14/03/2026: Excellent seafood, and the waiter is professional and friendly. The peppered mussels and caponata with swordfish are highly recommended, but the pasta with sardines is amazing. If you're passing through Noto, it's definitely not to be missed.

25/03/2026: Went last month before leaving. The staff is professional and extremely friendly, and the quality of the pizzas is truly exceptional. The fried food platter is also excellent if you're with friends. The parking lot is huge, and you can even find parking for a semi-truck. I hope to return soon.

01/04/2026: A must-see, only they make pizzas with trout, all excellent.
18/03/2026: The location is nice in some areas, but the tastes aren't the same for everyone, some less so, but the food is decent. The main dish is trout, and there's always something for everyone, whether you love it or not.
I didn't mind.

07/02/2026: We spent a great afternoon here. Large area, huge umbrellas, comfortable beds, and the sea.....was fantastic! The water was crystal clear, the beach was fine sand and slowly sloping. Toilet, shower, changing room were perfectly fine, the staff was nice. Thank you again!

05/04/2026: The pizza was really good - our son is a bit picky with food/pizza but he destroyed their Margherita. The caponata was excellent - probably the best I've eaten. We also had some of their pasta and it was really good. Nice atmosphere in early April

21/09/2025: We stopped by our motorcycle and stayed one night at this agriturismo. We were pleasantly surprised by the tranquility, beauty, and silence of the place. This working farm boasts vineyards, olive groves, animals, a small restaurant, and rooms immersed in nature, just 3 km from the stunning Calamosche beach. The friendly and welcoming hosts offered an excellent breakfast, which we enjoyed while watching the workers work in the vineyards. In conclusion, if you want to unwind and enjoy excellent value while visiting the Val di Noto, this is the place for you. I recommend paying more attention to the rooms.

from the main entrance to Vendicari, passing by the birdwatching huts, we'll visit
the Tonnara, the Sveva Tower, Vendicari beach, and finally Calamosche beach.
And this is just one of the suggested itineraries!
08/04/2026: This nature reserve is stunning, with different ecosystems fitting together like. Park the car on the side of the road before the ticket booth. Then take the raised walkway over the reed-filled wetlands. Reach the brackish water lagoons dotted with hundreds of young flamingos. The pristine bay is backed by monumental sand dunes. The remains of the tonnara and the Swabian tower add a touch of history and nostalgia. The ecology museum helps you understand the diversity of life in this sprawling nature reserve.

22/02/2026: Simply fantastic: a truly excellent restaurant! The vegan selections are thoughtful and surprising, with a balance of flavors that demonstrates great attention to detail and creativity in the kitchen. Each dish is harmonious and well thought out.
The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, always smiling and ready to help: truly top-notch in every way.
A place to return to over and over again!

20/10/2025: The food was fantastic with traditional fried rice balls and fried ricotta cheese. The owner Paolo was very friendly. We had a great time dining at his famous little restaurant. BTW, the restaurant will be closed next week (the end of October) because he is going to pick lemons in his farm.
15/10/2025: Apparently didn’t have the greatest experience being solo but the management had my prior review removed. So much for free speech and expression, guess that no longer exists!

17/03/2026: A former convent transformed into a charming exposed-stone restaurant. The menu features quality fish and meat dishes, and the arancini served as an appetizer are excellent. The large, friendly staff is happy to offer helpful information and advice.

29/06/2025: This is a small location in the middle of nature!
Everything is very well cared for in the smallest details!
The structure is family-run and I have been frequenting it for many years; since 2025 the Datterino restaurant is no longer active but you can still eat excellent dishes cooked by Mrs. Ilaria.
Coming here is like coming home and if you expect a mass place then it is not the ideal place but if you expect a lot of kindness, love in doing things and a lot of tranquility then you are in the right place.
