and innovative dishes. Recommended, prices appropriate for the food. Now you can dine in the garden overlooking the sea with a dream sunset.

15/08/2024: We stayed full board in a double room, from 2 to 6 August this year. Recently renovated hotel in an excellent position to enjoy the beautiful sea/beach. Clean, spacious rooms with all comforts. Professional, friendly and extremely helpful staff, especially the service in the restaurant. Excellent and refined cuisine with the possibility of extra menu variations. Super breakfast in terms of quality, quantity and needs. The possibility of having lunch/dinner in the juniper garden facing the sea is also valid. The swimming pool is excellent, especially suitable for children. We will definitely be back…
