The ingredients used were of the highest quality and crafted with superb skill. A special thanks to Alessio, who guided us with such kindness and professionalism. Highly recommended.

My family and I are big food lovers, and we were blown away by both the quality of the dishes and the incredible value for the price. Every plate was thoughtfully prepared, full of flavor, and beautifully presented. Without a doubt, one of the best meals we’ve had during our trip. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone visiting or staying in the area!
19/06/2026: We celebrated two birthdays at this beautiful restaurant. We were more than satisfied. The dishes were refined and delicious, the service excellent, attentive, and discreet. The small, welcoming atmosphere is quiet, allowing for conversation with everyone at the table. We will definitely be back.

24/07/2026: Definitely a 5/5! We agree with the excellent reviews we've read about L'Orologio. The food is delicious, simple, and local, the service is very friendly, and the prices are really attractive.
The place has a great, authentic atmosphere and is clearly very popular – the restaurant was already packed shortly after opening. That's probably the best recommendation. :)
We have very fond memories of our visit, and if we're ever in Taranto again, we'll definitely be back!

If I could give zero stars, I would. We booked for 10:15 PM and weren't seated until 11:00 PM. The table was completely bare. We waited a long time for the staff, but no one bothered to acknowledge us or bring us tablecloths. The climax came when an extremely rude waiter took paper tablecloths from the next table and rudely threw them in the middle of our table, looking defiantly at my boyfriend. There's no respect for the customer. After an hour of total abandonment, we left on empty stomachs. Several other couples around us were suffering the same treatment. A terrible experience; we'll never set foot there again.
12/07/2026: Terrible service, we waited over an hour and at the table they threw the tablecloths away without serving us and we left without eating. I would never go back.

03/06/2026: We stayed in Avetrana for three nights in June. The property is truly beautiful, a historic residence equipped with every comfort. The location is strategic for visiting the Ionian coast; all the most beautiful beaches are a 10-15 minute drive away. The masseria is family-run, and everyone is super kind and helpful. It's nice to see people who love their work and share it with their guests. Breakfast was excellent. For dinner, we ate fresh, well-cooked fish and drank local wine at a very reasonable price. Try the cavatelli allo scoglio (excellent), and the olive oil and honey from their farm! 😁
03/05/2026: The true meaning of the word "welcome." A family passionate about their work who dedicates themselves to making this place (both hotel and restaurant) an oasis of beauty, peace, and warmth for their guests. Highly recommended.

16/06/2026: What a magical place! An incredible experience for meat eaters. I'd seen this restaurant on social media and it certainly lived up to expectations. I tried the €50 fixed menu (the other is €40) and was thrilled, as well as extremely full. The meal begins outside on the road to the village of Panzano, with an aperitif of crostini and wine. Then inside, you progress through various cuts of meat, accompanied by wine, water, vegetable dips, and potatoes—all unlimited, in fact, you'll be bursting at the seams. The only downside is that you have to book weeks, if not months, in advance. Unmissable.

The staff were incredibly friendly, the place was well-maintained and welcoming, and not to mention the pizzas... They offer a wide variety of crusts, ensuring crispiness, unique flavors and combinations, and high-quality ingredients. I'll definitely be back!

Such nice and proud people who presented us with very tasteful anti pasti, oriechette with white delicious cheese and some home made olive oil to take home with us. A great traditional Puglia experience we would definitely recommend.
