13/05/2026: How wonderful! I've walked almost the entire route and can say that in those places, nature and history constantly go hand in hand. I think one of the secrets to fully enjoying it is to come in spring, when there are still few tourists. It's also very interesting for birdwatchers.

16/04/2026: We had the restaurant recommended to us so we gave it a try. It was disappointing on many fronts. The appetizer that was a sampling of items was poor in many respects, the most import of which was that it just was not the quality and the flavors that we’ve had from other similar dishes at other restaurants in the area. After the appetizer, my husband had a pasta with mixed shellfish, and I had a risotto dish with shrimp. That course was fine, but nothing remarkable. The staff was attentive, they spoke some English, however, were dressed like they came from a casual outing with friends. It was acceptable for our quick casual dinner, but not a place we would return to.

10/09/2025: We stumbled upon this restaurant for lunch. It's a beautiful location, literally on the seafront. The dishes, however, aren't particularly exciting. The cherry tomato, eggplant, and swordfish starter was good.

19/04/2026: In the small village of Cassibile, this historic pizzeria and restaurant is a true gem. It's lovingly managed and maintained by the owners, who have tastefully and charmingly decorated both the atmosphere and the food. Among the many pizzerias and entertainment venues in the village, Paper Moon is definitely worth a visit for an unforgettable evening that will leave you wanting more. Highly recommended.

05/04/2026: I don't know this pastry shop personally, but some relatives brought me a tray... beautiful to look at but disgusting to eat. A concentrate of sugar with no other flavor. I think you can easily find much better in Sicily!

05/05/2026: The pizzoli are excellent, both sweet and savory, and the pizza is excellent with well-leavened dough.

13/04/2026: A disappointing experience. I (alas) tried a "gourmet" option with porchetta, provola, aged cheese flakes, and wasabi mayonnaise, trusting in the pizza chef's good taste: a huge mistake. The sauce was so strong and unbalanced that it made everything rise to the nose, obliterating every other flavor. But even worse is the value for money: paying 17 euros for a pizzolo where the topping is an invisible "veil" of porchetta and cheese is excessive. For practically the same price, you can eat three Margherita pizzas and truly feel full, instead of chewing on dry bread and spicy sauce. Pizzolo was born as a rich and popular dish; to pass it off as gourmet only in price, while eliminating the substance, makes no sense. A waste of money and a ruined palate. Never again.

05/05/2026: It's very serious that a restaurant in the center doesn't accept American Express, the pasta was overcooked and we had lunch next to a whining child (the son of the waiter in the dining room) who ate while listening to cartoon songs blasted from his mother's phone... I felt embarrassed for them😅 More than a restaurant, I'd say it's a low-level inn...
