19/04/2025: Llegamos aquí cansados y hambrientos. Nos alojamos en una villa cercana y la mayoría de los lugares están cerrados después del almuerzo. Fueron muy amables y nos hicieron los platos como lo solicitamos. Tuvimos un bebé con nosotros y queríamos plato de pollo. La comida era fresca y servida con una sonrisa.

11/12/2024: Locale tipico anni 80, nel bene ma sopratutto nella genuinità dei toscani. Le pizze sono discrete, con i tevoli tutti occupatiu il servizio si rallenta prezzi molto buoni.

27/07/2025: Even though there were empty tables, the staff didn't even acknowledge us! Detestable, and apparently fortunately for us, judging by other customers' comments! For a small, unimportant Tuscan town, they're throwing customers away!!! Avoid!

10/08/2025: locale retrò con gusto che lascia a desiderare sia nelle poltrone che arredi. L'ingresso adatto , senza offesa, per camionisti e non eccessivamente pulito. Un pò tutta la s truttura, c'è anche l'annesso hotel, non è delle migliori e siamo, praticamente, in aperta campagna, una piccola frazione di Castiglion Fiorentino. E' difficile capire qual'è il piatto tipicoo quello d el giorno perchè la presentazione è un pò confusionaria. Cibo sufficientemente discreto ma nulla di particolarmente allettante. Servizio passabile e insomma un ambiente che non lascia il segno anche se i prezzi sono più che praticabili e per quasi tutt le tasche. Magari non era una giornata particolarmente attrattiva e converebbe riprovare in altre occasioni conviviali.

26/06/2025: The first waiter slammed the menu on the table without eye contact, another waiter was a lot more polite, and took our order properly. Cosy terrace, a bit of a parade street, so plenty to look at, unfortunately on the other side the thermal baths that this city is so proud of, but which are all badly dilapidated, and which are fenced off.

21/06/2025: Negative experience in every sense, slow service, unprofessional and not even qualified staff, poor and old food, limited wine availability, prices not balanced to what they offer you, not recommended.

21/06/2025: Stopped by for lunch with a dear friend of mine, we had a really good time, nice location and fast service, excellent typical Tuscan cuisine, very fair prices, large parking lot to park.

The building, a carefully renovated former mill, masterfully combines the elegance of refined furnishings with the rustic charm of its origins, creating a unique and refined atmosphere. Adding to the magic of the place, a delightful stream flows next to the restaurant, a reminder of the mill's ancient function, where the water once powered the millstones. We booked the day before, considering it was summer, and were welcomed onto the outdoor terrace, which filled up with patrons within hours, a sign of the venue's great popularity. Dinner was a true gastronomic experience: - "Antipasti": We sampled the "Della Bona," an assortment of house specialties, including chickpea hummus, sun-dried tomatoes, and other delicacies. - "First Courses": The "Tordelli alla Casolina" were sublime, as were the "Maltagliati with Scoppolato Cream" and the "Tagliatelle with Porcini Mushrooms," all dishes that delighted the palate with authentic and well-balanced flavors. - "Second Courses": Two "Beef Slices with Aromatic Herbs" and a "Beef Fillet with Porcini Mushroom Cap" confirmed the exceptional quality of the meats and the mastery of the kitchen. - "Desserts": To conclude, a tray of "chocolate bomboloncini" and a hot chocolate gelato left everyone speechless, young and old alike. The beverage pairing was perfect: two mineral waters, a soft drink, and a glass of red wine bottled especially for the restaurant perfectly complemented the dinner. Another detail that impressed everyone was the impeccable condition of the bathrooms: spotless and modern, a sign of obsessive attention to detail. In conclusion, an excellent evening in every way, with attentive service, sublime dishes, and a unique atmosphere. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a quality dining experience in a unique setting! We'll definitely be back. *P.S.: Also great for families—our two children had a great time and enjoyed their meal!*

20/05/2025: Perfect lunch spot for workers with little time to eat. The menu is not very extensive but it changes often to please regular customers. This is the second time I stop to eat and it is a good compromise for lunch. Excellent value for money

20/07/2025: Siamo andati con un gruppo di amici a mangiarci un panino, dopo un po di antipasti ed una bibita arrivano i panini a scaglioni quindi ognuno mangiava da solo. Dopo che ognuno ha mangiato il panino in solitaria (il pane sembrava del giorno prima e gli hamburger secchissimi) abbiamo chiesto il conto, 40 euro a persona per un po di fritti e d un panino

08/07/2025: El ambiente era muy tranquilo y relajante, las mesas estaban limpias y bien colocadas. El amable personal nos dio una cálida bienvenida y nos dio suficiente tiempo para elegir nuestra comida de la selección del menú. El servicio fue excelente y la comida sabrosa y bien presentada.

01/07/2025: Incredible. A bit more secluded so perfect for a quiet and delicious dinner. Also just a 20m away from the lively Piazza Della Perra for some after dinner drinks! I had some amazing lemon and rosemary beef, with a house red. It was so tasty! 10/10 would recommend.

19/03/2025: Hele goede pizzeria. Dat zou je niet zeggen als je er langs rijdt of als je naar binnen gaat. Niet iets wat als een pizzeria eruit ziet, maar de service is heel goed en de pizza's zijn heerlijk en ook nog eens goedkoop.
