31/10/2025: The atmosphere is welcoming and clean, the service impeccable, the staff friendly and discreet, and the wine list is extensive. It's a shame the tagliolini with sea urchin didn't taste good? ZERO, while the red gnocchi with crispy Martina capocollo were delicious.

02/03/2026: Located in a suburban area but easily accessible. While they don't take reservations, wait times are almost normal; obviously, it can get a bit crowded on Saturdays. What can I say? The staff is polite. Wide selection of pizzas, with new dough options. Normal wait times. Fair prices, good ingredients. On a negative note, the pizzas arrive cold and difficult to cut. I think the preparation times and table service need some rethinking. No good.

01/03/2026: Inexplicable. This isn't my first review, but every time I come back here or am asked what the best pizza is in Taranto and the surrounding area, I choose Uncle Giacomo. The highest quality and infinite kindness. You are the best.

13/03/2026: We had booked a table for two at 2:30 PM. When we arrived right on time, they told us we couldn't sit down and we'd have to wait half an hour. After an hour, our table was still unavailable, so we went home. Terrible service.

19/02/2026: This is also a typical Apulian trattoria! But with a really low price, in fact, there were a lot of workers at lunch! Fast service, but the waiters are a bit distracted! The bill, having eaten so much, was at a price per person that for us northerners is even "laughable." The seven of us spent €167, but then the drinks: bottled water €1.50, Coke €1.50, and then "CRAZY" 1/2 liter of house wine €1.50, the wine costs less than water!!!!!!

06/02/2026: I'm giving it 5 stars only because I can't give it more. A place that's authentically stuck in the '90s, with a biker soul that shines through. I stumbled upon it this summer completely by chance, and tonight confirmed that first, excellent impression. It's always packed, and the reason is simple: the pan-fried focaccias are exceptional. There's something for everyone, with so many options to choose from that you're truly spoiled for choice. Two pieces will fill you up, trust me... three only if you're really hungry 😅 I highly recommend it, although I admit that part of me wanted to keep it a secret and not leave this review, so as not to let too much publicity get out and keep it just for myself.

20/02/2026: Like it says on the tin: who cares about food? Pringles is your lot. But a selection of beers from Crak and Ostuni. No tables inside, but seating outside in the covered archway around the piazza, with gas heaters.
