14/02/2026: I'm sorry, but since we came for a bit of relaxation on Valentine's Day, my husband and I were a bit disappointed with the spa experience. Considering the price and the location, it didn't live up to our expectations. The place was clean, small, but well-maintained, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. However, there were two things that really didn't work: there was a very loud couple with us who talked loudly the entire time. We told them twice to keep their voices down, but, being rude as they were, they started talking again after two seconds. There should be more supervision in this regard, as it's a place of relaxation. The second, even more serious, thing that didn't work was this: you can't pay a significant fee and end up leaving with wet hair because there wasn't a working hair dryer. We were told it was because they had overheated due to high consumption on that particular day, but that can't be a problem for the customers since we didn't pay less on that day than on other days. I'm sorry, but we're disappointed.

28/07/2026: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We usually avoid stopping to eat at restaurants overlooking the squares of historic city centers. From experience, they often turn out to be places designed more for passing tourists than for truly refined cuisine. This time, too, we were rather skeptical, but thanks to the time and the few available options, we decided to give it a try. It was one of those times we were so happy we were wrong. We started with an appetizer of meatballs in tomato sauce, and they were simply spectacular. Soft, flavorful, and prepared according to tradition. The addition of cheese made the dish even more special, immediately bringing to mind those authentic flavors of grandmothers' cooking that are increasingly difficult to find today. The bread, clearly locally produced, was also exceptional: fragrant, flavorful, and perfect for mopping up the bread, something we truly couldn't resist. We then sampled orecchiette, which, without exaggeration, were among the best we've ever had. Perfectly cooked, with authentic flavors and the simplicity that only true traditional cuisine can bring out. The carbonara was also truly excellent, prepared with balance and great attention to the ingredients. A special mention goes to the wine, probably one of the best we drank during our stay. From the first sip, you could taste the quality of the ingredients and the careful selection. The cuisine doesn't seek dramatic effects or original interpretations: it focuses on tradition and does so in the best possible way. Simple dishes, prepared with quality products and fully respecting the flavors of the region. We also loved the restaurant. It's located in the beautiful square in Grottaglie's historic center and has an extremely authentic atmosphere. Plastic tables, paper tablecloths, and a very informal atmosphere: proof that you don't need luxurious furnishings or a five-star restaurant to offer a top-notch gastronomic experience. Sometimes you just need to do what really matters well: cook with passion, respect tradition, and use quality ingredients. If we were to return to Grottaglie, this would definitely be one of the first places we'd stop for lunch again.

12/07/2026: A quiet Saturday evening spent with friends and a delicious pizza. The owner and staff were extremely professional and friendly. The pizza was truly delicious...soft dough, well-seasoned, and with a perfect crust. We also liked the location, as it's in the center of Grottaglie, outdoors, and with minimal noise. Perfect for a group evening.

01/10/2025: Pizza just the way we like it, well-cooked and served with kindness. We'll definitely be back. A quiet place with a relaxed atmosphere.

30/08/2025: We arrive and find the table outside with wet chairs, risking a downpour. I expected to receive a notice from the restaurant informing me that the only tables available were outside; I could have chosen another table since we also have a pregnant woman in the group. After politely and kindly informing the restaurant, the curly-haired waitress rudely informs me that she can find me a table inside without making a fuss. I didn't make any fuss; I simply asked to be seated inside for the safety of the pregnant woman as well. Until the situation improves, I won't be returning.

13/07/2026: It must have been the perfect evening, right? We sat outside and a little girl/young girl came to take our order. It was pointless to ask her anything; she always replied, "I don't know," and was only interested in her hair, which she kept touching. She had her earpiece in to "stay in touch" with whoever was supposed to be supporting her, but she said, "She's not answering me." Okay, we ordered a cocktail, a spritz, and a drink "the bartender wants" (since she didn't know what they had), a platter, and several appetizers. When we asked, "What beers do you have?", she read off a list of beers, not caring if any of them were of interest to us. Okay, we ordered one... to no avail, since she then came back to say that that beer wasn't available, then that other one wasn't available, then that other one wasn't available, and so on. We paid the bill at the register, €105.20, and they told us they'd bring the fruit. We return to the table and when we see the receipt we ask the waitress why we were paying for 3 platters if we had only ordered 1 and she replies "but you are 5". There is no point in waiting for the fruit, we leave, given that the terrible experience given to our foreign guests did not need to wait for anything else.

26/07/2026: The food is excellent, with service that's very attentive to customer needs. We had the puccia: top, top, top. We'll be sure to return from Milan. The fries are spectacular, too. Very reasonable price.

15/06/2026: As soon as we arrived, we ordered our food, and it was delivered after 2 hours. After going to the kitchen to ask why we were waiting so long, we ordered a puccia, which was served with raw dough. I don't think I'll come back again. (I should add that we arrived at 9:00 PM and our dishes arrived at 11:00 PM.)
