07/03/2025: The dough is a cloud....light, easily digestible, really good. The pizza with mortadella is truly a fairy tale, good with the right amount of ingredients, you can taste them all. Nice place and friendly staff available to customers. If there are too many people you can have a bit of a wait and another thing is that the margherita was a little raw. The fresh potato sticks are spectacular. I will return to try more

27/02/2025: First time in this place, we will definitely be back. Excellent pizza with a choice of different doughs, wide choice, from classic to gourmet pizzas. Prices slightly higher than normal but it's all based on the quality they serve. The guys who give advice on what to take are good, helpful and kind. Highly recommended!

20/02/2025: Passing through Grottaglie, we had lunch in this Osteria located in the heart of the historic center. Very nice and welcoming place. Friendly staff who welcomed us, even though we hadn't booked (better to book). Typical local dishes I would say are amazing. A good glass of primitive wine and a really good Amaro laurel distillate. We will definitely be back to enjoy other dishes cooked the old fashioned way. Adequate price.

12/02/2025: Per caso abbiamo trovato questo bel locale nel Centro Storico di Martina Franca, e ci siamo trovati benissimo. Fortunati a trovare posto per il pranzo della Domenica . Abbiamo mangiato solo un abbondante arrosto misto con la tipica patata alle ceneri e insalata. Buon vino rosso, personale gentile e simpaticissimo il sig. Pasquale per la sua cortesia . Ottimo il rapporto qualità – prezzo: La prossima volta prenderemo il menù fisso di €30.00 che propone il locale ,che comprende un ottimo/abbondante antipasto, un primo, un secondo di arrosto misto squisito con contorno .Complimenti a tutto lo staff., A presto JohnR

09/02/2025: Clean and well-maintained location. Friendly and courteous owner. Fast and professional service. Good and well valued raw materials. A discordant note, right quality/price ratio except for the starter, which I hope was a mistake, but €24 for cold cuts, vegetables and 4 hot courses seems a little excessive to me. I understand the quality but if we compare it to other higher level restaurants, it seems excessive. Overall good, but next time I would avoid the starter. I recommend if you want to try it, 1 is enough for 2 people, maybe it's fairer that way. To return.

01/03/2025: Delicious food! Very friendly staff and the restaurant is nice, attractive and modernly decorated. It won't be the cheapest restaurant in town. But for 21 euros per person we had a delicious and extensive lunch.

22/02/2025: very nice and welcoming place and delicious food, we ordered the trio of croquettes, sweet potatoes, paccheri fabulà and the Nonna Dina sandwich and it was all delicious. The sweet ending was also fantastic. The bill is very fair for what we got, we will definitely be back

23/02/2025: We went today Sunday 23 February for lunch, a place recommended by friends, we were happy, both for the accurate and fast service, and for the delicacies of the food that the fixed menu offers, truly the best of life. Recommendation to try.

14/02/2025: Siamo andati a festeggiare di coppia per la cena di San Valentino, abbiamo visto il menù con dei piatti molto accattivanti e abbiamo deciso di prenotare con largo anticipo, consapevoli che qui i tavoli vengono prenotati subito. Dall’antipasto al dolce tutto veramente molto abbondante, con le stesse portate avrebbero mangiato in 4 persone! Oltre che al prezzo economico! Cibo cucinato in modo bello casereccio come piace a noi, sapori di tradizione pugliese, cucinati in famiglia! Personale gentilissimo, accogliente e super attento alle esigenze. Che dire se vuoi trovare tradizione culinaria e abbondanza in un angolo della bellissima Grottaglie, con un aria di Casa, ti consiglio di venire a mangiare all’Nchianata.

08/12/2024: We had lunch today on the occasion of the Feast of the Immaculate Conception with friends, we were really happy. Very welcoming place, cleanliness at its best, service top notch, very delicious food, compliments to the chef who owns the place. Good value for money, we will definitely be back.

06/02/2025: A restaurant with a complete food and wine offer and very refined in the choice of dishes and wine list. Competent staff, from the kitchen team to the service. Highly recommended.

02/02/2025: We were 3 people for dinner Sitting at a small square table where movement was difficult and space for dishes on the tetris-like table.... But that's not the real problem... Ordered in advance of pistachio to divide into 3.... The serious problem was the bill... beyond the cost of €12 per person for a paltry starter... the pasta cost €12 on the menu... the entire portion.... instead they charged us €3 tastings at €9 per person... basically €27 for three tastings.... We would have taken 2 portions and paid less.... at this point we also wanted to pay for the pizza in 3 tastings.... you pay for tastings anyway... We pointed out the problem to the owner on the receipt... he replied that the tastings cost €9 while the whole portion costs €12... but we had asked for a portion to share.... not 3 tastings....! It was done on purpose to squeeze out another €15 from an invented tasting... these are the prices around, says the owner... I, who am always around for work in the best restaurants, with €35 I eat starter, first course and second course based on fish... nothing more than tastings...

03/02/2025: Oramai sono diversi anni che vado in questo locale "da Gianni" fin da quando si trovava nella vecchia sede in centro storico a Martina Franca (questo locale si trovava subito dopo l'Arco sulla sinistra) e devo dire che la qualità è rimasta sempre la stessa è alta!!! La pizza 🍕 è sempre eccezionale preparata con ingredienti di alta qualità e genuini. Tra l'altro è anche molto digeribile. Gli antipasti sono tutti eccezionali e si respira un'aria di casa familiare. Per non parlare dei dolci che sono tutti buonissimi. Io sono stato a Capodanno con la mia famiglia e tra l'altro i camerieri sono stati velocissimi a servire ed era tutto ben organizzato erano un ottima squadra nonostante la confusione della vigilia di Capodanno!!! Continua così Gianni sei una garanzia ormai su Martina Franca sei il Top. Buona serata ciaoo.

01/02/2025: Pizze d'asporto:abbiamo pagato pagato 50 euro per sole 4 pizze tra l altro sulla mia che doveva essere bianca datterino giallo stracciatella e basilico ma in realtà ho ricevuto una suola di gomma bagnata senza crudo che ho pagato senza basilico cartone zuppo di acqua ho strizzato la pizza sembrava di aver strizzato una pezza bagnata! Insipida e anche scocciati nel servizio sembra che le pizze dovevano farcele gratis mi scoccia riprendere la macchina e tornare lì altrimenti da pizzaiola tornerei li è la lancerei tipo freesbee non torneremo mai più! È vero capisco che è sabato che c'è gente ma il lavoro è questo e a noi ci hanno arronzato in pieno... pietà
