14/09/2025: They tell me she makes excellent bread. I have no reason to doubt it, since she makes the best biscuits in all of eastern Sicily. I've brought them to friends all over Italy, and they've always made a great impression.

03/09/2025: For many years, I've been making the trek up to Milo to buy the various delicious biscuits this bakery offers! It's reminiscent of an old-fashioned shop...and it's truly impossible to resist the delicious shortcrust pastry.

21/02/2026: I ordered a plate of orecchiette with pistachio, burrata, and space... the pasta with the worst stock cube of my life.

04/09/2025: It's a place I've been frequenting occasionally for a while now, and I just returned a few days ago. What can I say? Giovanni's pizza is always exceptional: exquisite, crispy, and flavorful, made with top-quality ingredients that you can taste from the first bite. I had a Margherita with buffalo mozzarella and pesto (I don't remember the name), and my husband had a Vescovo (the star shape is unique). To finish, the sweet bites with Nutella and pistachio cream: a delight for the palate 😋 Recommend.

05/04/2026: A great experience at this restaurant and pizzeria! The pizza is truly delicious, with a light crust and fresh, quality ingredients. The atmosphere is welcoming and pleasant, perfect for a relaxing evening. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the service is quite fast. The prices are reasonable for what you get. We'll definitely be back!

16/05/2026: Neighborhood trattoria specializing in roast horse meat. The meatballs are delicious, very large at €2 each. The first courses are very generous. The salad alla norma is very good and generous at €3.50. Very good prices, fast service.

10/02/2026: In my desperate search for truly good coffee, this was the holy grail. The best mother-daughter duo, incredibly friendly, the best apple pie, and simply a real go-to everyday coffee spot with soul.

10/06/2026: The food was good (we tried the mixed cooked antipasto) and two types of pasta of the day. The only thing we didn't like was the octopus salad. The problem with the place, in my opinion, is the location, which could be improved both aesthetically and, especially, in terms of soundproofing. Having gone on a very busy day, I can understand the stress of the waiters, but having to wait 30 minutes and asking for the bill four times at the table is simply out of the question. Unfortunately, the bathroom only had one working sink, and there was a line to wash our hands.

24/05/2026: The food is good, I have to admit! The fish is fresh and delicious. It's a shame, however, that they don't offer a good alternative for those with specific allergies, gluten intolerance, or lactose intolerance. At a banquet where the daily menu is the same for everyone, you're forced to eat less than those who don't have these conditions. You stand there waiting for something you can eat while everyone else has devoured undoubtedly delicious dishes, because their answer is... this is what comes out of the kitchen and it's the same for everyone! So, my poor unfortunate soul, if you want to eat at this place, bring your own food because you won't eat it all! Not even dessert! Because they can't help you with that. Unfortunately, it was a banquet, and I couldn't help myself and choose another place more suited to my needs, but I think it's not a bad idea to try to adapt to what is increasingly common. It wasn't nice to see others eating and feeling inadequate! In the end, I got a risotto when everyone else had already finished dinner, and I was just getting started... But at least it was good!

14/05/2026: I walked into this restaurant for the first time, and it was immediately a positive experience. It's a beautiful location, modern yet simple, clean, and meticulously maintained, with outdoor seating just steps from Playa beach. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. What struck me most was the owner's humility when describing her restaurant during the phone call to book a table. The food was exquisite, with generous first and second courses and side dishes, nothing to complain about. My compliments to the chef: XXL spaghetti with clams😋, dry and crispy fried calamari rings, and grilled fish (fresh), house wine, but also bottled wine upon request. The prices were truly fair, with complimentary coffee and a small discount. I forgot: the wait times for the dishes were short, thanks also to the waiters. 👌🏻😉 What can I say? I'm very satisfied. Well done. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

08/05/2026: I celebrated my son Nicolò's 5th birthday on April 30th at the beautiful "Spazio Eventi Gioia" location, and I entrusted myself to Mr. Filippo and the entire catering staff. I personally thank you both for the delicious hot food for the children's party and for the excellent service provided by your entire team in the evening. I thank Mr. Filippo again for his attention to detail, courtesy, and helpfulness, which met our requests with great professionalism.

The place is welcoming, well-kept, and ideal for an evening with friends. A strong point is definitely the staff: friendly, helpful, and always attentive to customer needs. The service is quick and the atmosphere is pleasant. Recommended for those looking for good pizza and a welcoming, family atmosphere.
