05/06/2025: Gran pizza por lonchas. Mi esposa y yo compartimos dos rebanadas y fue bastante lleno. Ella tenía marguerita y yo carne. El lugar es muy casual y tiene solo unas pocas mesas. Llevamos y funcionó bien. También venden vino por la división que era perfecto para nosotros. BTW hicimos un tour gastronómico de Lucca más tarde en la semana y el guía nos trajo aquí.

28/11/2025: The typical restaurant you wouldn't believe from the outside. The service was provided by Mr. Gigi himself, who was extremely kind. The dishes... simple but delicious. For appetizers, we ordered 1 stewed black cabbage and 1 portion of sautéed porcini mushrooms... we ordered seconds because they were so good. Tagliolini with truffle (so good and soft they melted in your mouth) and 1 peposo all'imprunetina (wine and pepper) with polenta. A glass of house red wine (for a house wine, very good, but we're in Tuscany and I think that's normal). I came here for work, but if I were to return to the area, I think I'd definitely go back!

15/11/2025: I went to eat at this place, there were about twenty of us. When we booked a few days before, we agreed to do a pizza round for 15 euros. Drinks were charged one per person; don't ask for more because you'll pay extra. As for the pizza, it tasted like nothing; I've never heard of anything like that in a pizzeria. It wasn't good. As for the staff, the rude waitresses were annoyed if you asked them for anything; they seemed like they didn't want to bother you. We asked for more pizzas at the back of the table, and they told us that's enough, we don't make any more, despite the pizza round. In the end, they asked for the 15 euros in cash; they didn't want us to pay by card (who knows why!). So, everything was bad, from the service to the terrible pizza. I'll never set foot in there again.

09/12/2025: We went to dinner on Saturday but unfortunately something went wrong with the starters, nothing to say but the pizza wasn't great and the service wasn't the best either but the place is worth it

08/12/2025: We celebrated my birthday and a friend's here. PROS: Nice atmosphere, a room reserved just for us, fairly quick service, and friendly and helpful waiters. CONS: A friend of mine and I had paid a €100 deposit (€50 each) to secure the room, with an agreed-upon price of €36 per person. There were about thirty of us. We were told that upon arrival, we would be refunded the difference of €14 each. When it came time to settle the bill, however, we were told that "I'll probably buy you some drinks, but I can't refund the money." I had to insist, and in the end, they refunded me the difference by deducting it from my boyfriend's payment—a rather unprofessional and dishonest approach. We also noticed that they didn't give my boyfriend €4 change, a detail that, in a context like this, shouldn't happen. The food was acceptable but not memorable. Coffee was included, but at 1:15 (closing time is 1:30), we were told they were closing and that if we wanted it, we had to go to the counter. Once there, they informed us they didn't make macchiatos or decafs because the machine had already been cleaned. This, too, isn't a sign of great customer service. It's a shame, because the atmosphere was pleasant, but the financial management and final organization left a bad impression.

21/11/2025: Isn't there a 0-star rating option?! The pizzas aren't good because they use low-quality ingredients. The chicken and fries pizza arrives covered in mayonnaise, which isn't even mentioned on the menu. Furthermore, all the pizzas arrive lukewarm, which I presume is due to poor management. The owner is also quite unpleasant, almost unhelpful. Never again.

11/10/2025: Well-executed traditional cuisine. The homemade tagliolini with truffles is excellent. The salt-baked fish is delicious. Interesting wine list. Efficient service.

28/09/2025: End of September....two spritzes €30 with a mini bag of crisps and a bag of croutons....speechless...never again.

06/05/2025: Reading the reviews, it seemed like a retro place, but with a simple but valid offering. We happened upon a night when pizza wasn't available (perhaps you should specify this when you book, since it's primarily a pizzeria) due to their own problems. We decided to stay anyway, given how late it was, and we regretted it: terrible appetizers, poorly prepared and rushed first courses. It's a shame because it really gave the impression of a tired, worn-out place. From the staff to the place, I couldn't find a single positive thing... not even the POS was working that night. I'm sorry, but I would never recommend it.

28/09/2025: The service is exceptional, and the restaurant has a very atmospheric décor and a view of the harbor. The tuna steak in sesame breading is delicious, and the salads and other dishes are also very tasty. If you're craving Mediterranean cuisine, it's worth a visit.

14/09/2025: Excellent experience... we ate very well... I recommend it to everyone... friendly service... the chef is not only a great chef but also an excellent lyricist...

19/11/2025: We went to the I Gigli shopping center to buy some gifts for Christmas, it was dinner time and we stopped at the Dispensa Emilia restaurant for the first time. As soon as we arrived we were greeted with great kindness but at the same time with great professionalism, we were asked if we wanted to pay with the app or to go to the cashier to order the menu, after we sat down, as soon as we placed the order with the app we were served immediately with very good food and above all hot and very well-prepared dishes. Nice and very professional staff and above all interesting price. We will be back as soon as possible because we really had a great time. Thank you.

14/11/2025: After working non-stop for 10 hours, I wanted to come back here for something. One hand led to another, and I ordered everything and more. As always, and as I remembered, I found a fantastic menu and delicious, high-quality food. I'll definitely be back, also because I love eating here. Of course, the extremely kind and helpful staff is a plus. That said, I highly recommend it for those who love good food and a pleasant evening with friends, but also for those who are a bit of a loner and enjoy filling up on excellent food.
