Good sandwich shop in Quarrata. Very good sandwiches. The staff is very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. Highly recommended. At least until four years ago, but now the quality has significantly declined and everything costs more. The onion rings used to be artisanal and out of this world; now they're frozen and less tasty. Los Pollos used to have better chicken, but now it's slightly worse. It's a shame. It's lost its appeal.

For the first time in YEARS I feel forced to retract my review... I returned to what was once a sandwich shop worthy of Man vs Food... Today instead I paid €30 for a sandwich menu and a beer.... Everything was delicious as always but the portion of chips was not even half of the original ones and the sandwich over the years has become smaller and smaller..... All accompanied by a red beer... I can't understand how much I paid but definitely €10 or more because the sandwich menu should have been €18.60. I also want to say that the sandwich I posted with the review no longer exists... it's just a distant memory like the portion of chips next to it.

Spectacular burgers, truly delicious!
The meat is high-quality and cooked to perfection, but the real highlight is the buns: soft, fragrant, and incredibly tasty, they really make the difference.
At Fame Chimica, you can taste the attention to detail and the passion for making burgers just right.
Highly recommended, I'll definitely be back!
