06/08/2024: I am writing the review as I was invited to a confirmation dinner. The quality is undoubtedly excellent. The menu included an appetizer, unfortunately meager and certainly with courses lower than what we expected or at least for which this restaurant is known. I recommend establishing first without leaving the number of courses to interpretation. Subsequently, the sliced ​​and fried fish was served. Not fully satisfied. If you are not already a customer, I recommend making a good, accurate contract before sitting down at the table.

From the moment we entered, we were welcomed with great cordiality by the owners and staff, always ready to fulfill our every request with professionalism and kindness. One aspect that particularly struck us was the transparent approach of the manager, who showed us the fresh products of the day before taking the order. These are ingredients of the highest quality, strictly local and 0 kilometer, which guarantee unparalleled freshness. Even the homemade bread is a real delight! The restaurant has few seats, a choice that reflects the authenticity and freshness of the products served, guaranteeing an intimate and refined experience for each guest. On the menu there are both meat and fish dishes, and after having tried both on the two occasions we were there, we can say with amazement that both the meat and the fish are prepared with techniques and cooking methods worthy of a Michelin star. Worth noting is the attention to special needs: every request, such as gluten-free options, was accepted without any hesitation. The kitchen was able to respond promptly, demonstrating great flexibility and care for the customer. The selection of wines, varied and suitable for all budgets, completed the gastronomic experience, making it perfect. Izzica is not just a restaurant, but a culinary experience that makes you feel at home, while offering quality and care worthy of the best venues. 28/06/2024: Già entrando ti rendi conto della passione, la conoscenza dei prodotti e dei vini che Antonio e Miriam mettono nel loro squisito ristorante, una tappa che , merita un viaggio di 400 km/h come ho fatto! E’stata un’esperienza che parte dai panificati passando a piatti che, certamente valorizzano la Puglia, ma con delicatezza e stupore per l’interpretazione raffinata che solo chi ama il proprio lavoro ha.

The menu is extremely varied and everything, from starters to desserts, is of excellent quality. The cellar is also noteworthy. Congratulations to everyone and keep it up!

13/07/2024: È il secondo anno che per noi questa gastronomia rappresenta un punto di riferimento per la nostra vacanza. I piatti sono cucinati con maestria e fondono diverse tradizioni. Ricchi di sapore, mi ricordano le cucine di una volta ma con un tocco in più dato anche dalle cotture innovative. Si può scegliere tra piatti già pronti e selezionati dalla bravissima cuoca, oppure piatti da far preparare sul momento (consiglio gli scialatielli con vongole e gamberi). Puoi scegliere se fare asporto oppure mangiare sul posto. Abbiamo mangiato qui quasi tutti i giorni a pranzo e non siamo mai rimasti delusi. Resterà il nostro punto di riferimento anche per i futuri viaggi di vacanza in Puglia! 5 stelle molto meritate per l’ospitalità, la cortesia ed il buon cibo.

29/08/2024: Historic pizzeria in Sava(ta), over the years it has always evolved, bringing improvements and innovations, a combination of tradition and notable research (the service robot is a gem for Puglia). The quality of the raw materials is remarkable, very good pizzas with digestible dough, excellent selection of beers on tap compared to past years with good taps at the counter, courteous and kind staff.

25/08/2024: How can you go to Martina without first having dinner at Enrico's??? We don't know 😂it's now a ritual for me and my family, we follow it from the old location. The food is excellent km 0 directly from the producer to the table: from the ricotta to the typical capocollo of Martina to the meat cooked in the characteristic Martinese oven to the wood-fired pizza, even the oil is good.... The service is very fast, the food is excellent, the owner is friendly and always kind, he even accompanies you directly into the historic center with his courtesy eco-car. And where do you find a restaurant like this? Highly recommended See you next time Enrico!!

17/08/2024: La location è davvero ben fatta: lo stile da saloon è curato in molti particolari, sia per le pareti che per i tavoli e il resto. La scelta dei panini è ampia ma forse gli ingredienti al loro interno sono un po' pochi. Buona la scelta delle birre. Il servizio inizialmente non ci ha accolti con molta attenzione al nostro ingresso, ma hanno mostrato professionalità durante il resto della serata.
