13/05/2025: I went to Pantanelli in Noto for lunch with my family on May 1st, on the occasion of Labor Day. The restaurant is easy to reach and has a large parking lot. The outdoor room, bright and welcoming, overlooks the splendid countryside of Noto, creating a relaxing and pleasant atmosphere. We chose the fish menu: everything very fresh and daily. The dishes are signed by chef Luca Veneziano, who offers traditional Sicilian cuisine combined with original combinations: a balance between tradition and innovation, between simplicity and sophistication, enhancing the freshest ingredients. In particular, we appreciated the maccheroncini with red mullet ragù, generously seasoned with abundant pieces of fish. To complete the lunch, the busiate with seafood and a fried calamari and prawn rings: light and crunchy! The service in the room was impeccable: efficient, friendly and always smiling staff. The quality/price ratio was also excellent, with costs appropriate to the context and the quality offered.

The quality of the ingredients appears average and the portions are generally satisfactory. The preparations follow classic recipes, proving correct but without surprising for originality or innovation. We found that some dishes were well executed, while others were less memorable. The service is courteous and attentive, with the staff proving available to handle customer requests. There are no excessive waits, and the management of the room is efficient. Prices are in line with the average of restaurants in the area, making 'A Putia a choice that won't break the bank. In short, 'A Putia is a solid option for an unpretentious meal in a traditional setting. It offers what you would expect from a typical trattoria, without excelling but still ensuring a pleasant experience without unpleasant surprises.

02/06/2025: The pasta was wonderful; great portion size, wonderful flavor. An excellent experience. We tried the pasta with pistachio sauce and the pasta with meat balls and both were perfect, the pomodoro sauce was wonderful and the bread and olive oil were super tasty.

Here you eat divinely: homemade starter, first course of ravioli with simple basil sauce, mixed grilled meat with sliced ​​rocket and parmesan, homemade dessert and coffee. There were three of us having lunch, but I really think I'll go back in the company of friends. The right choice for delicious and quick lunches in a welcoming and bright environment. Gli Hamburger di buona qualità con panino fresco e dal sapore artigianale. Peccato solo che non hanno disponibile birra alla spina. Tutto sommato abbiamo cenato bene e passato una piacevole serata!

02/05/2025: Wonderful stay at the Hotel Casale Milocca – Syracuse A very nice hotel with a relaxed atmosphere and a great pool. We enjoyed breakfast every morning in the beautiful garden - the breakfast was rich, with many Sicilian specialties. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. A clear recommendation for anyone looking for a relaxing holiday in pleasant surroundings!

20/05/2025: Authentic (fresh) Sicilian dishes. You choose in the display case what you want on your plate, after heating it up it is brought to your table. Very tasty and fun to taste everything this way. Staff is friendly and cozy, can also speak some English, but the difference between 40 and 14 is still a bit difficult for them 😉

03/01/2025: A top pizzeria service! Here we ate the best pizza in all of Sicily so far. The dough is perfect and a special taste experience! The calzone was also a delight. What we noticed immediately was that the location was exceptionally clean. The operators were very friendly without being intrusive. Thank you very much and keep it up.
