29/05/2026: Visited for an aperitif and to buy pastries to take home. The staff was friendly and helpful. Everything was good. Honorable mention for the almond pastries: enormous, not sugary, with well-blended flavors; there's a lot of experience behind them. The only downside was the
cars and motorcycles whizzing by at incredible speeds, making a deafening noise.

19/05/2026: 5 stars in every category! Excellent, creative, and incredibly ingenious cuisine with an inviting interior, superb service, and the best food in Nicolosia. The taste was simply WOW. Unfortunately, you were closed on Monday, otherwise I would have come back.

A very quaint place.
Excellent meat and pizza, good service, generous portions, and fair prices.
We spent time chatting with the owner (I think), who was very kind and helpful.
I went two nights in a row (why change if you're happy with it) and in the end, the real question is: would I go back?
Absolutely.
27/04/2026: We were welcomed even though the place was very full with great courtesy, we ordered some bruschetta that was nothing short of exquisite and not to mention the pizza, truly excellent in everything from the dough to the toppings. Characteristic Sicilian-style atmosphere, I was truly satisfied, I will return again.

07/06/2026: It was a wonderful experience, both in terms of the atmosphere, the staff's expertise in recommending and explaining the types of meat, and on a human level. We felt truly pampered. We were coming from Palermo and we're convinced that Nicolosi is fortunate to have such a place. We'll definitely be back. Everything was excellent and taken care of down to the smallest detail. We were very satisfied.

The meat, of the highest quality, was tender, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. The staff stood out for their professionalism, kindness, and meticulous attention to detail, making the experience even more enjoyable. A well-kept and welcoming place, ideal for those who love to eat well and feel pampered. Highly recommended!

The only negative was the wait, which was a bit long, but it was Saturday night, so I imagine too many orders at once.

14/06/2026: First time at this pizzeria... we were looking for a gluten-free pizzeria so we booked, nice atmosphere, friendly and very knowledgeable staff about celiac disease and intolerances in general. The gluten-free pizza was delicious. We had vegan cheese (rice) added. The pizza with kamut and grain dough was also good, the roast was amazing. We will definitely be back. The wait times for the dishes are a bit long.

Tonight, on the recommendation of friends, I went to this place with my dad and I have to say I really enjoyed it... welcoming, well-maintained, clean, and with a family atmosphere... the pizza was truly excellent, among the best I've ever had, crispy dough, top-quality ingredients. The service was also quick and very attentive and helpful... ample parking... I will definitely return to this place because I was super satisfied... also, a truly unique gem was the wonderful scent of night-blooming jasmine that makes everything even more pleasant... even the entire garden area was cared for down to the smallest detail... My heartfelt compliments for everything 😊

He provided us with valuable information on where to go to safely complete our Etna excursion. Due to heavy snow, we weren't able to get to the restaurant, but we'll definitely be back as soon as we can!

27/05/2026: Hi, let me start by saying I'm not an expert on Italian cuisine. I'm just a regular tourist from Poland. This is where I met a fantastic chef who takes a personal interest in every customer. He runs the place brilliantly, and the food is delicious!!! Do you remember the taste of bread from the bakery in the '90s? You'll find it here ♥️ ... The price is really decent, but please don't expect fast service, because the chef is the boss, in everything! Which, in fact, gives this place a touch of class and flavor 👅

01/06/2026: Without question the best cornetto and cappuccino I've had in Nicolosi, and we've lived here for over a year and have tried them all. A flaky crust with a warm center, a wide variety offered but the marmellata is to die for. They have many food and beverage choices, indoor/outdoor seating, and even a tabacchi counter. A friendly staff with a welcoming spirit makes it our go-to spot for morning walks and colazione.
