The Gran Fritto Misi was neither grand nor particularly tasty; the pasta was just okay.

We discovered this restaurant on the first night of our stay on Elba Island and fell in love with it so much that we returned a second time... and we'll be back again before we leave. The experience was impeccable in every way. The staff is extremely professional, friendly, and helpful: we felt welcomed with kindness and attention from the first moment, qualities that truly make the difference today. The cuisine is simply exceptional. Each dish is carefully prepared, and the quality of the ingredients is immediately apparent. Special mention goes to the spaghetti with lobster ragù, which was undoubtedly one of the best dishes I've ever eaten: an unforgettable flavor. The location also deserves special mention. Dining outside, with the soft lights that come on at sunset, the sea just steps away, and a romantic atmosphere, makes for a truly magical evening. Inside, however, the view of the sea, boats, and even ducklings creates a relaxing and evocative atmosphere. Furthermore, despite the summer months, it's truly wonderful: a pleasant sea breeze blows outside, while inside, fans and the air coming in through the windows make the atmosphere cool and comfortable. Finally, one aspect I really appreciated is the value for money: the prices are absolutely in line with the quality of the food, the service, and the overall experience. It's one of those places that leaves a lasting impression, and I sincerely recommend it to anyone visiting Elba. Kudos to all the staff for the passion and professionalism you put into your work. We'll definitely be back!

Very friendly staff, very delicious spaghetti alle vongole

The tuna steak and spaghetti with clams were 5-star. The food was top-notch. The atmosphere was exactly what I was looking for: dining with my wife on the edge of the "barge" just steps from the water at Porto Azzurro Marina, surrounded by boats and the soft lights of the marina. The owner was truly friendly and kind in assigning us this unique table! I had a long wait for one course and told the owner, who gave me an explanation that satisfied me and helped me understand the real reasons for the delay. For this reason, I respect their work and can say I'll be back!

Our absolute favorite restaurant in all of Italy. A prime location right on the water in the heart of the harbor. Excellent food at reasonable prices. A traditional family-run business. Extremely lovely people with lots of heart and Italian charm. The fresh fish is especially recommended. We always come back! 🔝⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I dined here as a group in April 2026: the staff was unfriendly, the menu was pre-established but lacked any particularly tasty dishes, and I appreciated it. The service took very long even though the place wasn't particularly crowded.
