But at this point, a shout-out to the team, who were friendly and helpful, and so generous in helping an animal in need without any fuss or red tape. Hats off to such human greatness. 24/10/2025: A high-end pizzeria that won't disappoint those willing to spend a little more. Thin, easily digestible dough, excellent toppings (the mozzarella, mushrooms, and passata were all good, but it's a shame about the prosciutto, which was decidedly too salty). I didn't drink wine (never with pizza), but the wine list is extensive and varied. The dessert menu was presented without prices (and then a bit steep on the bill), and ultimately, the finish couldn't compare to the excellent pizzas that preceded them (I've had better almond parfaits, and the Sicilian treasure chest was a scoop of almond gelato with a faint hint of pistachio and practically no orange). Enchanting location, excellent service. The overall rating I see now (4.2) is also what I would give if I could give decimals. It wasn't my first visit, and I'll definitely be back.

19/10/2025: They weren’t really open, but they invited us in to eat pizzas… oh and what a pizza it was!!! This may be is one of the best pizzas we’ve had, ever! The crust is perfect! We had the Genovese, Contadina… fun to switch between the two pizzas. The pesto was on point, and the tomato sauce on the Contadina was amazing! We ate too much and HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

10/10/2025: 🍃 Let's start with the location, which is truly charming. Access is from the busy main road, but thanks to the wide avenue that leads into a wonderful courtyard, you forget the hassle and hustle of the street. The place is very large, and I've seen it host many events, which unfortunately I haven't had the chance to attend. 🍔Spectacular food, never ordinary, and you can really taste the quality of the ingredients. Wide variety and excellent prices (and fast service). 🍸Signature cocktails worth trying, well-balanced and unique. 🫂All the staff were incredibly kind and helpful, the owner is a wonderful and very nice person. My only regret is that I live on the other side of Italy, otherwise this would definitely be my go-to bar/restaurant! I sincerely wish them much happiness and success. You can see they put their heart into it, and I know it's not always easy! PS: I wanted to add some photos to this review, but we devoured the whole thing before we even got around to taking any photos.

13/08/2025: Spectacular granita, €2 each. One of the best mulberry granitas I've ever had in all of Sicily! If you order it to go, you can enjoy it while strolling through the beautiful park across the street.

05/10/2025: Excellent seafood lunch. Appetizers: Fresh marinated fish Main courses: Grilled swordfish and grilled squid accompanied by a tomato and corn salad and a green salad. A small note about the latter: serve the fresh one, not the pre-packaged one. Overall, we ate really well; the lemon cake and lemon sorbet were also excellent. We will definitely be back.

07/10/2025: A special thank you to Etna Palace for allowing us to celebrate our wedding. A fabulous location with a large park that hosts a beautiful buffet/cake cutting area, full of fountains, and a large swimming pool that completes the setting, with majestic Mount Etna as a backdrop. Inside, the venue features a very large, elegant hall. The very welcoming and competent staff were eager to accommodate our needs, ensuring a reception with attention to every detail. The menu was extensive, and the cuisine was excellent and carefully prepared! Our experience was very positive, and we'll definitely be back!

07/09/2025: We chose the Etna Palace restaurant on the recommendation of family friends, who have hosted many events there. From the start, we found the atmosphere to be very friendly and welcoming, ready to assist us with any questions or concerns we had. With the advice of chef and owner Carmelo, we created a delicious and sophisticated menu, and all our guests raved not only about the cuisine offered but also about the decor of the room and the care they took to accommodate our requests. We will definitely return to host our events there. And we will continue to recommend it to anyone looking for a place where they make you feel at home and not like an object. 06/10/2025: Delicious pizza! Light and easily digestible dough, super fresh ingredients. Pizzas for all tastes, and best of all, at reasonable prices. Also worth trying are the mixed fried fish... although you'll have a hard time finishing the pizza afterwards! If I had to find a flaw... the packaged desserts aren't great, but you're going for the pizza, not the desserts!
