27/10/2025: I can't understand how anyone can consider pizza good. ...3 pizzas arrived completely burnt, remade twice ... and even with prices higher than average ... I paid out of courtesy but I threw away €28, pizzas ended up in the garbage ... I wouldn't go back there even if I were tied ... even the sarcasm of the waiter who preferred it like this ... crunchy ... that is, charred and even with the sauce black underneath ... meh!!!! ... when a customer orders specifying a pizza not burned underneath, it does not refer to the cooking but to the fact that attention is paid to cleaning the oven with a simple pass of the broom to remove the residues of burnt flour ... I like a well-cooked pizza, crispy but underneath it must be golden and not full of burns due to poor management of the oven ... In fact, lastly I received a pizza undercooked ... mine is meant to be a constructive criticism, to give you the opportunity to improve ... have a good day.... I returned a month ago for a birthday and I must say that I finally found a very good pizza with excellent ingredients and, finally, with a cooking Impeccable...well done, and congratulations again! Sometimes listening to criticism constructively always leads to improved service...pizza cooked perfectly and wonderfully golden underneath...perfect...we'll gladly return... This has been a long-time favorite place for excellent pizza...October 26, 2025, 10:00 PM...full but not crowded, we immediately got a table for two, and in less than 20 minutes, two wonderful pizzas arrived...perfectly golden, dry, and crispy...excellent ingredients...an excellent wine served by the glass, opened in front of us by a very kind waiter...once again, completely satisfied...congratulations

09/11/2025: I can only say that the food is good, the quality is good, and the staff are quick despite the crowds. The setting is outside, there's no luxury; it's obviously street food, but it's very characteristic in the center of Catania. I'll be back because the rolls were spectacular.

25/10/2025: Located near the fish market, right in the center of Catania, this restaurant is popular with both tourists and locals. The dishes are generous and flavorful, and the prices are average for Catania. The pasta with pistachio pesto is delicious, and the service is attentive and fast. Special mention goes to the bald waiter who was able to recommend the restaurant and dishes to us while his colleagues at other restaurants were still trying to decide what to do. Recommended if you're in Catania.

26/08/2025: I visited Caseificio Fontanapietra and I must say it was an exceptional experience. I had the opportunity to taste several products, and honestly, they were all top-notch. All the cheeses I tried were delicious; you can really taste the care and passion they put into their production. They have an authentic, genuine flavor that's hard to find elsewhere. However, there's one product that particularly struck me and deserves a special mention: their ricotta. It's truly spectacular. Soft, velvety, and with a delicate yet intense flavor. It's not your average ricotta, but something that truly leaves you speechless. ​If you're a cheese lover and are in the area, I absolutely recommend stopping by Caseificio Fontanapietra. It's worth it just to try their ricotta. You won't regret it!

19/10/2025: I organized my husband's surprise birthday. The venue was meticulously designed, and with the help of the super professional Stefania, anything could be accomplished. The food was excellent, and all the staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

01/10/2025: High-quality pizzas, light Neapolitan-style dough. We even ordered (for an extra euro) the Giarratana onion sauce to enjoy on the sides of the pizza. A wide variety of pizzas, from the most topped to the simplest, and they also have an excellent local craft beer. We'll definitely be back.

09/12/2025: We stayed at the Podere dell'Etna Segreta for the Immaculate Conception weekend, and I must say it was a wonderful experience. The rooms were spotless and beautifully designed; we would have liked to explore more of the estate itself, surrounded by greenery, but unfortunately the weather didn't allow it. The dinner was magnificent, with refined gourmet dishes, accompanied by professional and punctual service. We will most likely return in the summer, so we can relive it all and enjoy the pool.

09/10/2025: We stayed at Podere dell'Etna Segreta for one night. Wonderful place! Perfect for those seeking tranquility, nature, and beauty. Excellent service, friendliness, and cleanliness. I recommend it!

26/10/2025: Excellent breakfast: very good hot drinks, fresh, sweet, and quality pastries. Friendly, helpful staff. Outdoor seating is also available. Recommended.

15/08/2025: Located in Piazza Umberto (now Piazza Majorana), this bar offers a good selection of homemade food (breakfast, hot food, first and second courses). The atmosphere is family-friendly, the staff friendly, and the prices are excellent.

06/12/2025: A day trip from Bologna. After visiting the historic center (wonderful), we stumbled upon this restaurant by chance. Aperitivo in the lovely lounge bar, delicious and attentive staff, and an owner who engages you and makes you feel at home. It would be a shame not to try it... Top-quality seafood. Excellent wine. Highly recommended. We'll definitely be back!
