As soon as you walk in, you're greeted with a sincere smile and immediately feel at ease. The staff is attentive, knowledgeable, and always available to recommend the best cut or the perfect cooking method based on your tastes. It's clear they have a love for what they do, which is something that's not always a given these days. The quality of the meat is exceptional: tender, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. Every bite is an explosion of flavor. Whether it's a succulent steak, a bombette, or other traditional cuts, everything is taken care of down to the smallest detail. Even the side dishes and appetizers are equally impressive: fresh, plentiful, and truly delicious. An evening with friends. I wouldn't return. The atmosphere is elegant, but the food (meat) doesn't match the ambiance. The most unpleasant thing: we ordered bombette without cheese and asked to have them separated from the others. We were assured of this when we ordered, but then they were put together at the table, creating confusion. I'd say it was expensive for what we ate. I've attached a tiramisu and a photo of the amaro.

A small menu is available highlighting their specialties, such as zebra or buffalo meat. In addition to the menu, you can also choose your meat at the counter, where the restaurant also offers high-quality cuts, in addition to the "classic" meats like bombette and sausage, but these are also special. The service: I must say top-notch, the staff are welcoming, smiling, and helpful, and you're treated really well and politely. Prices are a bit higher than typical steakhouses and trattorias, but they're fully justified for everything. It's a truly delicious experience, highly recommended.
