25/06/2025: We went to Olio on a recommendation and were not disappointed! The setting is beautiful, the staff are very attentive and friendly, and they even accommodated our special requests (vegetarian) without hesitation. Contrary to other reviews, our portions were more than adequate. The food was delicious, and we had a lovely evening! Thank you very much :) We'll be back!

13/04/2025: Primo piatto con porzioni minime. 15€. Crocchette di pollo dure, Hamburger piccoli e molto bruciati, neri, 15€. La cuoca ha insistito che era normale che si bruciano. 2,50€ il coperto. Nel complesso locale da evitare.

06/09/2025: We could have had a great evening! The setting is pleasant with a sea view, and the tables are well-arranged on a comfortable terrace. The service? We felt like we were intruding from the aperitif to dessert. So, the language barrier, fine. But not a word during the entire meal. Not a smile; we felt uncomfortable. It's a shame. We won't be going back, despite the meal being quite good.

13/08/2025: I celebrated my birthday at this venue. The service and food were excellent. The location was wonderful, and the staff were kind and courteous. It was a wonderful evening. The entertainer was excellent. The only flaw was the DJ, who didn't follow my previously communicated musical tastes.

18/07/2025: I celebrated my daughter's 18th birthday. The location was beautiful, the staff were friendly and professional, the food was excellent, and everything was taken care of down to the smallest detail. Thanks to all the staff, it was a wonderful evening.

06/09/2025: Fantastic café for a hearty breakfast at a great price. My only complaint goes to the guy who served us croissants: in the three days I was there, he was always rude, not even smiling, saying hello, or returning a good morning. The guys who made my coffee or the one at the cash register were always smiling and polite.

01/10/2025: A pleasant surprise! We stopped by by chance, on the way down from Etna, and had a wonderful meal. The service was warm and friendly. They explained the menu to us in detail. They use local and seasonal produce. The food is excellent. Highly recommended.

30/09/2025: Arriving at 10:00 PM, we were immediately given a covered table outside in a beautiful, well-maintained location (not very crowded on a Tuesday night). We ordered and were served promptly and courteously. The food was good, and the dishes on the menu were unique. The cocktails were delicious, and the bartender was happy to vary the ingredients! The waitress's kindness made all the difference!

12/09/2025: We ate in this restaurant on a Thursday evening... Super good, fine, gourmet cuisine, the owner is adorable, passionate about his job as a restaurateur and cook. He made it a point of honor to make us eat good things... We went back there this evening, we did not see the owner. While last night we had announced our arrival the next day, it was only possible to have a small table for four outside, we suggested having the same table as the day before, impossible... We asked to eat inside, impossible. We chose to leave the establishment. The staff jumped out and told us that they were seeing what could be done. But too late, very disappointed our decision was made... We went to eat elsewhere. This is the reason for removing a star on the service. But again thank you to the owner for the welcome the day before, it was a great evening.

Each dish is a small work of art, meticulously crafted and perfectly balanced between tradition and creativity. The quality of the ingredients is evident from the first bite, and the menu reflects a profound passion for cooking.

20/09/2025: One of the best ricotta di pecora cannolo in Sicilia. I love this place, every time I come through Catania I make sure to come here, buonissimo!

10/08/2025: Excellent food and delicious pizza. The restaurant's atmosphere is also lovely. The decor is elegant and the atmosphere is very welcoming. It's a great place to relax and enjoy a meal. I'll definitely be back with friends.

13/10/2025: Nice place, good wines, but unfortunately, disappointing service. An hour and a half for a pasta dish. Napkins weren't on the table; you pointed out the lack of napkins, and they repeatedly turned a deaf ear. Bread or breadsticks weren't even present during service. They brought us mushroom parpadelle, but there wasn't much of any mushrooms visible, and to make matters worse, I had to ask for grated cheese when it should have already been on the table. When we paid, we explained everything, and they didn't even have the nerve to apologize; in fact, they almost tried again because we hadn't booked in advance and therefore shouldn't have expected the same service as everyone else... Disappointing

28/09/2025: We stayed at this hotel as a group to celebrate our 50th birthday. Beautiful. The hotel is strategically located between Taormina and Catania. Wonderful sea. Superb service. Excellent food. Patrizia, the head waiter, is super kind. A special thanks to her for doing everything she could to accommodate us. Bar. Disco. Pool. Super top!

20/09/2025: The hotel is somewhat old in terms of facilities, and the catering is small and the dishes are limited. The most notable feature is the spectacular beach.
