If you enjoy savory flavors, ask about the excellent house red wine.
The owners are incredibly kind and the atmosphere is homey.
The walls are decorated with photos and posters from a bygone era.
17/10/2025: Hasta Siempre serves good, down-to-earth food. They also offer a comprehensive menu with vegetarian and vegan dishes. The ambiance is unique, and we enjoyed our visit twice.

18/11/2025: Good Mexican-style food, but without the overly spicy chili peppers. Good beers, a pub atmosphere with wooden tables and a rustic but well-maintained setting. Friendly and efficient staff. It's popular but not overly crowded (though reservations are recommended). We've been coming back for a while.

26/11/2025: In the off-season, the toilets and showers are somewhat neglected. The food and wine weren't quite to our taste. In the summer, and on certain days, entire busloads of tourists are served.

The food, the staff, the price, and the location.
20/10/2025: Nice restaurant. The food consisted almost exclusively of mushrooms; unfortunately, there was no fish at all, and the appetizers all consisted of a selection of cold cuts (cheese and sausage). The service wasn't very attentive either; I would have liked another glass of wine. The food was okay, with plenty of butter.

08/12/2025: Found it on a recommendation from some guys I met by chance. Excellent experience, homemade and fresh food. Watch out for the waiter Giuseppe, who, if you don't stop him, will never stop bringing you dishes, which you'll end up eating anyway because they're excellent. Thanks.

The premises are lovely, the staff is very attentive and great with children, and they readily accommodated our special requests (vegetarian). Contrary to other reviews, we received more than generous portions. The food was delicious and we had a wonderful evening! Thank you so much :) We'll definitely be back!
13/04/2025: Primo piatto con porzioni minime. 15€. Crocchette di pollo dure, Hamburger piccoli e molto bruciati, neri, 15€. La cuoca ha insistito che era normale che si bruciano. 2,50€ il coperto. Nel complesso locale da evitare.

I am well aware that you are not a coffee shop, and at 2:30 pm I wasn’t asking for a cappuccino, but for a toast. Anyway — it would be helpful to mention on your website that you don’t take orders half an hour before closing time

Incredible selection of ingredients.
Very friendly and welcoming staff.
A good choice for lunch.
