03/02/2026: Excellent for family lunches and convivial dinners, probably the only real restaurant in the area, with an à la carte menu featuring traditional Lucanian specialties.

07/04/2026: Beautiful place. The pizza was not only beautiful, but also delicious and perfectly cooked. The service was good and the staff very friendly. The restrooms were clean, and the bill was reasonable for what we ordered.

20/03/2026: We just had dinner here, and it exceeded our expectations! Every bite felt like we were transported to the alleys of Naples. A special mention goes to the "Provola e Pepe" (a cheese with a cartwheel). I highly recommend it, you won't regret it! The desserts are delicious, too. We'll definitely be back!

06/04/2026: In the historic center of Martina Franca, Nausikaa is one of the many restaurants, trattorias, and roasteries. It's hard to go wrong in the Itria Valley, where the food and service is generally high, if you respect tradition. I tried two first courses, a second course, and an appetizer... the complimentary entree. I found the composition of the dishes spot-on, not overly elaborate, but not banal either. I found the service attentive, with a few flaws. The bill, unfortunately, is what you'd expect these days; if you look at the menu on the website, you can get an idea. For a lunch of around forty euros—not including wine—is easily affordable. Therefore: Service OK. Customer service was good, with entrees offered while you waited, with clear instructions on cooking times. The bill, in my opinion, is a little high, but you're definitely satisfied.

29/04/2026: If you go to Martina Franca, it's impossible not to stop by Florien, even if it's just for a quick ☕. However, I have to say that I liked the old Florien, the Art Nouveau one, much better. Its warm atmosphere was much more inviting. Great selection of sweet and savory items.

04/04/2026: Bring your appetite! Great meal in a comfortable, clean and friendly environment. We had the chef's choice for appetizers, tortolone, and the Angus beef. It was all quite delicious. I will return. It is a family run restaurant and they make you feel like family. Call ahead and get a reservation (they speak English).

13/03/2026: We had booked a table for two at 2:30 PM. When we arrived right on time, they told us we couldn't sit down and we'd have to wait half an hour. After an hour, our table was still unavailable, so we went home. Terrible service.

11/04/2026: There were four of us and we ate well (I forgot to take photos of all the dishes): excellent quality meat, well cooked. The house wine was also excellent. The prices were fair. The service was surprisingly fast despite the place being packed. So we're satisfied and recommend it. The only flaw: there's only one bathroom for men and women, and a very narrow passage between the tables to get to it.

08/04/2026: We had lunch at Braceria Rosso di Sera on Easter Monday and it was a flawless experience. Despite the typical holiday crowd, the service was quick, attentive, and very friendly. The quality of the meat is excellent: the bombette were juicy and flavorful, cooked to perfection according to the best Martina Franca tradition. The local appetizers were also excellent, fresh and plentiful. The quality-price ratio was excellent, considering the high quality of the ingredients. An absolute must-visit for those seeking authentic Apulian cuisine. We will definitely be back.

06/02/2026: I'm giving it 5 stars only because I can't give it more. A place that's authentically stuck in the '90s, with a biker soul that shines through. I stumbled upon it this summer completely by chance, and tonight confirmed that first, excellent impression. It's always packed, and the reason is simple: the pan-fried focaccias are exceptional. There's something for everyone, with so many options to choose from that you're truly spoiled for choice. Two pieces will fill you up, trust me... three only if you're really hungry 😅 I highly recommend it, although I admit that part of me wanted to keep it a secret and not leave this review, so as not to let too much publicity get out and keep it just for myself.

04/02/2026: For focaccia lovers this place is the best

12/04/2026: I came here for a night out with my girlfriend and my brother and his girlfriend. Michelangelo was very courteous, and the service was top-notch. I really enjoyed the appetizers, which were anything but ordinary. There were some dishes that weren't traditionally from Martina Franca or Puglia, which I really enjoyed (like the tartare or veal with tuna sauce). The location is stunning; you can feel Martina's history! I'd love to go back this summer.

25/01/2026: A very characteristic, elegant, tidy, and well-maintained restaurant. The staff is courteous and knowledgeable, and the menu offers an excellent selection, from appetizers to dessert. Chef Angelo offers simple cuisine that highlights the flavors of the ingredients. An experience worth repeating, and I highly recommend it.

11/04/2026: We went for lunch the other day before returning to work. The staff were very kind and friendly, both the place and the staff were very clean. We didn't have to wait long, both because of the wait and the speed of delivery. The dishes were exquisite. We ordered the daily menu, excellent and delicious. Nothing to complain about. The place is imaginative and very welcoming. The staff makes you feel right at home. And what about dessert? A special salted caramel panna cotta, delicious. Very reasonable and excellent value for money. Not only do you find cooked dishes, but you can also find packaged pasta, a great selection of cured meats and cheeses, top-quality wines, and even top-notch liqueurs.

24/04/2026: We went there on Sunday for lunch. You can choose between a set menu or an à la carte. We opted for the free choice. Everything was good, the meat was really good, and the meatballs were super! I think we got the right amount of money!
