Quantità di antipasti molto misere, aggiungono l’insalata per fare volume. Hanno totalmente ignorato un’aggiunta di patatine su una pizza.
Su una gravinese è stato richiesto di non mettere i funghi ma ci sono comunque piccoli pezzi di funghi. Pizza buona tutto sommato.

04/01/2024: Cena tradizionale pugliese con contorno di modernità. Ottimi gli antipasti, sublime lo spezzatino e la nota dolce finale ha confermato il viaggio culinario di tutta la cena.
Il locale è un piccolo angolo raffinato ed accogliente, studiato in ogni suo dettaglio. Personale giovane, competente ed attento al cliente senza essere troppo invadente.
Ci tornerò per completare l’assaggio di tutte le proposte!

27/08/2024: Only one star, but only because the system forces it. We stopped by this celebrated kiosk to try the pony diaphragm sandwich, which had been recommended to us. Unfortunately the prices are not displayed and we don't like to look like chicken tourists, so we gave up.

The guys from the ancient U RUSS kiosk were a show of hospitality and friendliness from Bari, very nice and polite.
I came to Bari from Milan myself
to come and try their delights, having seen the CHEF RUBIO broadcast, I promised myself that if I returned to Bari I would stop by them.
There were 4 of us and we drank and ate their specialties, we spent 15 euros each, VERY SATISFIING.
GUYS it was a pleasure meeting you.
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
