05/09/2025: We visited this trattoria last week, and after having had a wonderful evening, we decided to repeat the last night of our vacation, coming specifically from Ceglie. The service is excellent; the staff are very kind, attentive, and helpful. The dishes are exceptional, tasty, plentiful, and beautifully presented. There's no waiting, just the right amount of time for a relaxed dinner. We had a wonderful time both evenings, definitely the best we had in two weeks here in Salento. Thanks to all the staff for their excellent work and passion.

06/08/2025: We were truly impressed by the quality of service and the passion that permeates this restaurant. The waiters and owners were impeccable and very kind. You can clearly sense that they love their work and that they care about making every customer feel special. A special round of applause goes to the owners, a husband and wife team who are extraordinary people who put their heart into everything they do. They personally came to our table to greet us, enthusiastically sharing the history of their products and the philosophy of the restaurant. It's rare to find such dedication to their customers: they truly made us feel at home. And then... the meat! Simply amazing. The carpaccio was one of the best I've ever tasted: tender, flavorful, and melting in your mouth. A true delight. But the real surprise was the cured meats, of superior quality, winners of numerous awards—and it's easy to see why! In short: a place where the food excels and hospitality reigns supreme. We'll definitely be back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for an authentic, tasty, and meticulously crafted experience. And last but not least, the location is central, making it a great place for a stroll. Kudos to all the staff! 👏

26/08/2025: Our experience was UNFORGETTABLE, thanks to the wonderful COMPLICITY we had with the owners, initially in choosing the menu, the attention to detail, and the table arrangements for our guests. Everything was organized in record time, as we had a death in the family during the days we were interested in. Everything was perfect and impeccable, including the classic and gluten-free service. The music accompanied this day with moments of relaxation and dancing. It was also very pleasant to stroll outside and the cake cutting by the pool... a breathtaking setting!!! CONGRATULATIONS to the entire team, thanks also to the person in charge of our table, very kind and always present and attentive. It was a perfect day for our daughter's first communion... we have already celebrated our son's baptism with you, and on this occasion YOU CONFIRM YOUR PROFESSIONALISM. We will be very happy to return.

08/07/2025: I stayed at Villa dei Sogni for a beauty pageant on June 29, 2025. The location is beautiful, evocative, and ideal for outdoor events, with shaded areas under the trees offering a chance to escape the heat. It certainly makes for beautiful photographs. The only downside: I asked if there was a vegan menu (I believe there was a set menu for the event), but it wasn't available. I hope the staff is open to these requests. Definitely recommended for events.

15/07/2025: Friendly and knowledgeable staff, we had an aperitif with all the finest, quality drinks. For reggae lovers, there's just the right background music to accompany the aperitif.

04/06/2025: Unfortunately the red wine had sediment and all the other customers were given snacks (olive, etc.) maybe they don’t like coloured people. Amazing reply to my comments. Firstly the biting were offered to others without request, I know this as we asked the Italian girls sitting next to us and they confirmed they received them free of charge. When they informed the waiter he came over to ask if we wanted some. The original waiter seemed to have disappeared then. Please note that we don't have a colour problem as you have indicated. We notice discrimination from the likes of you and call it out when it happens.

31/05/2025: Recommended by the owners of our B&B, we came to Angolo 37 for dinner and we loved it. All the ingredients are extra fresh and cooked with great finesse. The sauces are light and full of flavor, and the seafood is excellent. Even the fried food isn't greasy... we loved it, so we came back. Our favorite: the pasta with langoustines and shrimp. Thank you for tantalizing our taste buds!

18/05/2025: Location: seafront and basic furnishings. It has outdoor tables. Excellent Menu: If you want to taste "the fish" approach the counter, choose and it will be served to you. Fresh fish, raw fish, sea urchins, carpaccio (I recommend swordfish carpaccio or tuna and octopus). The sea shells (like snails) are a delight. Excellent first courses, I recommend lenguine with the aroma of sea urchin pulp and scialatelli with scampi and the aroma of shrimp. The homemade desserts are a delight. Wide selection of wines. Fast and attentive service. The kind owner Antonella offered us a bitter. Average high price, but considering the fresh fish I would say excellent. It is always a pleasure to return to Angolo 37 and I see that the environment has also improved. Congratulations to everyone.

21/06/2025: The food was excellent. The best restaurant we've been to in Intra. Very friendly service. It seems a bit unassuming, but don't let that put you off. The portions are a bit small, so it's best to order a side dish.

29/08/2025: The best croissants are at Florien, without a doubt. The place is a bit dirty, but that's probably due to the high attendance. Fast and courteous service.

15/07/2025: Refined and tasteful atmosphere. I highly recommend the fish-based first and second courses. Avoid the pizzas, they don't meet expectations. The service is excellent, with professional and well-trained waiters. Forgive me if I don't return 😅

In conclusion, overrated, in my opinion, of course. I would also recommend being more flexible with customers, if possible, of course. This is my second time here, and that's enough for me. My opinion.
