20/04/2026: I went last Friday and noticed that they'd raised the prices by an average of 2-3 euros for the same dishes. For example, I ordered spaghetti with garlic, oil, and mussels and paid 7.50 euros instead of 5.50 euros (I have the receipt) as stated on the price list. Is it possible there was a typo on the receipt? It could be, but the water, side dish, and cover charge have also gone up. The quality, however, remains medium-high, and if I ever get the chance again, I'll be back for lunch.

Beautiful and well-kept location, very pleasant all year round. I must say the food is always very good, even at large parties with lots of people, the standard and quality of the products never drop, you have to say excellent! In short, we come here often and will always return with pleasure! Highly recommended.

15/04/2026: A must-visit for all meat lovers in the area. From aperitif to digestif, it's a complete experience. The €50 menu includes lots of meat, more meat, Chianti, water, bread, and even more meat. So you really have to love beef and not mind if it's cooked rare rather than medium... You sit at a long table with people from all over the world, sharing a passion. The steaks are prepared indoors on a charcoal grill right next to the guests. To finish, there were espressos and grappa. Simply superb.

20/02/2026: Like it says on the tin: who cares about food? Pringles is your lot. But a selection of beers from Crak and Ostuni. No tables inside, but seating outside in the covered archway around the piazza, with gas heaters.

15/02/2026: I went to this restaurant last Sunday at the invitation of friends who had raved about the place and the food. The place was a bit difficult to find, but fortunately Google Maps can give you directions. From what I've gathered, the dishes are always the same ones I've enjoyed; they don't change over time, but I'm not a fan of such standardized cuisine, even though the dishes may be part of the regional tradition. Everything is good, of course, but if I were to return the following Sunday or during the week, would I be forced to eat the same orecchiette with braciola ragù and meatballs or with turnips, fava beans with chicory, or the same mixed grilled roast? Everything is well-made, but when we risk the future of customers who could transform from "passing or accidental customers" into regular or semi-regular customers, if I were the owner with the "capture power," I would work to increase the offerings, even assuming that certain things will remain the same or, perhaps not necessarily, that they might undergo some small gastronomic revolution. The recipes and accessories of pure regional culinary localism will remain, because they are the tradition to be passed on to those unfamiliar with tradition. Puglia, and especially the Itria Valley, offer so much in gastronomic excellence, so why not include something else on this restaurant's menu, given that the chef's skill is so excellent? This isn't meant as a criticism, but rather as a suggestion. A criticism, however, is due to the lack of desserts. Is it possible to serve only mostaccioli and rosolio for dessert? There are excellent pastry chefs in Martina Franca who can provide supplies. Unfortunately, the bill was also a bit disappointing, as was the lack of desserts. Too bad, because the prospects were tempting.

01/01/2026: I shared the artisanal dark chocolate and rum panettone purchased from Pasticceria Dolci Note with my friends. As soon as we opened the package, we were struck by the enveloping aroma of chocolate and a delicate hint of rum, which already promised excellent flavors. The texture of the panettone was perfect: soft and well-risen, with an intense moistness that enticed us to take the first bite. Each slice was a delight, with chunks of dark chocolate that melted in our mouths, beautifully balanced by the warmth and complexity of the rum, which added a note of depth and character. Among the best panettone I've ever eaten.

15/04/2026: I booked a dinner for seven for my birthday, specifying that I was especially interested in their fantastic pasta with scorpion fish. Result: 5 STARS WITH HIGH GRADE. The delicious and fresh appetizers (salmon, octopus, baby octopus, dogfish, gratinated mussels, marinated anchovies, bruschetta with shrimp) were all gone in the blink of an eye. Next came a pasta dish with scorpion fish that would be worthy of a frame. Then, just to keep with tradition, a fragrant mixed fried fish dish, not at all greasy and incredibly fresh. Sorbet, Tramari rosé wine, coffee, and amaro. All served with kindness, professionalism, and precision. Thank you all for making our evening a truly enjoyable one. 5 STARS WITH HIGH GRADE.
