02/07/2025: Booked for 8 people, we were welcomed in a small but welcoming place. The staff was always helpful and courteous. Curious to try the pizza, we were very satisfied. Soft crust and well-topped pizza. Light and digestible dough. The pizza was eaten with gusto. Prices more than honest.

In the summer, on a Saturday night, very fast, present, smiling. The pizza chef? A true artist of leavening and taste. The Gourmet pizza and the Porcina pizza are small masterpieces, the result of a careful selection of quality ingredients. Light, digestible, fragrant dough. Generous toppings, never excessive, with unusual combinations that tell a story of passion and research. A memorable experience that we already want to repeat – and above all to tell and recommend. Because when you come across places like this, you can’t help but share them. Sincere compliments to all the staff: you are a wonderful confirmation that hospitality, when it is true, makes the difference.

25/05/2025: Un’esperienza indimenticabile: la pizza come non l’avevo mai assaggiata! Sono stato in questa pizzeria dopo averne sentito parlare benissimo, e devo dire che ha superato ogni aspettativa. L’impasto è leggero, ben lievitato e cotto alla perfezione: croccante fuori e soffice dentro. Ogni ingrediente è di altissima qualità, dai pomodori San Marzano alla mozzarella di bufala freschissima. Ho provato la classica Margherita e una speciale con crema di pistacchio e mortadella: entrambe spettacolari! Il personale è gentilissimo, sorridente e attento a ogni dettaglio, rendendo l’ambiente ancora più accogliente. Servizio rapido, ma mai frettoloso. Anche il locale è curato nei minimi dettagli: pulito, moderno ma con un tocco tradizionale che ti fa sentire subito a casa. Prezzi onestissimi per la qualità offerta. È diventata ufficialmente una delle mie pizzerie preferite, e non vedo l’ora di tornarci per provare tutte le altre pizze del menù. Consigliatissima, un vero gioiello per gli amanti della pizza!

The quality of the pizza is truly excellent: light dough, very fresh ingredients, and tasty combinations. The place is welcoming and well-kept, perfect for both a quiet dinner and an evening out with friends. A special thanks goes to Arjel, the owner: a truly fantastic person, kind and attentive to every detail. The entire staff is also very friendly and professional. Highly recommended! One of the best pizzerias in the area! I visited Divina Pizzeria in Martina Franca and it was an outstanding experience! 11/06/2025: By Italian standards, this was a rather subpar pizza. They used canned mushrooms instead of fresh ones. The tomato sauce was flavorless.

01/07/2025: I would like to say it on the tip of a... pen. My wife and I chose you because we fell immensely in love with the structure, the grove, the green spaces. But my, our experience went far beyond the simple beautiful "place". My wife and I were in tune with everything, from the delicious food to the staff happy to celebrate with us, courteous and available at all times. Dr. Michele Conserva is a great professional and a wonderful person, serious, available and always communicative with kindness and frankness. Masseria Francesca is a resource that must be discovered and that I warmly recommend.

19/06/2025: Welcoming place, super friendly staff and really delicious buffalo mozzarella dishes. I recommend everyone to try it for a dinner with friends or as a couple, top quality and relaxed atmosphere. We had the chicken gigi, a rich salad with grilled chicken, red and yellow cherry tomatoes, lettuce and yogurt sauce, accompanied by a generous portion of French fries and the grilled octopus, bread croutons, lettuce and sauce, perfect as a fresh and tasty appetizer.

08/06/2025: My wife and I booked dinner here at Braceria Granaldi, at 8 pm. Upon arrival we were greeted with staff who were friendly and very helpful. We decided to choose the meat we wanted, rather than looking at a menu. It seemed for traditional do it that way. The food was excellent. Can’t remember what we actually had but just enjoyed it so much. We sat upstairs in the comfort of the air con because of the warm spring air. Upon leaving table were set outside with lights that made the mood really good! Next time I think we will sit outside, like numerous others were doing. Happy to give 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟for the beautiful food, atmosphere and service❣️

05/07/2025: We were passing through after visiting Puglia by motorbike, in conclusion we started looking for a place where we could eat well and pay fair price. Here it is in Manduria (TA) the Messapian trattoria satisfied all our needs, staff, cuisine, dishes, location, everything was top, I only stayed one night but I would go back for another 100 just to taste their dishes again

25/05/2025: We had dinner on Saturday evening in the late evening (10:30); after waiting 15 minutes for the reserved table. The food is truly excellent, both the pizzas and the sandwiches, good fried food. Good service, but a bit of a long wait considering the dinner in the late evening. The desserts were a good ending. The bill was also fair, 25 euros per person for a complete dinner. Recommended (except if you are in a hurry to eat).

16/05/2025: Pizza ottima. Molta scelta. Peccato che per furberia o per guadagnare Non so quanto non vendano la bottiglia di acqua grande ma bensì le bottigliette piccole. Si aggrappano a piccoli guadagni, beati loro.

10/06/2025: Incredible food, top-notch service, thank you Danièle! High-quality dishes! A very interesting 50-euro menu for 4 courses, with a special mention for the shrimp tartare. Go there with your eyes closed, only good products on the menu, and all this in the middle of a grocery store and bottles of wine. Intimate and original setting

The setting is very pleasant; we're from a small business that, once you enter, welcomes you into a magnificent dining room with a library of wines from all over the world. 13/07/2025: We've been customers for several years, but our last experience wasn't a positive one. After they brought us cold appetizers, 1 of the 7 main courses arrived, followed by the hot appetizers. The other main courses didn't arrive at the same time...they arrived far apart from each other. The quality of the food was also lower than our previous experiences. It's a shame...we had high regard for the place, but now we're undecided about returning.
