19/12/2024: Vengo spesso , avrebbe bisogno di una ristrutturazione ma è accogliente. Puoi. Chiacchierare come se fossi s casa tua. Il menù ha pochi piatti, tutti tipici e “antichi”. In genere ho mangiato, ma questo piatto completo era pasticciato, parmigiana e caponata troppo “unte”.

20/10/2024: It is a magical place. Very quiet and well maintained. The hotel is very well located for a trip to the south side of Mount Etna. The beds are good. And the dinner in the hotel is really fantastic. (A little more expensive but appropriate for the service and quality) There is a pool table and lots of great places to sit and relax. The pool was still open but of course no longer warm (stay in October). You can take a short walk in the adjacent chestnut forest. The hotel owner is very friendly and gives great tips. For us, the best stay in Sicily. Highly recommended.

26/03/2025: Nella zona periferica del bel paese di Nicolosi, si trova questa straordinaria macelleria. Il bel locale si trova all'interno di una moderna costruzione, preceduta da un ampio piazzale e da un portico. Essa è molto grande, curata e pulita, gestita magistralmente dalla famiglia Paone, dal proprietario Nino con moglie e figli. Enormi banconi espongono tantissimi tipi di carne, vari tagli e preparati, salumi, mentre in un altro sono presenti prodotti di gastronomia da asporto o da consumare in loco; naturalmente si possono trovare tanti prodotti alimentari confezionati, tutti di grande qualità. Noi siamo assidui clienti quando ci troviamo in Sicilia e consigliati da Nino, acquistiamo di tutto, anche da portare a casa alla fine del nostro soggiorno. Che dire, tutto straordinario, prodotti di alta qualità, tagli e preparati di carne magistralmente confezionati dalle sapienti mani della famiglia Paone!!! Siamo sempre rimasti soddisfattissimi!!! Servizio, gentilezza e professionalità impeccabili e rapporto qualità/prezzo più che ottimo!! Grazie!!! Sicuramente una macelleria super consigliata, un'esperienza da ripetere assolutamente!!!

16/03/2025: Niente di che. Locale molto carino e proprietari gentilissimi, cibo di qualità adeguata, ma di gusto mediocre. Tutto poco saporito. Abbiamo ordinato Hamburger e bruschette. La salsa agropiccante su tutto. Ci vorrebbe maggiore studio sui sapori e sugli abbinamenti. Alla fine della cena mi sono accorta che il piatto di mio padre era sbeccato. Non va bene.

07/12/2024: It is a macrobiotic emporium and refreshment, a space where you will find natural foods and products. There is also ample space on the veranda where you can enjoy excellent dishes in peace. I recommend the medium dish, I also tried the light pizza, it's really excellent. The hazelnut cream cake is delicious. All excellent congratulations. Excellent service, street parking near the restaurant.

29/12/2024: Very nice hosts, very good breakfast. Nice room with sea view. Very clean and modern. Exceptional Christmas dinner. Highly recommended! Ideal for trips to Etna and Taormina. Great view from the restaurant too. Parking lot on site guarded.

02/02/2025: If you are looking for a welcoming location in the Etna villages where you can enjoy an excellent aperitif, a good wine or refined cocktails, this is the perfect place. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, the staff friendly and the food high quality. We highly recommend the focaccias - we tasted several on multiple visits (3 or 4 times) and were thrilled each time. A great choice for any occasion. Absolutely recommended!

14/12/2024: Serata con amici, locale piccolo ma carino. Peccato che ci hanno fatto accomodare in un tavolo vicino la stanza “fumatori” e quindi la puzza di fumo ad ogni apertura della porta entrava tutt’a dentro. Personale accogliente e mangiare buono, forse un po’ caro per quello che abbiamo mangiato.

04/04/2025: Excellent pizzeria, restaurant on the outskirts of Nicolosi, good quality of ingredients, efficient and very kind staff in the dining room, normal prices also because they have a fairly extensive menu and with prices that satisfy any budget. It is definitely recommended, congratulations!!!!

26/03/2025: Good price/quality! Good food for little money. Very extensive pizza menu, but also enough other choices. Not the most cozy place, but does not detract from the delicious food.

09/02/2025: I found myself passing through this bar and it was the first time I had been there, we ordered 2 granitas, let's start from the beginning that the waitress arrived at the table and didn't even say hello and while we were ordering she turned away very rudely, almost annoyed by our presence and we noticed that in the nearby tables she spoke kindly and friendly, certainly because they were regular customers or friends. When she served me at the table I even thanked her more than once but no response. Reception equal to 0 and even if we wanted to return because the granita was good we would never set foot inside again. There are other places with more polite and kind staff 😉 I strongly advise against it.

16/03/2025: So tasty dishes but the thing I didn't like was the service because they made me wait 30 minutes for a plate of pasta with tomato sauce. I liked the location a lot

18/02/2025: Ottima cena a base di pesce. Personale molto cordiale e disponibile. Si può mangiare degli ottimi crudi e anche caldi. Consigliati anche i primi, molto buoni. Per quanto riguarda il rapporto qualità/prezzo davvero buono. Consigliato

19/01/2025: Service déplorable. Les serveurs sont nonchalants et pas sympathique. Ils ne prennent pas le temps et préfèrent aller fumer des cigarettes sur la terrasse. Après avoir terminé le plat principal on nous ne propose pas de dessert ni de café.
