08/06/2026: The pizza-focaccia is one of the best I've ever eaten!! They're cooked in a pan and then cut into slices. What can I say? There's a huge selection at great prices and delicious flavor. Every time I travel to the province of Taranto, a stop at the "Casa della Focaccia" in Martina Franca is a must.

13/06/2026: Trading isn't for everyone. I bought two pucce to eat on the outdoor terrace. We sat outside, but it was very windy, so I asked if I could eat inside. For completeness of information (correctly), they advised me that a cover charge would be required even though we'd already paid. Afterwards, we quickly ate the two pucce inside and I asked how much I had to pay for the difference: the owner asked us for 2 euros each (4 euros total). It was all fair, but frankly, I would have avoided it, since the place was still empty (it was 8:15 PM). Perhaps the gesture of not charging us a cover charge would have encouraged us to return the next time we wanted a pucce; now I'll think twice and perhaps go to the new place that opened across the street. No complaints about the pucce, which were delicious, and the waitress was very kind.

13/05/2026: Here for lunch, the restaurant with plenty of seating was almost full. I recommend arriving before 1:00 PM. The staff was friendly and quick with taking orders and serving. I tried the classic tubettino with mussels. A slight disappointment: the pasta was unsalted and the mussels were tasteless. Bill: €8.50 (water + first course).

30/05/2026: We can wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant. The service was unobtrusive and friendly, the food was beautifully presented, and the wine recommendation was spot on. The atmosphere was pleasant and rather quiet. Prices were reasonable. The stairs are difficult for people with mobility issues.

15/02/2026: I went to this restaurant last Sunday at the invitation of friends who had raved about the place and the food. The place was a bit difficult to find, but fortunately Google Maps can give you directions. From what I've gathered, the dishes are always the same ones I've enjoyed; they don't change over time, but I'm not a fan of such standardized cuisine, even though the dishes may be part of the regional tradition. Everything is good, of course, but if I were to return the following Sunday or during the week, would I be forced to eat the same orecchiette with braciola ragù and meatballs or with turnips, fava beans with chicory, or the same mixed grilled roast? Everything is well-made, but when we risk the future of customers who could transform from "passing or accidental customers" into regular or semi-regular customers, if I were the owner with the "capture power," I would work to increase the offerings, even assuming that certain things will remain the same or, perhaps not necessarily, that they might undergo some small gastronomic revolution. The recipes and accessories of pure regional culinary localism will remain, because they are the tradition to be passed on to those unfamiliar with tradition. Puglia, and especially the Itria Valley, offer so much in gastronomic excellence, so why not include something else on this restaurant's menu, given that the chef's skill is so excellent? This isn't meant as a criticism, but rather as a suggestion. A criticism, however, is due to the lack of desserts. Is it possible to serve only mostaccioli and rosolio for dessert? There are excellent pastry chefs in Martina Franca who can provide supplies. Unfortunately, the bill was also a bit disappointing, as was the lack of desserts. Too bad, because the prospects were tempting.

29/03/2026: Simply fantastic. We went for lunch as a group and ordered excellent seafood starters, with incredibly fresh fish; and some pizzas with quality toppings. I highly recommend this place!

16/06/2026: What a magical place! An incredible experience for meat eaters. I'd seen this restaurant on social media and it certainly lived up to expectations. I tried the €50 fixed menu (the other is €40) and was thrilled, as well as extremely full. The meal begins outside on the road to the village of Panzano, with an aperitif of crostini and wine. Then inside, you progress through various cuts of meat, accompanied by wine, water, vegetable dips, and potatoes—all unlimited, in fact, you'll be bursting at the seams. The only downside is that you have to book weeks, if not months, in advance. Unmissable.

31/05/2026: Nothing to say about the food, the place was small and we were too crowded but the disappointment was that you couldn't pay €7 for a 66cl beer which was also warm.
