Ristorante Le Campane In Siena

We went there for lunch because we were on a bus tour to Siena. We asked the server if they can accommodate as we only have 50 min. They were very nice and recommended the dishes only take a short amount of time. We ended up with lasagne and tagliolini, they were both very good. And more importantly we finished the lunch on time and were not so much of rush.

Best local Siena food and also best service.

Had the best pasta on our entire trip to Italy. The artichokes were excellent as well. Finished it off with tiramisu. What a lovely way to end our trip.

I went to the restaurant with my family during the Strade Bianche week. A friend recommended it to us, especially because it's very close to Piazza del Campo and the Siena Cathedral. We can say it lived up to our expectations. We had fantastic tagliatelle in broth with truffles, tortelli with rabbit and cavolo nero, and a top-notch pork tenderloin. The desserts my parents had were also delicious. Finally, I can say that the chef was super kind and friendly. At the end of the evening, he went around the tables asking how the customers were doing, making the evening super enjoyable. He really put a smile on our faces. When we come back to Siena, we'll definitely be back.

We ate divinely. The menu combines tradition and innovation with excellent results! The boiled meatballs with salsa verde were spectacular.

We discovered this place by chance, without a reservation, just steps from Piazza del Campo. The exterior is rather unremarkable and doesn't do justice to the interior, which is very well-maintained and furnished in Tuscan style. The staff was immediately very welcoming, and the atmosphere was pleasant, thanks in part to the presence of many locals, which I always think is a good sign. We ate really well: the first courses deserve a special mention, and the homemade desserts are also truly exquisite. The Italian music playlist in the background was also very well-chosen, at the perfect volume: present but never intrusive, it helps create a truly pleasant atmosphere. The prices are average, especially considering the central location. Definitely a place to return to. 5 stars well deserved!

Passing through Siena, we stopped for a quick lunch at this refined and well-maintained restaurant. The service was prompt and warm. The dishes were well-prepared and generously portioned, satisfying our discerning palates. We ate well... if we return to Siena, we'll know where to stop.
