The set menu lunch is an experience a foodie should experience at least once in their lifetime. Definitely worth the out of the way trip to his hometown. TIP: Parking lot is on the left before you get into the city and had a back door entrance into the restaurant. No parking on the street or close to the front of the restaurant.

06/01/2026: I went to this fantastic pizzeria from Basilicata for the first time yesterday, January 5th. What can I say? FANTASTIC IN EVERYTHING! I tried several pizzas and they were all delicious. One arrived and was delicious, and the next one even better. If they'd asked me which was the best, I'd have a hard time choosing. The dough was top-notch, and everything on the pizza was made with top-quality ingredients. The pizzas were meticulously prepared in terms of both quality and quantity. I've traveled all over Italy and I've never had pizzas this good, not even in Naples. Compliments to pizza chef Gianluca Stampa and the entire pizzeria staff. Staff: fast, attentive, and polite. 👏👏.

06/02/2026: Rustic and welcoming grill at a very fair price (€26 for a generous portion of meat, wine, soft drinks, dessert, and coffee). Perfect dinner: excellent meat (especially the diaphragm), the dishes arrive at the right time and everything is eaten while still hot, excellent side dishes, and adequate service. I'll be back.

23/02/2026: A great place to discover: welcoming, intimate, with excellent food and super friendly staff. I chose to celebrate my birthday lunch here and I couldn't have made a better choice! Plus, they were super sweet to my two little kids, ages 7 and 19 months! I would recommend it to anyone who wants to try something new and not the usual pizzerias with the same old dishes.

The place was spacious and well-maintained, the staff were truly friendly and organized, and the service was quick. Despite the place being packed, we were impressed by the speed of service. 15/02/2026: I went to this restaurant last Sunday at the invitation of friends who had raved about the place and the food. The place was a bit difficult to find, but fortunately Google Maps can give you directions. From what I've gathered, the dishes are always the same ones I've enjoyed; they don't change over time, but I'm not a fan of such standardized cuisine, even though the dishes may be part of the regional tradition. Everything is good, of course, but if I were to return the following Sunday or during the week, would I be forced to eat the same orecchiette with braciola ragù and meatballs or with turnips, fava beans with chicory, or the same mixed grilled roast? Everything is well-made, but when we risk the future of customers who could transform from "passing or accidental customers" into regular or semi-regular customers, if I were the owner with the "capture power," I would work to increase the offerings, even assuming that certain things will remain the same or, perhaps not necessarily, that they might undergo some small gastronomic revolution. The recipes and accessories of pure regional culinary localism will remain, because they are the tradition to be passed on to those unfamiliar with tradition. Puglia, and especially the Itria Valley, offer so much in gastronomic excellence, so why not include something else on this restaurant's menu, given that the chef's skill is so excellent? This isn't meant as a criticism, but rather as a suggestion. A criticism, however, is due to the lack of desserts. Is it possible to serve only mostaccioli and rosolio for dessert? There are excellent pastry chefs in Martina Franca who can provide supplies. Unfortunately, the bill was also a bit disappointing, as was the lack of desserts. Too bad, because the prospects were tempting.

19/10/2025: The only minor complaint is the limited menu. Otherwise, there's nothing to complain about; it delivers on its promises.

28/02/2026: We were visiting some dear friends. They made reservations at La Cueva restaurant, thinking they could order à la carte. When making the reservation, they weren't informed that there would be a set menu that evening. This "oversight" wasn't very pleasant, but the pleasure of sharing an evening with those friends made us tolerate the idea of ​​having to eat what had been prepared and not what we wanted. The quality of the food and its preparation were appreciated. The service was also satisfactory, although more than once the wait staff couldn't describe the ingredients in the dishes they were serving. The sore point: the dessert. None of the group liked it.

24/02/2026: We had never been to this restaurant before. Some friends from Crispiano took us there, and I have to say it was a pleasant discovery. Everything was very good and well-prepared. WELL DONE!

19/02/2026: In Ginosa for work, we were looking for something good to eat, not just the usual pizza. We found this steakhouse by chance, and what can we say? Everything was excellent! Delicious meat, perfectly cooked and super tender. The owner and staff were incredibly friendly, and the cleanliness and courtesy were impeccable. Amazing value for money. We absolutely recommend it!
