Just right for university students away from home.. We went on a Thursday to test an alternative to the much more established Roman alternative in the city. Location poorly maintained and in a state of abandonment. Small, dark and noisy room. My cacio e pepe tasted like pasta with cheese. The cheese cream was too liquid and the linguine (I would have preferred the traditional bucatini) was overcooked. Pepe not received! Terrible drinks management with the absence of bottled mineral water. You are forced to drink microfiltered tap water without taste and without any guarantee regarding the frequency of changing the filters. The staff is courteous, quick and present. I would say that, to taste the typical dishes of Roman cuisine, in Catania there are places where "se Magna mejo"!

Staff and owners friendly and attentive to customers. Warm and relaxing environment. Delicious food, well seasoned and plentiful. Super recommended.

Location not distracting, I found the room well divided and above all tidy and clean... I found quality in the raw materials... they don't use a high class kitchen... but understandable and very good. I really liked the staff who often went around the tables to inspect and check if everything was going well and if the diners needed anything. I was in the company of friends, and the evening went great because we ate very well and we felt pampered. Ps. The battered cod is the bomb

The best carbonara I ever had. Very delicious food. Atmosphere and service was perfect. Recommended to visit if you want worthy food in a nice atmosphere.

Purtroppo a malincuore non ho mangiato per niente bene ,mi avevano parlato davvero bene di questo posto,vado nel giorno dove la pasta era scontata ma questo non vuol dire che il cibo non debba essere di qualità. Pasta scotta e a grumi (gricia) Antipasti con polpette salse di accompagnamento buone ma polpette secche stra fritte . Tornerò per rivalutare il tutto magari un giorno dove ci sia più calma e che il menù non sia scontato.

04/02/2024: Cibo di alta qualità. Si può sentire ogni singolo sapore artigianale e locale. Il menù prevede diverse scelte e ci sono anche i pasti del giorno. Staff unico e perfetto. Il locale è davvero particolare con dettagli davvero interessanti! Ovviamente tutte le bevande davvero eccellenti e ancora una volta si sente proprio il gusto della genuinità dei prodotti.

24/03/2024: Found by chance, excellent and fresh food, family run with a very nice owner. Absolutely recommended PS try the fried blood orange!
12/03/2024: A real farmhouse that cooks simple things, almost all the dishes brought to us were from their company, a good rustic appetizer, two first and second courses of pork and lamb which are their animals, and finally dessert and coffee. Unfortunately I didn't find their porchetta which they say is exceptional but I will definitely come back to try it. From the restaurant you can enjoy an excellent panoramic view and there are open spaces for children to play although I would recommend the owner to put in some small mobiles such as a swing. Excellent value for money, the complete meal from starter to dessert is 30 euros And above all, a lot of kindness and abundant dishes PS I advise those coming from Catania to take the Catenanuova exit even if the navigator doesn't say so because there are works in progress at the Agira exit
