Fantastic butcher shop! Exceptional quality meat, always fresh and tasty. The staff is incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and always ready to offer excellent advice. Agriristoro Focacceria La Dogana

17/08/2026: It was just what I was looking for!! Real, authentic Tuscan cuisine, the platter of cured meats and cheeses with their homemade jams are sublime, the complete pici are delicious and the portions are generous! It's a shame I discovered it on the last day I was in Sovana.... I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to immerse themselves in Tuscany with their palate!!
16/08/2026: I was in the Pitigliano area one day and wanted to try this Agriristoro for lunch. What can I say... except that I went back for dinner too! 😋 This Agriristoro offers truly exquisite dishes: I tried the tortelli maremmani and the pici all'agliona, both exceptional. The homemade desserts were also spectacular, absolutely not to be missed. The restaurant is family-run, and you can immediately sense the love and care they put into every dish, as well as the quality of the ingredients. The family's hospitality is fantastic: everyone is extremely kind, welcoming, and attentive. An authentic place where you eat great and truly feel at home!

pizzeria Osée piatti tipici

08/07/2026: A unique pizzeria in Manciano, in the Tuscan Maremma. It's not exactly easy to find—the entrance is behind a gas station—but it's worth the search. I recommend it to anyone who wants to explore these beautiful Tuscan villages, or to anyone visiting the Saturnia spa and wanting to refuel after a relaxing day with an excellent pizza. They won the Pizza Olympics for two years. I recommend reading the entire menu, and I recommend the pizzas: Briaca, Barnum, and the one with wild asparagus. Good prices.
24/06/2026: The pizzas were good, but be aware there's a €2 cover charge per person for eating in, which isn't displayed anywhere and wasn't mentioned by the restaurant staff. The pizzas aren't cut (probably done on purpose to use up the cutlery and then unknowingly pay). French and foreign friends, always ask about any charges before ordering, as no one will tell you beforehand, and this is true in almost all of Italy.
